These guys seem to be a little shady about the bill unless you have it set to automatically pay, and dont necessarily worry about it. Otherwise it seems they do an amazing job, and truly care about the patient!!I just miss the spicy porterhouse steak from the steamboat restaurant that used to occupy this building!!

My daughter has been going here for almost two years now. Every visit is great. The staff are so friendly and always make sure my daughter is comfortable. Well today really spoke volumes about their customer service. My daughter cracked a tooth in half last night. We thought it was a baby tooth but weren’t sure. Our dentist is closed today, so I made an appt with a different dentist in town. In order to prevent potential X-rays, I called smile doctors and asked them if they could help me determine if this was a baby tooth. Dannielle said based on the description it sounds like a baby tooth that was suctioned onto her adult tooth. She walked me through what to do. Then she said she was going to text me so we could communicate about how everything is going. We exchanged a few texts and I was able to get the baby tooth successfully. She saved me a trip and money. I’ve never experienced such excellent customer service. I’m so glad we chose Smile Doctors.

They were laid back and so friendly with my kiddo who had much reservation about having to go to the orthodontist on vacation! They talked with her and laughed with her and took dress up pictures with her! They gave her a bag of loot that even I was jealous of (chapstick, bubbles, etc). Ive been seeing Dr. Weaver & the staff since November, they are all absolutely amazing. Everyone in the office knows who I am & they always have time to talk about any concerns that I might have. They keep me updated on how my teeth are progressing. The timeline for my braces was dead accurate. They are very gentle with my teeth & make the whole experience really fun. I actually look forward to my visits & to seeing everyone. I had braces as a teenager & this has been a completely easy & organized experience...much different...in a good way! They are on time but never rushed. My son is 9 & also sees Dr. Weaver for consultations until he is ready for his treatment. Because of my wonderful experience here I have no doubt that this is the right place for him to have his. He already knows & loves the staff. Where do I start with all the great experiences we have had at Braces U. I have two in braces, a 11 & 12 year old and they both have no problem going to their appointments. The staff is the best, always a pleasure when we are greeted with a beautiful smile when we walk in. Jessica is awesome!! The kids enjoy the report card after every appointment. The treatment they provide is excellent, well explained and I feel confident the results will be great. The payment plan is my favorite, with 2 in braces they worked out a plan to ease my wallet. At my age (60+) I never knew that braces were necessary. I mean, my grandkids are patients at Braces U! They convinced me to go see the fabulous people at the office for a free consult. I met with the orthodontist, Dr. Weaver, who was extremely friendly and so informative. He took time to explain all of the wonderful things that can be done-making my smile more broad, changing my bite, straightening, moving my teeth forward so I have a better lip line-I was shocked! Immediately after my free consultation, I was ready to get started! I got my braces put on last week and people cant even tell I have them (I chose clear)! I love Braces U!Now I just want to tell the world that everyone needs a perfect smile! I know Im not the only one who Had no idea what braces could do for me because as I was leaving, I met another lady my age who felt the same way. As a community, we just arent educated about how truly wonderful orthodontics are! Id urge you to go talk to them-no matter what your age!

My experience at Braces U was the best. Ive never had any orthodontic work done before. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Renee the consultant was wonderful. Yesterday I went in for my first session and received most of my top set of teeth wired. Everyone made the experience very calm and comfortable. I couldnt be happier with choosing Braces U for my family. We came in for a consultation on a Monday and had braces by Wednesday. What I appreciated most about my consultation was how much the staff took my priorities into consideration. They did not spend time trying to convince me of other (more expensive) treatments, while still explaining all of my options. Another outstanding factor was my braces were applied TWO DAYS after my consultation. It was important to me to begin treatment as soon as possible, so this was a big deal. Very professional, fun, kind staff and atmosphere.

Amazingly friendly staff! I shopped around and they were the ones I chose! Others said I would need a tooth pulled but Braces U said they avoid that at all cost! I got my braces on right after my consultation today. Their technology made my visit a much faster and easier process. The other customers there seemed to be like family to them. The doctor took the time to explain and listen. Also what I thought was cool was they offer children a pick up and drop off for their appointments. Making like easier for parents!

Braces U Orthodontics is absolutely the best orthodontics facility for young children. I would recommend them to anyone. All the staff were wonderful and polite. Not only did they explained the whole braces procedure to all us, they made it fun and comfortable for our child. Their consultation was free, which included full x-rays and detailed pictures of the mouth. A consultant met with us afterwards to initially explain our financial options and then the orthodontic dentist meet with us to go over the braces procedure. He took the time to explain this process to our child and even invited her to see someone else get braces on so she could see that it wasnt scary. They also have an awards based incentives program for kids to make the braces process fun.

My son Julian is 11 he has been going to braces u for about 11 months and it is a big difference ! He has been in speech therapy since he was three years old and with the help and an amazing Dr. Weaver he is graduated from speech therapy! My experience was good. For starters, there was a game counsel in the waiting room. When you get braces they give you a pack of gum (sugar free). The people are nice and informative. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone.

These doctors use a newer advanced braces treatment (Damon System) that move the teeth faster with fewer visits to the office for adjustments.
