They don’t pick up the phone, after waiting it just hangs up. They don’t respond to text or emails. I had an appointment and was supposed to be sent forms via emails and received NOTHING. So now I have to call and not getting any type of response. Next appointment time is January 21 and it’s January 8.

The overall service is great for parents who work to make a living. The location is clean and the employees are friendly and try to keep the time there as quick as possible. However, the operating hours are NOT accommodating to working parents. Which is very ironic being that one of the very points in utilizing the service is to be able to go to work🤔🤔🤔

Went in yesterday to have a certificate printed for my client. Experienced the most rude and unpleasant lady at the front desk! I could not believe it. If it happens again I will definitely make a complaint.

They say open, but they are closed. Try to call with no success. Try to go on line to get my w2s, no success. What to do???

Very upset...Every time I call, I am always on hold for a very long time. I called yesterday around 1pm and was on hold for over an hour, just to find out they closed on me while I was still on hold.

I love it.. people nice and never a long wait.

The line for drop off to receive an receipt is pretty fast and there clerks are pretty helpful.

Everyone is very friendly and they get you in and out quickly.

Hopefully I can get some subsidy to help pay for childcare while I work and go to school. Paying out your pockets can keep you from putting a hot meal on the table.

I’m upset I’m a provider. Me an the client applied back in may for me watching her children. We submitted all documents requested and today we get told that the client application was denied back in August and it’s October. No letter was sent out. they told us that we were approved a few weeks ago over the phone and a letter would be sent out. So now I’m not getting paid at all and plus this office has lost all my documents( the lady states she doesn’t see anything in the system for us)but I have the receipts(child care gave me) where I turned my information in. I called it says 16 minutes hold time and no one comes to the phone until 1 hour an 20 minutes(I just let the phone sit on the charger until someone answer. I went to the office an waited in line for 30 minutes just to be told that our information is still processing. I’m highly upset with this office.
