We hired Viona (via Perfect Bliss) to help us adjust to our new life as parents. But, Viona did more than that! She kept us sane. She taught us how to care for a newborn and ourselves. She even had our newborn was on a sleep schedule after 3 nights.We were a little nervous to invite someone into our home during Covid but we are so grateful for Viona. Shes extremely cautious. Wed hire her all over again.Ive recommended hiring Perfect Bliss and Viona to everyone I know!

I used perfect bliss care for my first born at the end of November. They were absolutely amazing. Both Mary and Doris alternated in case I was in a pinch and needed someone to come on a day that I had not accounted for originally. They were always super punctual and extremely helpful. It’s very nerve racking leaving your baby with someone for the first time but they took away all my fears and their help was invaluable. I wish I could have them help me forever :) anyone would be lucky to have either of them help you out - your baby is is great hands.

We have been very happy working with Mary and her team. Mary is extremely responsive. After my initial inquiry, she was able to send over two nannies for interviews the next day. We were a little nervous at first with having a night nanny be in our home while we were sleeping, but quickly became very comfortable and trusting of them. The nannies are very prompt, respectful, and caring. They have also been extremely flexible as we move dates around due to holidays, etc.

Mary is an absolute angel! I can’t imagine going through the first few months with our son without her. Having a newborn and being away from family is extremely difficult. Mary made the transition so much easier - she is kind and loving, so very helpful, gentle and attentive. When it’s time for baby number two, we will welcome Mary as an extension of our family! Five stars doesn’t even do this justice!

Perfect Bliss Care was a reliable source of help in my time of need. I was really desperate for some help in caring for my then 8-week old and decided to go with them after researching various agencies in Chicago a bad experience with an unreliable nanny from care.com. They were able to send Mary right away within just a few hours of paying the placement fee. Mary was very flexible with her hours and great with my son! Viona was also a great night nanny and checked in with me every morning to update me on my sons sleep and offered me tips to help him longer and more comfortably. I couldnt recommend them enough!

Mary and her team of Nigh Nannies are spectacular! These wonderful and respectful ladies will put your mind at ease with their expertise and gentle way of caring for your baby. Peggy was our daily Night Nanny, a patient and sweet lady who tenderly cared for our baby and successfully put our colicky baby on a great schedule within a short period of time. Our baby currently sleeps from 6:30/7p.m to 6am each day! Our baby nurse was hired from this agency. We hired her to care for our infant boy at night time, a week after he was born. Olga the baby nurse is very experienced, and put our minds at ease as our baby would not settle down to sleep at all. She was organized, helpful, puntual and very knowledgeable. Agency owner was very sweet and sent as a candidate same day we requested their services.Olga has exceeded our expectations and her rate was affordable compared to what other agencies asked for. We intend to hire a full-time nanny from this agency when Im ready to go back to work.

We used Perfect Bliss Care when we realized the Baby Nurse we had hired was not as advertised. We reached out to Perfect Bliss Care to help find us care asap. The agency found us a candidate, Anna who was able to start the next day and was affordable. We were quoted pretty high rates by other agencies which was clearly out of our budget. Anna was awesome with our baby! She offered her assistance in a non- judgemental way and was extremely professional and also happy and willingly to do things the way we wanted. The agencys owner called us to check on how things were going after the placement. Annas assignment ended with us and our baby sleeps 9 -10 hours at night!I give this agency credit for bringing us an incredible Baby Nurse and bringing order to our home. We have recently hired a full time nanny from them, which is working out great as well. We highly recommend them!

These ladies breathe and live babies! Im a first time mom whose baby arrived 3 weeks early via C-section. When I was discharged and got home, i felt extremely worn-out. I knew at that point I needed someone to help my husband and I a few nights. I contacted Perfect Bliss Care after searching for agencies on google. I received a response immediately from Mary less than 15mins after I emailed them. She followed up with a phone call to access my needs and arranged to have me meet a Night Nanny same day! Before the Night Nanny arrived she had already sent me the background check ,proof of CPR , Flu shot and Tdap information. By evening time I had someone excellent to care for my child all in one day! Wow what an awesome service. Our Night Nanny Rose is phenomenal, she was polite, very experienced and gave us tips to help baby sleep better during the day. Mary also followed up each week to enquire how things were going. She gave us valuable advice and was very responsive with questions we had. Our Night Nanny has been with us for 2 months and its been an awesome experience. This service is worth every penny.
