If I could give this place a negative star I would, this place not only turned me down for any service, but refused to give me any other number of other dental places. I requested to talk to the manager and apparently- the manager was the old hag on the phone refusing my service. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Just dont waste your time, heres to you, management at Colbert !!!

The dude has no regard for personal space, he can be flat out rude. He yanked my ponytail to fix my head positioning and then basically rested his stomach on my head when working. He judged my situation as to why I had cavities and I left crying.

Kind of like your uncle. He likes to talk and get you going while you are subjected to the profession. Dr. Colbert is a good dentist. Roxanne likes to keep you updated o the status of your claims. This office treats you like a person and not a payment.

Horrible place for employees. The dentist and his sister are absolutely a joke. I cant say anything about the dentistry aspect but Ive known several girls that worked here as dental assistants and were treated less than human in thier work experiences with both Kirk and his sister Roxanne. Ion several occasions if the assistants didnt provide him with the correct tool he would throw it one the floor. Very immature and totally unprofessional as well as his sister

Best and worst dental experience Ive ever had . Worst because of my own actions in not seeing the dentist for over a year and best because even though I was uncomfortable, Whitney was gentle and motherly in her scolding and then the dentist came in with his wit and never stopped making me laugh at the same time letting me know my shortcomings regarding dental care. I am on the straight and narrow now, thanks to this team! Top notch service in a what Id call an old school office. Very friendly, family like.
