I had a great experience visiting my loved one at Bria at Forest Edge.My loved one was clean, and neat. Social distancing was great. Everyone was professional, courteous, and kind. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Horrible disgusting place full of lazy rude staff members.

While they are few great staff members, most of the staff has shown a great deal of ineptitude when it comes to ensuring safety and care for residents to the point of threatening and verbally abusing them. Worse, management that will not answer or return phone calls. If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would!

It is a large building and we were a little nervous at first but everyone we met made us feel better. The staff are great including the nurses, people in the kitchen, the therapy team, and housekeeping. We made the right decision coming here.

This place unfortunately has staff that abuses and neglects their clients. Please do not use this place until they make an effort to hire staff that consciously cares for their clients

We recommend Bria of Forest Edge. It is safe and secure. They really know what they are doing. The care and therapy is excellent.

This place is horrible! My friend is here and they bully and pick at her almost daily. I’ll be glad when she can be moved elsewhere because this place is basura!

I am furious! I my brother has mental illness. He has been there since August. I took him out for his Birthday September. I gave them a list of his medications. And 3 sets of clothes. I go to see him. They lied and said we didnt receive the list of medications. My sister gave it to them personally. My brother was always quiet and well dressed. I went to visit yesterday he was wearing girl clothes and unable to communicate with me. This is a dangerous place. 😡

I called there to receive information on on some services. I was transferred around. When I got to human resources she was rude, unprofessional and hung up on me. I will never send anyone there they are too unprofessional over the phone let along in person. the poor service speaks for itself. I have heard and seen many workers and residents there and they all say the same thing.. just horrible.

This place is the worst place ever they have only one elevators in the second floor they mistreat the senior they take their clothes leave them naked, also they do t feed the people or give them their medicine. When family come over they act they are doing a good job I won’t recommend nobody to put their family their also the employee smoke inside the building.

A friend of mine is at this facility and she is being treated very poorly. She has stories of the other residents being intimidated and verbally abused. Terrible service.

Bria of forest edge had a bad reputation, to my surprise , a friend’s father was admitted to its Medicare floor for rehabilitation .. The feed back I got was outstanding.. Kudos to the staff !

This place is nasty, unorganized, under staffed, and unprofessional!!! My aunt is there now and Ive been trying to speak to the social worker for weeks!!No matter when I call the witch isnt there! I called this morning asked for Kaley.. was transferred to a voicemailStill waiting for a call back been 2 hours!!Called Carol too and was told she left for the day! This was at 10am!!! Reallyshe left already!! Such freaking LIARSIf you dont want to deal with concerned family than get another JOB!!Every time I visit my aunt, I check her drawers for her clothes and things And every time theres things missing and things that arent even hers in her personal space! I bring her new clothes weekly Just to have them stolen!! I report it to the nursing staff( if I can find one) All they say is contact housekeeping. And around n round we go. So I stop taking her clothes.Another problem I have is 90% of the time I go there Theres neva any staff on the 5th floor. I have to go search the whole floor!! Residents just sitting in the tiny tiny dinning room looking bored as ever. Such a sad sad place to be. I cant even really visit with my aunt cause that place is so depressingIm looking for a new place for her to go right now!!Oh almost forgotThe picture of the lobby on the site for Chicago is False, Fake, and a Lie

Terrible experience working for this company low pay they dont buy proper products for residents. Treats employees badly and lies when u leave. Very Unprofessional Management is more friends than what needs to be done. Needs be checked by the state. DO NOT Work here or Put your love ones here!!!

I worked there for 4 months ND they didnt pay me for my 90 days or havent giving me W2-forms yet, they said they have til the end of January.

Worst place to work and live... The residents are neglected due to lack of staff. Management is terrible no sense of organization staff very lazy and unprofessional they will lie on you and they need to be reevaluated by the state to much under the table things going on in this facility!

Went to visit a family member and its the worst place Ive ever seen I think the Cook County Jail is a better place to live then this place.
