The staff at Babson & Associates are kind, knowledgeable , and accommodating. I moved my children over from their pediatric primary care office, not because of lack of quality care, but because of the exceptional care and ease of gaining an appointment at Dr. Babson’s. Whenever my family has a concern we are typically able to be seen the same day. I have been seen by most of the providers at this clinic and have had positive experiences with all of them. The nurses and providers listen to your concerns and take the time to address your health history. The staff is knowledgeable of patients through the lifespan and I feel confident in the providers’ ability to care for my family. Whenever I call the nurse’s desk to discuss an order or medication concern, the nurses are able to quickly help me. I am very pleased with the care I receive at this office. I am also impressed with how clean and well-kept the practice is.

Ive overall been happy with my care with Dr. Edgren. I have RA and have been having a really hard time with it flaring up and extremely painful! Im no drug addict seeking pain meds, Ive been down all summer almost confined to bed and a chair the inflammation and pain are unbarable. But my old Dr. In Colorado set me up on pain meds that must have seemed like enough to kill a horse. But I didnt convey to himthim hydrocodone was a 6 month supply because my rheumatologist was leaving for Oregon and made sure Id be comfortable until I could find a new doctor. Dr.H Edgren sign some papers so no one else could prescribed pain meds, I was irritated to say the least. I cant blame him, hes been doing his best to get me on track and finally starting to work after 3 months of hell off and on. My only issue is this Opiod BS crisis thats so low percentage wise in my opinion sticks it to those of us that need pain relief now not days later or weeks later. Anyone has ever been in my shoes would understand the pain is so horrid you cant sleep you start thinking about a way out so when I ask about another prescription that I know will at least curb it make life a tad better . Your at a point your scared not having that med knowing if you have to wait or told no you know your back to unbelievable pain and do anything to avoid it! He does his best and done pretty good so far other than my fear of losing another month or two in pain. Because of this Opiod thing because of careless Drs and drug addicts! Thanks! But this staff has been excellent from receptionist to nurses and Dr. Edgren!

Babson & Associates is a wonderful primary care provider. I have been going there for years and they always get me in quickly. I like the hours, from 7:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. I am so busy having the option of seeing someone after 5 p.m. is helpful. I see Vickie Richards FNP-C as my primary care provider. Vicki listens to me and answers all my questions. She never seems like she is a hurry to get in and get out. Overall I have had all good experience at Babson & Associates.

After going Dr Babson for 37 years and after his retirement and Jennifer Frymann leaving I wouldnt wish the service here to have a sliver removed. His new GP said my bad ekg was fine a luckily Jennifer sent me to a heart dr. to get my problem solved. Now that Jennifer has moved away they set me up with Vicki and she doesnt care about her patience or what they have to say. Today they wouldnt let me get my blood draw with the people from Scottsbulff Ne. unless I make an appointment with Vicki. wich I wasnt interested so I am moving on!

About the worst doctors office that I have been to in a long time especially for it being my first time being there it was not welcoming at the front desk with the nurse or with the doctor due to my concerns the doctor didn’t even check she came up with a game plan and that was it she didn’t look at what the issue was or how to evaluate it she just listen to me I didn’t go to a counselor’s office I went to a doctors office if you were wanting to be taken care of as a individual order to go into a facility and feel welcomed this is not the place for you highly suggest using somewhere else

So, I never do these review things, this is only my second one, but I felt compelled to share! I love going to doctor Babsons! The staff is incredibly professional. I am not treated as a paycheck or a number, but a human. They remember me each time and ask about how I am doing with actual interest! I highly recommend coming in if you want to be listened to and taken care of. Their lab associates were also really nice and definitely know what they are doing, didnt even feel the poke when I had to get blood drawn! Thank you so much!

I have given up on this doctor. I have been a patient for over a year and I haven’t ever met my doctor. If I call in with a question there is never anyone available for me to speak with but the receptionist. When I do make an appointment I am generally farmed out to a specialist, who is told incorrectly by my doctor’s office why I’m there. So I have had to keep correcting with my doctor’s office and the specialist what the reason for my visit is. They do not return phone calls. They do not listen when you are telling them what the trouble is. They don’t make appointments when they say they will. They don’t ask questions about your symptoms, and have given me attitude or came across as bored when I was trying to talk to them about it. I guess they really don’t want my business, and I am happy to oblige.

I have been a patient for over 35 years and I enjoy seeing Vickie Richards. I receive exceptional care every time I’m seen by Vickie. The front office staff is professional, friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Babson and Associates for any health care issues one might have.

I would NEVER recommend this primary care facility. I have had problem after problem going to these providers. Their office is very outdated. All of the providers do the bare minimal treatments possible, never look at the patient as a whole, or your health history. The providers are all inconsistent with their plan of care, rush to get every visit done and you will never get an appointment with the same provider. They have continuously prescribed incorrect medications from what was discussed in the office visit and do not send the correct prescriptions to the pharmacy. They will order tests that you do not consent to and still bill you for them. The front office staff is terrible and always give you the wrong information. Communication throughout the whole office is horrendous and nothing is ever done correctly. Do not go to this primary care facility!

Im new to Cheyenne and am used to the big city feeling where no one really cares about you. Cheyenne in general, and Babson specifically, made me feel important, like another member of the family. It felt like walking into a good friends house when I walked into Babson. Thank you guys for being so inviting and welcoming!!!

The extended office hours come in handy when you dont feel well, or have a hectic schedule. I can get my labs, and x-rays done in one place which saves me time and allows me to get back to my family, and work obligations. I highly recommend this office if your looking for a personal, or family physician. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work!!!!!

My experience here for my family & myself has been FANTASTIC!!! I personally can see one person for my general health and for my diabetes and insulin pump changes. I personally see Jennifer Davis, P.A.

I have been to see Vickie Richards twice which is twice to many. She is extremely rude and shows no respect or compassion for those she sees. I will seek care elsewhere. I just love Dr Davis and her nurses, they really listen to me and not guess whats wrong or assume what Im going to say. Kelli, she is a sweetheart and hard worker to get my meds where they need to go. And all the gals in the front do a great job of getting me the appointments that work for me.... Was Charged for tests that were not asked for . And billing department is rude . Would not recommend this office..so they dont even care enough to comment?? I dont know why anyone would go here and be treated like this

Our experience has always been great. We have been patients for years and have taken our kids there since they were born. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

Always there when you need them. Full lab and ex ray in house to make all your Doctor visits convenient.

This place will treat you horribly, waste your time, and make you feel like youre less than human. The only two GOOD nurse practitioners are the two Jennifers. I adore them. as for the others, Vicky and edgren, theyre horrid, and theyre evil. Most of the nurses are even as cruel as the two horrid drs are. This place has gone down hill since babson announced retirement. I refuse to come here again, unless a miracle happens and Vicky and edgren, leave, and take their horrible nurses with them .

I had a nasty esophageal virus; the medical team had a lab done for me very quickly and with urgency. I received excellent medical treatment; the facilities were top-notch and the staff was professional.

Wait time has always been less than ten minutes, and the lab and radiology on site is handy. I personally have had mediocre care, lack of respect multiple times. Will not go back.

Have been in the facility multiple times for check ups and such and Babson is by far the best practice I have experienced. If you are in the area and need to see a doctor certainly get an appointment with Babson and associates.

Vickie Richards, CNP was terrible with my daughter! My daughter went to this provider as a new patient for help and all she got was whats wrong.! Provider did not introduce herself, did not assess or get history, did not spend anytime listening, told her to go see another doctor, spent about a minute on a new patient visit! Ms. Richards and the nurse made my daughter feel as if they could care less about her and her health problems. Will not be returning.....would not recommend!

Update: I stand by my voiced opinion and experience with Dr. Edgren, which I didnt specify is who I saw for the visit I reviewed about. But I would like to say, that anyone else Ive seen at this office has been nothing but kind, caring, patient and thorough.Since Babsons pending retirement, the office has gone significantly downhill. Almost everything I went in to be seen for wasnt taken seriously. I ended up with an even worse infection than I had initially been seen for because antibiotics were just thrown at it, instead of looking further into the issue. My new primary care physicians office has more than made up for the complaints Ive had at Babsons office.I truly hope that they can turn it around for the sake of their patients and professionalism.

Im new to the area and have not really cared for going to the doctors office in general but wow the are making it easier to say something when I have an issue with my health.

I just need some meds for and infected tooth so I went to the doctors office after making an appointment the day before the receptionist was rude and felt her work was more important finally got her to check me in I get called back thinking it world be the normal doctor but no it wasnt it was some dintist and look at my tooth and said yah its infected its to be pulled out I told him I didnt the money for that yet woth no insurance and again I had to remind him of that several times then he basically said he wouldnt touch me because he couldnt make much money so he told me to go to the hospital and the did everything that was needed and I was in and fast...going to babsons office is a waste of time and thier all rude,and the reason why the doc didnt do anything is be cause he saw my teeth because yes I have bad teeth but he instantly assumed oh hes a meth head I dont have to help him(he basically profiled me for no reasson)

Everyone at Dr. Babsons office from the office staff to the nursing staff,PAs and Doctors have been nothing but courteous and professional.We are aiways greeted with a smile as is everyone who comes in while we are in the waiting room. Wait times are usually short and the Doctors and PAs conduct their exams very professionally.

If you do not have insurance because you are too poor for ACA or your bill is not paid in full, be aware Babsons will not fill your prescriptions until the bill is settled. Also, regardless whether you are ill or not, they will insist you come make an office visit every three months, charging an office visit fee ($100-150 each time), which will have to be paid in full, before they will fill your prescriptions. It is a business and is not about caring for the patient.

I have never been disrespected and treated badly at at a dr. office until last week when I went in for a follow up with Vickie Richards, I will no longer be going to this dr office.

Wouldnt recommend this office to anyone. Very conservative office. If you lift and have an injury their resolution is for you to quit lifting. That makes a lot sense. Whole reason I now go to the doctors office across the hallway now.

I use Babson & Associates for my Primary Doctors. I see the Physicians assistants. They listen to me as I talk with them and feel like I have a conversation about my health care needs.This will keep me going back to them.
