These people went above and beyond with their service. They accommodated my mom, sister and myself during the last hour. They made us feel welcomed we came all the way from BC, Canada. As First Nations People they were very understanding of specific requests when it came to cutting our hair. They were open enough to give us suggestions and even calm my nerves when was anxious about doing something new with my hair. They gave us some awesome tips on hair care which I still use today. We all walked out looking fabulous. The price was great! The staff was charming. I highly recommend this salon.

Make sure to come during off hours because even with an appointment there can be a long wait. They offer great deals. The are fast and good at no-chip manicures and pedicures. They do special promotions with advertisers so they are always giving out freebies such as nail files and deodorant. Staff is friendly and willing to suggest great nail designs.

I was very disappointed. I wouldnt go back. The lady who attended to me never said a word to me. The other woman who was doing someones nails stopped to get her hair shampooed. Very bizarre, bad experience. I only reviewed to save others from going there.

I dont know where to begin with the experience I had last night at Mariettas Day Spa and Salon. First of all, the Groupon I bought was apparently for a completely different place and address. This is NOT Sunny Gabriellas Salon. I called them last Friday to make an appointment for yesterday 03/09 at 6:00 p.m. I called them yesterday to ask if it was BYOB. She said yes and that my appointment was for 4:00 pm. I said no, I remember calling you and making it for 6 because i work until 5. She said no come at 430 then. I said I cant leave work before 5. She said, Whatever come at 5:30. I was with my friend who bought the same Groupon. We walked in and two other people arrived, all for appointments at 530. (There were only three people, one person for the Pedicure). We were told to all go pick out our colors. As I was looking at the display, one woman says, Dont look at those colors. Those are mine. Go look over there. I cant believe how horrible they treated everyone. I get my pedicure done after my friend, after waiting an hour. My friend never received a nail trim, scrub or lotion. (I did thankfully) The woman never filed my nails down and it was extremely rushed and not relaxing. I am now up for my no chip manicure where the woman was complaining how her back hurt and how they close at 6. (It was 715 at this point). She told me that she can tell that I dont take care of my nails and how I had too much skin to take off. She ruined two of my nails my clipping and filing them WAY TOO SHORT. I also noticed that there were NO certificates for them to be nail techs, NO sterilization for their utensils AND there were ants all over the bathroom. She used the same paper towel as the girl before me where I saw her skin and her nail polish everywhere. My friends nail polish was ruined when she put her shoes on. And my nail polish is already chipping off. I cant explain how disgusting I am with this place. I would have rather spent $100 to get a nice respectable Mani/Pedi than this Groupon. We were there for two and a half hours. Two and a half hours of disappointment and getting disrespected. I cant believe how I was treated. I feel bad for anyone who bought this Groupon and I want my money back.

I wish I read these reviews prior to purchasing my Dealfind voucher. I should have known better!! I will never ever go back to this place even if you pay me to. The voucher was so not worth the pain I had to go through during the mani/pedi session. I really wanted to like the salon (if you could even call it that) -- Sunny (the manicurist and owner is nice enough. But she is far from the experienced or licensed nail technician.First off, I had to wait almost 20 minutes before Sunny came to get me. She took me to the back into a tiny little room with 2 pedicure chairs. The chairs were so old and ripped; it was quite uncomfortable to sit in. The equipment she used didnt seem sanitary.The entire time I was getting my the mani/pedi, all I could think about was when is this going to end??? It was awful and painful! She really dug into my skin and overused the cuticle cutter -- thankfully I didnt bleed. She put on the polish kind of sloppily and she didnt even use the proper clear top coats.In overall, I was sadly disappointed and will not return. They should not be offering nail services at this place.
