I had an incredible experience from start to finish. As part of their COVID-19 precautions, they take your temperature as you enter and disinfect surfaces and equipment after use. This made me comfortable and safe. The salon itself is impeccably bright, clean and elegant. Julie, my stylist, is extremely talented. She is very professional, and she gave great recommendations when it came to style and color. She always had my comfort in mind, and walked me through the entire process. Gold Coast Salon is the BEST! I was looking around my area for a hair salon and a haircut. I am very picky with my hair since it’s so long and thick and hard to cut. But JULIE did an AMAZING JOB! She was so personable and educated me on how to keep and maintain healthy hair. She stayed after close to finish my hair without rushing. She is a professional with an incredible keen eye for perfection in her work! I’ve never had such an amazing haircut before. I’m sad I am moving out of state, but when I visit, I know to go to Julie! She is great! I even went back a few days later for her to style and curl my hair! My hair is naturally straight and never holds curls, but when Julie curled my hair, the curls lasted for days! This place is amazing! Seriously! Very clean, extremely great customer service. Their products are to die for! Overall, great salon!

The service I received was beyond exceptional! Everyone at the salon was very welcoming and understanding to my needs. Julie did my highlights/cut/style and did a phenomenal job. She was not only talented but took her time to make sure every detail mattered. A lot of times stylists rush but she did not and she didn’t seem inconvenienced in any way by how long my hair took to highlight. The salon is so so chic and the decor is so classy. I drove here from Michigan to get my hair colored. This salon makes you feel so special. Even before I entered the salon, the girls worked around my schedule to find time to squeeze me in! The moment I walked in I was greeted by the owner Ina. I worked with Nicole who listened exactly to what I was envisioning for my hair. She not only listened to my vision but also used a glaze to perfect the color. My hair felt amazing after the treatment she did and the color was fabulous and exactly what I was looking for. I came in for a consult with Ina and asked for her opinion on what color to use for my hair. She mixed the PERFECT colors that look amazing with my skin tone. This was one of my first times coloring my hair and it was such a wonderful experience. I came in nervous but after I saw the final result I absolutely LOVED it and it brighten my whole mood. Ian did my haircut. She is fantastic, she did a nice hair wash, haircut and also set my hair with small curls near the ends. I find 100$ a little expensive for haircut, but the service is great. Would definitely recommend, and go back regularly!

Candice is amazing, she gives me the perfect platinum blonde while keeping my hair super healthy, she is also really sweet and fun to talk to!The service is amazing, you are treated like family. For my first appointment, I had some serious roots from quarantine/lockdown earlier this year, however even as a new client, they got me in as soon as the salon reopened which I highly appreciated.I also love how flexible they are, I have a pretty busy work schedule so I really appreciate that I am able to get appointments in the late afternoons after work which I’ve found to be an option many salons don’t have!Overall I’ve had an amazing experience and will keep coming back!5/5 🌟

I’ve been going to Tammy Printy for years. She gives the best haircuts I’ve ever had, as well as keratin treatments which make my hair amazingly soft and manageable, even in the Chicago summer humidity. Highly recommended.
