The Lincoln Park staff and service are phenomenal. The doctors and supporting staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, while the services are top-notch. The reception staff deserve a special shout out for being so warm, funny and informative about insurance and setting appointments.

The people working there are extremely patient and nice. The dentist took his time to make sure I was nice and numb. Ran into a slight problem BC one tooth didnt want to come out, but he got it and they are so sweet and I love the aesthetic of the office. Definitely by far best dentistry service Ive used.Btw I suffer from severe anxiety but they talked me through things and kept me distracted.Thank yall once again

My wife has severe anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist. She is in such great hands at Pure Dental Spa. The doctors, assistants and receptionists are highly knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. They have numbing gel so you don’t necessarily have to get a shot in your mouth and they offer noise canceling headphones! You can only hear the tv - your channel preference. I encourage anyone who has ever been nervous about the dentist to visit Pure Dental Spa. Happy clients since 2020!

I wish I could give 0 stars.This is and was the worst experience I’ve ever had with the office. They told me one price which I agreed to, and had them explain the procedure and elaborate the surgery MULTIPLE TIMES. Finally I agreed to the set price, which I received a receipt for with a bunch of coding which someone who doesn’t work in the dental industry would understand (made by a woman named Jill, who had only been working for 4 weeks according to Kathy, another receptionist). Today I received an email, not even a call, about the surgery going up $1000 for a misquote, which was not my fault but in their end. When I called to have a breakdown of the increase no one could tell me, took 3 calls and an hour on the phone to still get a answer which I was told was included in the original price. Kathy stated she would speak to her boss Isabel and see what they can do. Only to receive a call back stating they can not do anything. This is very unprofessional and inconvenient. The company should take accountability for their mess up and honor the price and what was TOLD would be included in the procedure. Second of all they should not have someone making the price break downs for clients if she only had TWO DAYS ON THE JOB!Very unprofessional, and wanting to just rip people out of money.

I am terrified of the dentist, but after hearing amazing things about Pure Dental Spa I finally decided to go. Every single person I came in contact with was extremely kind and patient! I was extremely anxious, but left there feeling much more calm and I’m not as worried to come back. I highly recommend checking out this office if you’re terrified of the dentist like me!

I am always very worried about going to a new dentist. My first visit with Pure Dental Spa was thorough, easy, and the hygienist I worked with was very patient, answered all of my questions, and made me feel so comfortable (Thank you, Simon!!). I felt very taken care of, the staff was encouraging and non-judgmental, and I am looking forward to my next visit.

I was referred to this dentist office by my coworker Brittany! Thank you boo.. Dr. Fadi was so Amazing he took the time to talk to me all what was going to take place I was getting a crown on my back tooth. And his Assistant David make sure I had all my Spa equipment like my neck pillow nice and hot and my paraffin it is a han wax treatment he help risk and suck the residual out 😅 of my mouth with the tools they use. Over all Im not going to write write a book but this place right here is worth the time money and effort of letting a dentist get your mouth right!!!

I would honestly give this place 0 stars if I could. They caused severe nerve damage during my wisdom teeth removal which led to me losing all feeling in half of my mouth for OVER A YEAR. They gave me a rundown of costs prior to my surgery where I paid the $1200 that was not covered by my insurance but then a year later they contacted me saying I still owed an additional $140 because they incorrectly assessed what the insurance would cover. The worst part is this isnt even the first clerical error they have made. They had incorrectly mixed up another patients information and mine several times which seems like a HIPAA violation. Based on their incorrect records they tried to fill in a cavity that I did not have and wouldve been a huge issue if I had not said something. Because they had incorrectly put someones information under my file they claimed I was not covered for my yearly cleaning and were incredibly rude to me when I suggested they made an error in their book keeping and put someone elses appointment under my account (which they very clearly did)Once you look past the fancy frills and gimmicky spa options you realize that the office is genuinely unorganized and unprofessional and you should really look elsewhere for proper dental work.

I cant say enough about the care that is taken to insure that all services rendered are of the upmost quality that can be offered by a staff that takes the time to keep you up to date as to what might be issues that will need to be addressed. I have no problems with following the directions given so as to continue to maintain proper oral maintenance and hygiene. I would recommend Pure Dental Spa to my friends and family.

This is the best dentist experience I’ve had to date! The complimentary menu is a nice touch — I went with the heated neck pillow and that really elevated the experience. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and professional. I’ll definitely be recommending this place.

I had the greatest cleaning today with Danielle, she is an amazing Hygienist and explains everything as she goes so I understand what she is seeing/doing. The office is new and spotless, with great technology for patient care, and they make you feel relaxed and welcome. Dr. Rajul Patel is the best! Friendly, caring, and puts her patient care first. They have a great in-office dental plan for those without insurance. (Affordable for everyone to stay healthy!)

I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and my experience with Pure Dental Spa was terrific. I just went for a cleaning and was expecting a little pain / discomfort which never materialized.Wow, times have changed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will explain everything that you need to know. I am going back to get more extensive work done soon.

When going back with the dentist she explained everything very thoroughly. I came to see Dr. Patel for a loose tooth. I hate going to the dentist period. She was both very comforting and professional. Office staff was awesome.

I wish I could post with no stars. At first it seems like a nice office, but it became clear that they’re just looking to upcharge in every way they can and it seems like second nature/ a normal process for them. They refused to provide me a typical cleaning, saying that I needed an up charged $1000+ deep cleaning. They also said I had a cavity which needed filling, and I did not. I had to leave the office with nothing and went to a dentist friend to get a second opinion where I found out my assumptions were correct- I was no where close to needing a deep cleaning and I just needed a medicated toothpaste versus a cavity filling since it wasn’t a full cavity. It was very disappointing.As an update, I retrieved my xrays and dental plan from this office and provided these to a dentist friend of mine (just a little further for me to travel) and she confirmed that I did not need the deep cleaning that this office/ doctor Patel as it is, said was required and the cavity that she mentioned I had.. it was the same story, it was not a cavity yet and my friend was finally able to give me the regular cleaning I needed and recommend toothpaste to prevent the cavity. This office refused to give a regular cleaning due to the up charges they tried to get me to accept which was quite a lot more out of pocket, the total was about $1000 out of pocket while I work for a fortune 100 company and have pretty good dental coverage.

A great experience from start to finish. Everyone I encountered during my recent visits was professional, as well as warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend, especially if you have any fear or hesitation about seeing a dentist (as most people do, Im sure).

My hygienist Ashley was terrific. The most gentle and comfortable cleaning I have had. Dr. Patel is always so friendly and thorough as well. I used to hate going the dentist, but the friendly staff and “spa experiences” (warm neck pillow, stereo headset, etc) make it a joy every time I go!

I used to live very close to this office so initially went there for convenience. I moved up north and my boyfriend and I make the trip because of the great service and friendly staff. They even let us bring our dog :). I highly recommend this office. Every visit they provide a thorough cleaning and guidance on dental care.

This place has truly helped in my enormous fear of going to the dentist. I have always had complex teeth and have spent more time at the dentist than I care to admit. I had not been in 3 years and was truly petrified because I knew I likely needed some major work. Over the course of the last few months over had deep cleaning, fillings and now an extraction for a cracked tooth that was very painful. The procedure was effortless with no pain. All my other work has been virtually pain free. The dentists and hygienists were fantastic and professional. In terms of the office- the front desk always helpful and courteous. The office very high tech and spotless. Innovative tools and everything is immaculate. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Honestly, this was the most amazing dentist experience I’ve ever had. First of all, it’s a spa. Soothing neck pillows, paraffin wax, cooling eye treatments - all complimentary on your visit!Second, The doctor and staff were SO KIND and understanding and amazing. I straight freak out when I have cavities filled - I HATE it. I was visibly shaking and upset during the procedure, and the doctor kept rubbing my hard, stopping to check on me, giving me time to relax in between, and just being so amazing. And the doctor called me the day after to check on me because she knew it was hard for me. Not the desk person, my actual doctor! I hate the dentist. And I wish I liked it more so I could come here more often.

Im an international student and had many very particular questions and circumstances regarding dental coverage etc. Kristen, the patient coordinator helped me SO MUCH. She was so kind, patient and even willing to help call my insurance and check if I was covered for any treatment by my international healthcare and dental provider etc. also she was the most knowledgable dentist staff memeber I ever met!!!I got an appointment the same day for an absces on one of the front molars. After lots of bad experiences with dentists in my life and never having been to one in the US, this was the nicest, kindest and most relaxing and informative visit I ever experienced!!!The assistant as well as Dr. Patel took their time to explain everything to me, point out all my options for treatment and paying for it and made me feel safe and understood!If you are scared of the dentist, this place will change your life FOREVER!!!! Nobody pushed me into any decision making the doctor just gave me her honest suggestion of the most effective and economic option for my situation. Everything was just so relaxed and perfect, I got a lot of clarification on all procedures, keeping in mind I dont know how things work here, I felt very comforted by this experience.They have all kind of paymentplans and options and sincerely want to help people, which is rare nowadays!I LOVE this place and believe God sent me to them knowing my concerns and needs!Dont second guess, just call them and be helped!!! I went in as a new patient trying to get my teeth cleaned. They wouldnt even see me without getting x-rays, stating that thats the law which is not true. This clinic seems more focused on liability than caring for patients. Im not going back!

I just had my first cleaning at Pure Dental Spa in the West Loop and it was an amazing experience! Everyone I encountered in the office was kind, generous, and accommodating! They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed by offering a wide selection of spa-like amenities. I enjoyed a paraffin hand wax and aromatherapy neck pillow during my exam, while watching HGTV! Not only was it relaxing, but they also used great tools and technology to measure my overall oral health. I am very impressed with the services and generosity of the practice!

Disappointing to say the least. Earlier this year I went in to start the process for an implant. My first appointment was for a bone graph. It was a Saturday and it was busy. After the dentist was done, I asked the receptionist for a follow up appointment and she said I didnt need one, I asked about the follow up appointment and she said they will call me.5-6 months pass and no follow up. I move and go to a different dentist for a cleaning and despite how courteous she was being I could tell she was concerned about how the bone graph looked along with my gums. I explained I was working with a different dentist for the implant and will complete the process with them. My exam was finished and before I left, she asked for the contact info for my implant dentist, she wanted to discuss it with him.She called once...was told he would call back, she called twice...was told he would call back. He NEVER called her back. I never got a call. You would think someone would say, whoa, let’s find out how OUR PATIENT is doing? Nothing. I never received a call or a care. They may try and say that I missed my appointment, however, a computer forensic scientist would confirm that a follow up appointment was never made or attempted on their dental scheduling program.I STILL havent received a call from Pure Dental Spa. I did get the treatment I needed at my new dentist. The dental treatment problem that occurred at Pure Dental Spa isnt what I wanted, however, I did get a good resolution with my new dental physician, and the practice showed amazing patient care. If Pure Dental Spa can let this error happen to me, it can happen to you.**update 12/16/19...the clinic’s response is a lie. No dialogue has taken place despite the claim. Seems petty to falsely claim one was started when it hasn’t. It’s actually ridiculous.

If there were a 0 or a negative star, PDS deserves it. They use the cheapest/inferior materials for their bridges, implants or caps etc. I have 3 family members who had to go to different dentists to get the issues fixed repeatedly. will not use them ever! I can go on and on but if you want to a spa go use them but not for Dentistry!

Easy scheduling, convenient, and you can get a paraffin wax treatment while watching HGTV and getting fantastic dental care. Dr. Patel and her team did a thorough examination of my oral cavity and provided a wonderful cleaning. I was also able to quickly get some dental work done that Id been postponing for personal reasons. I recommend her office to all of my friends who are looking for a new dentist.

I really wanted to like this place based on a friends referral, but sadly I did not. First the positives: the front desk staff/receptionist/office manager were really friendly and the spa services offered were pretty nice. But the real reason we were there was for dental care. The hygienist showed up 45 min after our appt time and asked us why we were there and what could she do for us. Really? Then the dentist came in 15 min later and while she confirmed the diagnosis we had received earlier, it felt like it was more of a selling job and she wanted to make sure we went to someone she had referred as clearly she was going to make a cut. I would not go back and 2 stars only for the friendly staff and amenities. My current dentists are awesome and this experience reaffirmed this!

They explained the procedures in great detail and made sure I was comfortable. This place has a very relaxing environment that I never got anxiety about any work done on my teeth. A dentist visit thats actually enjoyable! While I cant say I look forward to going to the dentist, the dental spa is hand down the best way to go. Its a clean, calming environment with staff who go out of their way to ensure youre comfortable. This starts from when you first walk in - youre greeted immediately, have access to bottled water, tea, and coffee, and youll even be offered hand waxing or mint lip balm. Aside from that, the wait is almost nonexistent. Ive never sat for longer than a few minutes before I was brought inside to begin the cleaning/appointment.

As a new patient, it was nice to get a walk through of the office and shown some of the high tech tools they have onsite. Everyone was very nice and always asking if I was comfortable. They offer a comfort menu that is complimentary items and services that make your visit more enjoyable like an aroma neck pillow, paraffin wax hand treatment, noise cancelling headphones and a cooling eye mask. Its strange to describe a visit to the dentist as anything other than frustrating but here goes. Pure Dental Spa was an absolute delight to visit from start to finish. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Check in was simple considering I was a new customer.This is also a place where they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed during the visit - almost unheard of for just about any dentist Ive ever visited.I would definitely switch primaries to this place, even if it is much further than my normal office.I will say one thing I did not care for too much was the ambient music always playing. I wish there was a way to turn the volume down slightly while in my exam room but, to be fair, I didnt ask them to do so which I have no doubt they would have.Great experience either way!

Just had my first cleaning and initial visit with Dr. Kavita Patel and Emily. They were super welcoming, gave me information about how to improve my dental health for preventing future cavities, and also, from an aesthetic standpoint as I get closer to my wedding. Emily was gentle and thorough when cleaning my teeth, and was very easy to talk to. Dr. Kavita Patel was very approachable and explained all of my imaging, as well as rationale for everything she wanted to do to improve my dental health overall.

We had a regular dentist that we went to - they werent bad, but they werent anything amazing either. MY husband needed oral surgery and our dentist gave us their preferred referral. Those always worry me - as Im sure they are preferred because the dentist gets some sort of kick back. So of course I did some research and the reviews of the other place just werent great. So I did some digging and came across Pure Dental Spa. The website sounded just too good to be true! Amenities? Music while I get work done? THEY cater to YOU to make sure you have the best experience?! Do dentists really do that?!Yes - yes they do. From the moment we walked in - you just knew you were going to have a different experience. This wasnt the awful experience of going to the dentist where you simply DREAD the treatment and pray that you wont be robbed blind by the time you leave because you need some work. NOTHING LIKE THAT!The receptionist was amazing - she was helpful, patient and answered any questions you had. I wasnt even the patient and I was offered a drink :)My husband would not stop raving about his check up - he got a hand wax treatment! We joked about it - I mean who offered hand treatment while you get your teeth checked?! These people do - and it was awesome!We left there knowing a detailed plan, estimated cost and most importantly NO PRESSURE. Several months have passed and my husband is still undergoing his treatment plan. But let me tell you - they have made a lasting impressions. The truly offer the best service along with great care. Needless to say - we have switched over and made them our new family dentist.

The office is very up to date with all of the technology offered. The staff was very friendly. My appointment was on time and I had a thorough cleaning and they were able to accommodate filling my cavity during my cleaning appointment. For all of the reasons others have said: the spa services like paraffin wax hand treatment, heated neck pillow, the new technology, the clean environment, the smooth scheduling and really nice staff and dentists.First time I visited I hadn’t been to the dentist in two years and had a cavity so I had to come back for a filling. This time around for my cleaning I had zero cavities and one “watch” area I need to be careful about. I disagree with the reviews that said the dentists are scammers with wild treatment plans—that just wasn’t the case for me.

Great staff; super welcoming and informative. By far the most gentle dental practitioner I have ever experienced. I left with a big smile and clean white teeth!

I came in for an 8am appointment and was out by 9. They were friendly and thorough, and offered lots of amenities to make the experience comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend!

I love this dental office. I actually look forward to going to the dentist! Imagine that! Dental Spa is the perfect description of your experience there. You receive a list of spa options to partake. From paraffin hand wax, scented warm neck pillow, ice mask, cold water, and more. All for free! The dentists are very personable and talented too. I completely recommend 😆

This is best dental experience Ive ever had. From the minute you walk in everyone treats you like you are the most important person in the world. When they say spa they mean it. It definitely feels, looks and smells like a spa. They offer great complementary services while you are there and they ask you if youd like more!! Dr. Patel and Serene my hygienist are AWESOME, they took the time to explain everything in great detail. I had my cleaning and fillings all done in the same day. Oh and the technology is out of this world. Lasers, same day crowns and 3D xrays! I will be coming back for a very long time! Well worth a stop in to see for yourself!

The place is unfortunately a scam. It is a very nice facility and all the people are very friendly but they try to upsell you and overcharge you at every turn. They set up treatment plans for services with low all estimates and come back at you with actual prices $100s of dollars higher. It looks nice but ya will cost you a fortune. If you go, get a second opinion before doing any extra work.

I got offered a free $100 gift card if I booked a cleaning through Opencare. I was referred by my girlfriend who had her teeth cleaned at the other location about a month ago, so I was confident that it would be a good experience, and an even better deal.Upon arriving, the layout was very modern and it seemed like a nice place. My technician was very sweet and she did a good job explaining things. I went back and had photos and x-rays of my teeth taken (pretty standard), the doctor came and check my teeth out and there were no cavities (yay).I was then presented a $644 plan for my cleaning/ maintenance regiment. I then walked out to the reception area, payed $50 more dollars to schedule an appointment, and left. My teeth were not cleaned. The closest that I got to a teeth cleaning was a gel-bead eye mask.My insurance will not cover another preventative appointment for 6-months. I had to take a half-PTO day to waste gas, pay for parking, walk a half mile for a sales-pitch. Very disappointed. The only reason this isnt a 1-star review is because the staff seemed nice-ish.

I was immediately impressed when I arrived and received my welcome gift which included a nice note from Dr. Patel. She says, ...we will take care of your teeth like we would do for our family or even ourselves.. Wow! Thats amazing! And that just how I felt after my visit.

Awesome visit, very inviting and polite staff from the receptionist to the dentist. As a person who fears going to the dentists (at my age) I can honestly say they made me feel at ease. This is really a spa, very tranquil!!!

I live in Puerto Rico and was going to Chicago to see family. 2 days before leaving I fell and cracked a front tooth. My sister told me about the Dental spa. The Dr. that took care of me and the staff were all very professional and so courteous. I was Very impressed. I have a great smile thanks to the impressive work of the dr. Wish I was living in Chicago, just to visit my dentist more often. Thank you very much for the great job!

Very nice and talented women working here. Everyone gets anxiety going to the dentist, but they do a great job listening to your concerns and putting them at ease. They have top notch equipment and Dr. Patel does a fantastic job explaining everything before during and after. I had two small cavities filled and I was in and out in 40 minutes with no pain. They accept my BCBS insurance.Update 2/26/2020: I wanted to update my review to continue to compliment this place. It not often that I take the time to write reviews, I have to really be impressed. But this place deserves all the praise.Last Sunday I had my wisdom teeth removed. All 4 at once. I was terrified. But, after sitting in the surgeons chair and getting my IV, I was asleep in seconds, woke up not groggy at all, but my jaw was totally numb (fine with me)! I went home feeling perfectly fine. I was still nervous that when the numbness worse off, the other shoe was gonna drop. Guys, I had no pain or swelling at all, ever. I stayed on top of the pain meds and antibiotics prescribed (just 600 mgs ibuprofen, 200 mg acetaminophen and 300 mgs amoxicillin) and used the mouthwash. The surgeon was wonderful and funny and helpful. Dare I say this experience was pleasant??Today, a week after the surgery, I went in for my check up and the doctor said my gums are almost done healing and its looking great (ill give myself credit for that one Ive been very careful). Thank you everyone for all your help and making a procedure Ive been dreading for years simple, fast, painless, and worry free. Im recommending everyone! THUMBS UP!!

Incredible experience! I didnt know you could feel so pampered when going to the dentist. The operations here felt like a well oiled machine. They were on-time for my appointment, were efficient with check-in and offered complimentary beverages and a welcome gift for visiting for my first visit. They then gave me a tour of the office, which seems to include really state of the art equipment. The place truly does feel spa like across all of the details, including even the music. They offered me a paraffin hand treatment, a heated neck pillow, cooling eye mask, mint chapstick and a tv with noise cancelling headphones during my visit. Dr. Patel was very patient, explaining everything along the way. I will definitely be returning for all future dentist visits, and have also recommended them to others!

I wish all my dentists were as gentle and efficient as Dr Patel, especially as someone who has had painful dental cleanups in the past. Not at pure dental spa. I highly recommend services at pure dental spa.
