I had a tooth pain and was able to get in quickly as a new patient. The facility is so clean and nicely designed. The walls and floors are beautiful. The staff was so amazing. They were patient. The dentist was also very helpful. Such a professional practice. I got all of my questions answered and they helped me. I would recommend them without a doubt.

Dr. Balon and the staff are great! Everyone was polite and helpful. I had a cracked tooth and after the Doc presented me with my options, I elected to have it pulled and do an implant. The tooth was extracted in minutes and was completely painless despite being a molar.I am happy to have found them and would recommend them to everyone!

Most people probably will not have a problem with this place as our issue is unique. PDC ran our insurance for which they said was in network and were in contact with the insurance company to make sure that we paid the amount we had to pay and all our family went there. Well then we get a call from them saying our insurance company is in network but paying them the out of network rates. As a courtesy we tried to talk to the insurance company but we did not really get anywhere. Now they are saying I apologize for the inconvenience of this matter. Unfortunately, your policy is, and always has been a No Network policy. Unfortunately it seems that we were all misinformed initially. Our office contacts insurance companies as a courtesy to verify benefits. The insurance companies protect themselves with the disclaimer that the benefits given are not a guarantee of coverage. The estimates that our system generates is only as good as the information we receive from the insurance companies. The estimates we go over in our office prior to any restorative work is just that. An estimate. We cannot guarantee any specific payment from the insurance company due to their disclaimer. Being thousands of dollars off is not an estimate.I will add that even though I had an appointment to see the dentist, they spent too much time taking X-rays that the insurance would not pay for because they exceeded a full mouth series.See the photo for the insurance company comments that appear on a lot of the EOBs.

Just switched over to Precision and this was our first time there and the appointment was for my son. He liked them very much and that’s a big deal for him. I have my first appointment in August not because they can’t get me in til then, I’m not due til then and I’m looking forward to it. I think we made the right decision to switch.

Hadn’t seen a dentist for several years and was rather anxious about going to my appointment, knowing I need to have quite a bit of work done. Facing my embarrassment and anxiety head on, I met with Dr. Balon, his dental asst., Danielle and hygienist, Megan. All three of them were friggin’ amazing! Of course they did the work they needed to and created a treatment plan, but they also showed they care. They listened, provided the space for me (the patient) to process and ask questions, along with some light-hearted conversation (It’s amazing how many of us travel to FL during the summer months). If you’re looking for a dentist - nervous or not - Precision Dental is the place to go. Really, really good people!

Made a last minute appointment with a painful tooth. Everyone was professional, made sure I understood my situation and the choices. At no time was I not comfortable with the staff who were taking care of me. It was a situation where several teeth were involved. Taking extra time. So when theywere understanding of a previous appointment for physical therapy!! What a different experience!! Very pleased.

The staff here is amazing and very friendly. The office atmosphere is positive. Dr. Balon takes the time with his patients to explain things never pushing you to do anything that you don’t want. He has been working with my orthodontist to fix my teeth and it’s been a pleasure. The pain has been minimal and prices reasonable. I have been going to him for years and wouldn’t change a thing. My hygienist, Cami, is the best. She’s gentle and has the patients care in her best interest. Please give these wonderful people a try. You won’t regret it!!!

This was my first dentist appointment in say 18-19 years and everyone was super friendly. luckily the condition of my teeth wasn’t so bad going in despite not going to the dentist in years however Cami did a great job cleaning my teeth.

2 year old, 3 year old and 5 year old all just had their very first visit/cleaning and I am absolutely AMAZED at how well it all went! Megan and Kayla did a fantastic job talking my little ones through their cleanings and explaining the tools and letting kids feel the tools on their little hands to know what to expect in their mouths. They definitely put them all at ease! My 2 year old tried to bolt upon arriving, but after watching big siblings do such a great job and receiving positive affirmations from the hygienists, he hopped into the chair and sat through the entire cleaning! I’m shocked! Dr. Baron was great with my kids and myself. He has little ones as well and was understanding and patient with mine! I had an extremely traumatic experience as a child, so I’ve been anxiously searching for a dentist for my children that will attend to their dental health and leave them feeling with positive emotions towards the dentists office. This office delivered on all aspects. Absolutely amazing!

I went there because I wanted a place closer to home. I was told I have 8 cavities. I took my films and got 3 other Dental opinion. All three separate Dentist concluded, that I had one very small cavity and NOT 8! Some people give 5 stars because they dont know any better. Get a second opinion!!!!! This places sees your insurance and takes advantage of you!!!!

Im gonna start this review with I am that person that hates the dentist, l avoid them at all cost but I was PLEASANTLY surprised at my appointment this morning! Firstly, their office is very inviting (clean, up to date, and organized) and the front desk staff were friendly. l have never had such a thorough exam done, they even checked the lymph nodes in my neck and took my blood pressure! The dental hygienist I had, Megan, was wonderful. She was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, made sure I was doing okay throughout the entire exam. Also, they said to plan to be there for 90 minutes, my appointment was at 11 and I was walking out of there at 12:35. I will definitely be keeping up with my routine check-ups now that Ive found a dentist I love.

The office staff was very nice, hygienists were fun to talk to, and Doctor Balon made it easy and interesting to understand what I needed to do to correct my issues. The equipment is the nicest Ive seen and their procedures made my visit quick and painless.

All of the staff are super friendly and talkative in addition to being sensitive to your needs. They were easy to work with getting fillings that didnt have cold sensitivity and removing wisdom teeth.

I had used the same dentist for a long time, even after I moved away from the area. So, I was living in Chesterton and driving a great distance to go back to the same dentist Just because I couldnt find anyone locally that compared. That is until I found Precision Dental Center and Dr. John Balon. It is a great facility, friendly staff and I felt completely comfortable from the second I walked into the place.
