Self Help Home has been a wonderful place for my 94-year-old mother-in-law. Shes been there about 4 years now and is involved with all the activities. The staff really cares and checks in with her often. I like the fact that when she went from Independent to Assisted, she stayed in her own apartment. She didnt have to move. The residents and the staff are almost completely vaccinated and they had very few issues even before vaccinations. Staff turn-over is low because they are a mensch-y place. I would recommend Self Help Home for yourself or loved one.

My mom has been a resident at SelfHelp for 3 years. She speaks often about the wonderful staff, their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile in helping with any problem the resident faces. She also enjoys many of the activities. The staff has done an excellent job during the pandemic, setting and revising policies to protect a very vulnerable population.

Each time Ive called Im greeted with friendly voices & patient staff members. Raclyn seems pretty sweet & professional as well. May God bless all the residents & staff at Self help home!

My mother has been happier here than I ever could have imagined. It feels like a warm family more than an elder care facility. Staff all know her by name and treat her with great care. I dont know anyone who is as happy with parents elder care as we are.

One of the best senior living communities. Everyone at Selfhelp cares deeply for the residents. Quality of life is high, great cultural programming, community events and food. They go the extra mile and people who volunteer here actually move in later in life.

I went with two friends to bring some food to the residents in honor of Purim. The residents said they were happy. The staff was caring and friendly.

I had the privilege of attending an open Shabbat with The Selfhelp Home and ChiTribe. It was great to meet the residents and I enjoyed the opportunity to volunteer with a local Jewish senior living organization!
