Terrible company, can not get a hold of them via phone call, voicemail, or email. I’m assuming this is some variety of predatory lender or scam.

Such a lovely banking experience as a new customer. Paula, the manager, was very knowledgeable and was able to help us with our accounting needs. My daughter (7 months) loved it too!

Credit unions that service businesses are rare. NorthStar happens to be one of them. I went in on a Saturday about 4 weeks ago to open a Business Checking and Savings and have yet to hear back from someone. Branch manager, Paula and staff seem to be very pleasant people. But the follow up has been extremely poor. Ive called and emailed several times to at least 3 different people. I had high hopes. Such a huge let down.

I bank with an out-of-state credit union. I went in on a Saturday just before closing. Both of the staff members I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful.
