Everytime we have been it has been clean, well cared for facility and the reception/customer service is professional, courteous and prompt.the actual time with our provider was on time and very little lag between nurse and provider. She was VERY attentive to what we wanted to discuss and patient with our child (18 months) during the exam. Both my husband and I were allowed into the appointment (with masks) which is important to us.

There probably isnt enough character fields to share my horrendous experience I encountered with this so called family first clinic. I have never had such poor, disorganized medical treatment in my life and certainly will not be recommending this place to anyone. You cant diagnose anything right, you dont call to communicate anything, I see results faster in my MyChart app first and then have to call your clinic for further action and no one knows whats going on. I would rate a zero if that were an option. Never again will I step foot in this place.

Had a doctor apt at 8am. As I walked up I was reading a note on the door which said closed until 8 due to office meeting. They ask you show up 15 minutes early and they cant even tell you they are closed till 8. As I was reading the sign a lady came and opened the door and very rudely said were closed until 8 theres a sign on the door which I was reading. Then she held the door open until I walked back to my vehicle then locked the door. Also when you leave a message you are lucky if you even get a call back! Very poor patient service!!

Now I would recommend Family First to my friends and family, the finality management has made a lot of changes and the staff is very friendly and very helpful.At the first time when I started going to family first I had a bad experience 😕.Now its great!

They don’t return phone calls! A nurse or receptionist will take your message but if your looking for a call back forget it! Horrible customer service

If you care about you or your familys safety, do not go to this clinic. Dr. Caswell is very rude and disrespectful. He is incompetent. He is a young doctor with a big ego and thinks he knows it all. Save your time, money, and health. Youre welcome.

This office has been very kind and was able to get me in for an appointment same day. NP Linden Gray has seriously the most helpful NP that I have seen in a very long time. Answered all my questions and concerns and returned my phone call in a timely manner while I was experiencing pain. I cant say how grateful I am for everyone in this office. Thank you!

Ive had good experience with this facility.Ive been there for many years.When i call to get an immediate appt they do their best, though sometimes every doctor is booked and Ive had to go to urgent care.When i leave a message for the doctor the MA contacts me quickly.They have worked through difficulties with insurance and prescription issues in my behalf.Dr Stampfli is concerned, caring, knowledgeable and i have confidence in him.The facility is clean and the office staff are always quite helpful if i call with some immediate need.

Made an appointment 5 days in advance on my day off for a check-up that is mandatory for my employer. But in the meantime I developed a bad kidney infection. Instead of going to a clinic, I decided I would try to make it until this appointment. Been struggling through pain and fever and was relieved when the day of the appt arrived. However, I woke up to a cheerful message telling me that the provider is out of the office today and I have to reschedule - which would not be possible for me to do until the end of the week due to work schedule. These people dont care anything at all about their patients. I wont be going back here.

Ayub is hands down the worst doctor I have ever seen. She will not listen and will gladly waste your time and make wild and unsubstantiated accusations. Wasted a lot of time and money trying to get help from her, just to be sent elsewhere for better care as she put it, which in the end did the exact same care level she could have. Dont waste your money or time here. Go to a real doctor.

Good doctors, but had a really rude receptionist today.

It was easy to get an appointment with the doctor that I request . Dr Alvarado it is a very nice lady , she listen to me and sound very knowledgeable.The only reason why Im not giving 5 starts is because the front desk doesnt seen to be so friendly and I believe that since they are the first one to receive the patient they should be more friendly

I love this Family First! I only go to Dr. Ayub. She is so kind and really takes the time to go over things with you and listen to your concerns. She will be my doctor for as long as I live in Cheyenne!

Dr. Schiel and Dr. Stampfli are both amazing physicians.
