It was my first time at Volume and Luz was very nice, and attentive. I showed a photo of the haircut I wanted and got the exact same, if not better. Very reasonably priced as well. Definitely coming back!

Luz is amazing. Ive gone to the same salon for years but due to moving and covid its not as easy to get to so in desperate need of a haircut I took a chance and called Volume, mostly because it looked really nice from outside. I read the reviews on Google before calling and they were really good so I called and they were able to get me in the same day and I was lucky enough to get Luz for my cut. And what a talented person she is! And very sweet too. Ive already called to make another appointment for this week. I was really impressed with the way she cut my hair the first time, listening to what I wanted and looking at pictures of my last cut she duplicated it for me perfectly! Its a great salon. I highly recommend it.

Ive followed Lucy from her former salon, she now has her own chair at Volume! Shes an excellent listener, cuts and styles exactly how I describe and pictured it. Always professional and great value for her time and effort. My 8 year old got a haircut plus a full blow out, she loved it! Lucy took as much time with her as she did me and really made her feel special! Thank you Lucy! Love my cut, see you soon!!

Luz is by far the best hair stylist East of the Mississippi! POINT BLANK! I love how she not only cuts your hair but sparks a conversation, makes recommendations to take care of your hair and face.... very talented! I am sold with her for life! I highly recommend her to anyone... and for the haters.... go hate somewhere else... she has been in business for over almost 40 years.... almost 10 at this location.... two or three bad reviews... and one coming from someone who starts with been getting my hair done here for three years with no problems... girl... sit down! it is obvious she knows what she is doing, otherwise, why would you keep going for so long?!

This is by far the best place to get your haircut. Im very picky as opposed to who I let cut my hair, I was recommended this place by my bf and his family. Luz is very professional she took her time, walked me through each and every stand she was cutting. Luz kept my same length as i asked, V-shaped and gave me the layers Ive been dying to get (other salons all failed) shes extremely kind, gentle and sparks up great conversations. I love how after my cut she also styled my hair and thought me a few tricks I didnt know that a brush can do! I instantly felt like a whole knew woman once I walked out. My hair now looks thicker & has so much more volume.Im so in love with the work Luz did, i cant stop touching it and have gotten so many compliments on it. I have posted my truth on YELP. But to summarize it up I’ve attended this salon 3 years in a row with no problems. This year I get OVER charged for the color/style I wanted... came out looking NOTHING like the photo I showed LUZ that she said yes to doing... also over charged my mother for a karetin treatment and color as well. She kept complaining we had soo much hair yet our hair is only a few inches past shoulder length.. I have provided on yelp a photo of how long my hair was when she dyed it red and did not get charged $200 💁🏻‍♀️ All I’m saying is; if you can’t do what a customer asks... simply be HONEST and let them know so they don’t waste their time and moneyP.s I wish I can add photos hereHeading to Hair gallery of hair to fix your mess... thanks a lot
