I love this place! My cousin is disabled and was wholly dependent on his parents when they both died this past summer. All of a sudden he was facing a crisis of support as well as facing homelessness with only SSI income. As I scrambled to find supportive living and resources for my cousin, I was put at ease for the first time in weeks after speaking with the director of Eden South Shore. She helped me feel like there was hope. My communications with Camille in marketing were similarly positive and uplifting. Camille seemed to work day and night making sure we had all the information necessary to complete the application process. She always returned my calls the same day, even if it was after 5, and was very clear about expectations and rules in written communications. The location is very convenient, and the units are new and clean. It’s peaceful while also very vibrant. I’m so proud and happy that my cousin and others have this safe and beautiful option for supportive living.

I moved here because of Camille. I also enjoy my apartment and the friends i have made. The food aint bad either.

Hi I would never stay here mrs.Lori is not truthful she told my new payee to not to call Eden anymore. She said they don’t want my money but 1400 from February never reached social security and March check they received and it 11 since they received all that money. I had to call the main social security office to report this information. On a Monday I called the business off to ask for a copy of the check they sent to social security so we can show them that it was sent but it’s a week later and no email. Now I did put a report with the better business bureau and they never got back to them. I would give this place a negative 100 stars for getting my money back after moving out

After searching for a support living for a resident, I came across Edens supportive living. Their admission staff was extremely informative by giving all needed details for transitioning residents. The facility is simply beautiful and clean. Most importantly, the staff and their residents were most welcoming.

I like the new facility here in south shore area, Ive looked at 3 Eden locations so far for my father and employees are so nice and accommodating ,except when I was looking for the director here at south shore , a employee named Evelyn, Im not sure what department directed me toward the office but had this brush me off attitude when I ask where the office was, it was quite unprofessional I think you guys need to train your employees better. other than that it was a great experience.

I would recommend as SW. Its a nice looking facility with perks. Strict on who they allow into the facility especially if you have a background. You will feel safe about your loved ones being there but bummer for those with a background who are current productive members of society.

I moved out on January 11th of 2021 I got my deposit back after a phone call to them. The big problem is that they stole $1400 of mine it is because i never got my prorated rent back it’s been over 1 month and my February 1st SSI check has not been returned to social security and I have called to talk to Lori Kelly about this and she refuses to talk to me about it very unprofessional it’s like they stole the money they are giving me the runaround and my mom and Stonebridge of gurnee too the runaround I would never stay in a place lol this

Beautiful, new, clean, bright and charming facility for individuals with disabilities. I would be more than happy with having my family stay here. Best of both worlds- have some support with staff, and the independence and privacy with their own room.

I watched this facility being built as I sat with one of my eldest daughters next door to Edens.we were saying what a nice place the facility was going to be once it was complete. And Ive heard far greater things then what i had ever imagined. Who knew,4years later I would be burned out, relapsed,brokenhearted and in need of shelter,and would ultimately end up in a nursing home. However it is a deplorable place,i have been continuously violated and disrespected by staff,threatened by staff,out right mistreatment,I have been physically attacked by a male resident here,there is no structure at PSE please help me.owner of Edens

Nice place for people with disabilities. The staff is nice and the building is clean. The staff makes you feel like family. Camille is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend Eden Village to anybody that needs supportive help between the ages of 22-65.

Eden SLF provides a safe clean wonderful aesthetic experience for people that normally do not have an opportunity to live independently with 24 hours of assistance. Great Job Edens South!!!

Ive lived here for the past 11 months. Most of my experiences have been phenomenal. The staff has always been helpful, cordial, respectful and genuinely caring. Ive recently decided that it is time for me to move out of Eden. Even though there are numerous signs touting that our rights encompass being treated with dignity & respect, the newly acquired administrator does not conform to that standard of care.Ive never had an overnight guest. When I asked her, about approving my young daughter and my new grandson, for an out of town visit, her immediate response was. Why do they have to stay here? I had no idea that Id receive such a judgmental response - as if she was asking why they were so poor that they couldnt afford to rent a hotel or something. Up until then, Id never felt that disconnect or as if I was less than. That was a horrible feeling - one that I never want to feel again. Once they start placing that kind of callousness, in the administrative process, its time for me to move on. But for that experience, I would have given 5 stars

Eden have great staff members. I can say that they really care for the residents. Keep up the great job.

Great facility

I am currently a resident and its been a very positive experience. The staff is very professional and friendly. Care Nurses on site 24/7. And a doctor on site. The food is very tasty and facilities overall are new, bright and clean. Rooms are very spacious. I finished my Physical Therapy here which was another great amenity. I will be leaving after the New Year to go back on my own. But none of that would be possible I dont think without my stay here.

The facility is a great place to take your loved ones. Its safe, clean, and the people are very kind and professional.

When Eden South Shore hires their staff, they must have Customer Service front and center for priorities. I have to tell you that it was such a pleasure to be greeted and treated with priority and importance when I called there today to introduce myself to the area. LaRon and Ron, both Concierge/Front Desk (has the potential to be confusing, I know. LOL) could have very easily been the same person. They were both accommodating and so pleasant and never wavered from providing great customer service. They offered to direct me to Marketing when I was expressing interest in the programs there. That was a great experience, as well. I then had the pleasure of speaking to Camille. The guest experience never died down. From initial call, to destination, the whole communicative transaction was very effortless and flowed very well. Thank you for your kindness and treating me like an old friend. Kudos to your team.

This place is not employee friendly, will fire staff for any reason without you knowing what is going on, management is disconnected from nurse staff but not department heads. It is not a fair place to work, and not people friendly.

This is a great facility. There is state of the art facility and quality staff.

This place is amazing. I recently assisted my cousin with her application and move in. The staff, especially Ms. Mabel, provided a level of care and assistance that was first class. Ms, Rolle was incredible. Supportive living is stressful as you navigate the right facility for a family member, but Eden took all the stress away because of its staff and first class facility. This facility is beautiful. The environment was warm and friendly. The staff had great customer service. The units are clean and spacious. If you have any family members who need supportive living this is the spot to be.
