First time at Howard Brown and they were amazing. Everyone I saw was super friendly and took time to answer my questions, provide options, and talk me through things. After years of new doctors due to insurance changing and some bad experiences, Howard Brown was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend. They also do free COVID testing for anyone who needs it.

The clinic area this sub division of lgbtq+ foundation is small but gets the job done. They help anyone in general and offer a sliding scale for payment and accept most insurances. Staff is friendly and helpful for questions. Its inside the huge building which offers a pantry and other services if inquired about.

A newly opened community outreach center. This place has super nice people working and helping in it. There is a daily hot meal, I havent tried it yet but am looking forward to it. They help with clothes and food, among other things. But what I really want to express is how well I was treated! I was treated so well, smiles and no pressure about hurrying me up and out of there, just so amazing! I wish I loved in walking distance, Id be there everyday for that uplifting and respectful treatment given to the people in need who come here. 💕

Th is is getting insane. Are used to recommend Howard Brown,For now I just would dissuade them from ever going to you. You’ll go weeks without your medication because the doctors just dont see or care. and the only phone number to call is to a call center Where I’ve been treated absolutely horribly many times.all I needed was a pre-authorization after having somebody leaves a message telling me to come in on Monday before five to pick up a prescription and I couldn’t get them filled without a preautorization or will cost 1228 or over 600.

I am unsure of the association that works with the food program going on due to covid-19 but I was just treated with disrespect in this location. Not only did they make me feel unwelcome, they made me stand outside without information of what I should do. I was unsure if they were even open at one point. I have gone to an other location on were I treated completely different.Some people should Leave their pain and insecurities at home before coming out to the world servicing others. The energy was nauseating, I honestly feel sorry for the females working in that environment. Instead of letting go of the negativity during this pandemic, these women said the worse things and with so much attitude and ignorance.

The case managers are horrible and appalling

Went for FTM and got my first dose of T on my first visit. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and informative. Was a bit of a wait, even though I had an appointment but for the care and attention I got, it was well worth it.

Good place and they got a good food pantry on Monday from 11am to 3pm.

Caring and respectful staff, great place to learn about city-wide low income and free resources for a variety of whatever could ail you, absolute gem of an institution.

Dr. Yang is an unsung hero of local medicine. Really appreciate his knowledge and approach.

Everyone here is very knowledgeable about anything that is asked if not they definitely make sure you leave with the correct information.

This will be the last time I get mail delivered here! I already can tell they dont like me but thats beside the point. I was told by CVS pharmacy I had my medication delivered on the 29th at 5:59pm and even though they were closed for the holiday I dont understand how its not there and CVS told me when it was delivered. The girl at the front said I didnt have a package but re-looked and it was there but it wasnt my medicine, something else that I had sent there... When it comes to my health I dont play and will DEFINITELY file the biggest complaint.

A safe place for at risk youth. The staff are understanding, kind, and will go out of their way to assist those in need. They also help with things like getting state IDs, SSC, Birth Certificates, etc. All are welcome. They do not discriminate against anyone.

Went for an interview, my interviewers did not take the time to really even pay attention to me during the process.I went hoping to be respected or at least listened to, super disappointed.
