I found out at my hygiene exam that Dr Balon hired a new dentist and that I wouldn’t be seeing Dr Balon. It seems like a mailed/emailed letter, or even something posted in the waiting area would have been courteous.Then when I needed an emergent exam he gave me a one hour window that day or a different 1 hour window 4 days later. Again, I would expect a little more accommodation considering he had been my dentist of record. I had just been seen 2 months before for an cleaning/exam and was told that everything looked great, so to suddenly be in pain was a surprise.

Had my fist appointment here. The front staff was very helpful and polite. Cami did a great job cleaning my teeth and she was very polite as well. Dr. Balon was very caring and wants you to have the best dental experience. I highly recommend precision dental.

Wonderful experience! My 2 1/2 year old said her teeth hurt. They got us right in and did a fantastic job explaining everything. She even went back in for a cleaning. Now she asks to go to the dentist at least once a week! Our new family dentist for sure.

I highly recommend Precision Dental!! Dr. Balon and his entire staff go above and beyond to meet the needs of their patients. I have been to just about every dentist in the area and I am happy to say after going to Precision I won’t be going anywhere else. Some offices seem to put you through the ringer and bill you for any and everything your plan offers, but Dr. Balon and his staff are honest and dedicated to delivering care that is in the patients best interest. I’m so relieved to finally find someone like Dr. Balon and I know he will continue to be a part of my dental health for many more years to come! Every aspect of Precision Dental deserves a 100%. The office and dental equipment is modern and clean, billing and insurance has always been breeze (everything is listed on my bill and clearly explained), every procedure I have had done, from cleanings, to fillings, to crowns, to dental implants has always been painless and my options have been thoroughly explained. I can’t say enough good things about this office! I have always dreaded going to the dentist but now that I have found someone I trust, it makes going so much easier. Thank you so much Dr. Balon!!

A lifelong dentist for me and my family. Ive had bad teeth for a long time ao i was nervous about going to a dentist after hearing some bad stories about others. I found Dr Balon and i couldnt be happier with my choice. He and his staff are very courteous. Everyone especially Dr Balon and his hygenist Kayla are very knowledgeable about everything they do. All procedures so far have been quick and painless from periodontal scaling to tooth extraction. Scheduling is super easy and wait times are extremely low, usually under 10 minutes. If they have cancellations they have called me to see if i wanted to come in a earlier date to fill the slot. They explain in great detail the procesures and any questions you may have. I fully trust his expert course of action with my teeth and will be bringing my family to see him as well.
