Found staff and security friendly and accessible. Every visit was welcoming and helpful.

Security supervisor and team members were very ill mannered and unprofessional

Now this is an initial review as I have only spoken w a woman that didnt give me her name, Ive only called once. I stated that I was homeless and needed assistance getting a new 🆔. Before I could finnish my question she rudely cut me off and said mon-fri noon to 4pm. Come get a homeless letter at which point she hung up on me without a chance for me to even open my mouth it happened so quickly. Im on my way there will send a review of my experience. I remain hopeful

Good place to stay for a moment great location but the staff can be petty & they were stealing homeless peoples belongings.

They had much respect for me and my children there! I really love and appreciate it all🤗

Called and the lady that answer had a snobby attitude rude as ever. Called back because I missed information and she had a whole attitude about it and spoke to me like I was illiterate. I reported her to management if you don’t like your job find another one!
