Louie was freaking amazing! Gave great suggestions and is personable. That Orange Whip is amazing. Gives an immediate chill calm to the body and mental. Definitely a little tingling after a few minutes, but a strain that makes me want to continue with my day. AWESOMENESS!!!

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now. This place is one of the few spots that didn’t change for the worse once adult use became a thing. They have actually gotten better in my opinion. The staff has changed a lot but the vibe is still there. They also have a better menu when you get to the store. Today, Jose helped me. I have always had a great experience with Jose. Im bad with names but everyone I have encountered there lately has been cool AF and very helpful.💚

I you’re not going to be open to 8pm and close around 7:30… some of us have tight schedules and make an effort to come when we can… transparency is key (in regards to your online inventory as well) . Otherwise the Bud is decent, customer service is usually great

Very nice dispensary when compared to others in the area prices are always fair and they have deals on certain products a couple days of the week. Came in before recreational was ready and I was unaware. Was told if I was a medical patient and said no. They said they only serve medical at the moment so I asked if I could take a flyer so I can read up on some info for when I come back, I was told no in a rude manner. Although this place is walking distance to me, I avoid going here. Other locations have better deals going on with cheaper prices.

Ive been to a lot of dispensaries in the Chicago area just by far was the worst experience Ive ever had I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I was supposed to receive $5 off for each item that I purchased and only received 5% off of one item what a bunch of b*******. Im voting for Evan as the worst budtender. I recommend going to earthmed 10% off every Tuesday on recreations, 10% off on your birthday, $25 bonus credit spending $1,000 accumulated and 10% off any day of the week for senior citizens. Purchased an Ozone Lemonade Kush C02 cartridge from this location. When I got home to test the product I opened it and the cart was oxidizing. Half of the cart was a turning brown and the cart did not work on my pen. I called the manager to get a replacement he happily obliged. After recieving the replacement cart I opened it to test out side the location this time. And again recieved a faulty oxidized cart that did not work with my pen. I called the manager and was told that thats how they sell them because that is how they recieved them. And was told that it couldnt be possible that the second cart did also no work. Terrible management and terrible business ethics selling poor quality product. Will not return and will tell everyone I know not to as well.
