I feel as they come in and forget about the foster parents as what they have done for the kids. They very bold when it come to telling you what to do. I been with another agency that stuck me with a case worker that was only employed through them about a month or two before they pick my niece and nephew up that never assisted the kids or me especially when it came to service. They fell me and the kids and so many ways I cant even list everything because it been almost two years of them wrongfully neglecting my niece and nephew that was place with me since January 13, 2017. I did everything for my niece and nephew when it came to service, She got remove from off the case about two or three months before the case got transfer to kaleidoscope. First I was interagated in my own home during the intake process trying to figure out as if I was going to use the money to move because I inform them that I was going to move next year after my daughter get out of 8th grade. I wasnt question not once but three times about my financial status and out of all three times I was told on the phone sorry we not going to pick up the case today or not bring the case worker out after I been waiting for almost two months of going through loopholes and steady postponeding the case. Than she ask is it ok if I can still come out even though these things wont take place today I agree n said yes, not knowing that I was going to feel violated in my home with a thousand out of place questions. Than got another phone call stating that my supervisor want me to come back out with a financial sheet to break down how Im living. Than inform me I hate I have to do this because these are such unconfrontble question to ask, I told her dont worry about it because the next time you come out to my house it will be with the case worker not only that I will inform the kids lawyer about this and that DCFS can come remove them from my house because I had a life before these kids came. The next day I got a call stating on my vm I have good news we will be picking up the kids, like wow it took for me to say that after being interagated in my own home. Than shortly after that the case worker and her supervisor came in my home about a month later. First thing the supervisor do is jump into with me registering him into school like I was lying. I had to call the school n put it on speaker so that they can hear what I was informing them about what took place with me registering him. Stead of assuming or making me feel as I was lying. Like what happening to getting to know me n find out what needs I have for the kids. Than she was whispering n tapping the case worker leg when she thought I wasnt looking. All this taking place again in my front living room like wow. I feel like they are not for the foster parent kids are place in your house and they forget about all the things that good foster parents endure with working with kids with special needs. I feel so far is all they think about is meeting what DCFS say or want did for the kids n thats it and all. I know all the workers there not like that and Im sure some do care but first inpression is everything.

HORIBLE !!!!!! They always think they doing the best for a child but they not and its not only for kaleidoscope its fre DCFS period... they just place you in a home just to make it easier for them they dont care about your opinion .... I mean dont get me wrong it is some caring people up there but I hate kaleidoscope

Some of the workers are very rude and do not care about the well being of the kids
