The whole staff was amazing. I hadnt been to the dentist in a while and from Sarah checking me in to the Drs assistant to the Dr it was a great experience. When I spoke with the Dr she asked about myself and dental history. She looked me in the eye when she spoke and I felt like a person and not just a mouth full of dental problems. I would recommend this office to all.

Excellent reception. Clarity on procedure to be done. All this in a timely fashion. Courteous and very receptive to personal needs and questions.

Filled out questions on line and submitted it, I had a person calling me for a convenient time to come in get a estimate on changing Ill fitting dentures for a permanent set. All my questions were answered and top notch service. I ended up having to cancel my next day appointment but rest assured that I will reschedule with them again.

While the price is slightly more than where I used to go, I feel you cant put a price on quality. When it comes to spending money, theres no better investment than your well-being. Not only was my experience beyond satisfactory, the staff here go the extra mile when it comes to service. If youre reading these reviews debating whether or not to give them a try, I implore you to look past the non-nonsensical one-star reviews. Its money, and time, well spent, and the care they provide will speak for itself.

I felt very safe in the office. Was met by a staff who asked me a few questions, took my temperature, and gave me some hand sanitizer. My appointment differed little except for a mouth rinse and all the PPE the staff wore.Another appointment just last week. Again, a good experience.

Having put off my appointment longer than I should have (a move recently...life...), Dr. Arnold & Staff were recommended to me. Sheepishly I went. Why did I wait so long? They are fantastic, caring, warm and just down right good people. Very gentle, very caring and knowledgeable. Sensitive to my nerves...they even have chairs with heat and massage and a fluffy blanket. GO! You wont be sorry.

I called the chesterton office by mistake, but the lady who took my call recommended I tried out their office. So I figured why not, Im new to the area and it was close my home. We talked insurance, and what treatment was needed. Both my husband and I went for a visit, waited 2 1/2 hours. My husband comes out of the room, never got done what he went there for, and they said we had to make a payment??? Turns out they are not in network with anyone, and my insurance didnt cover the xrays. They neglected to tell us that. I understand now, that I should have made sure they where in my network, and participated with insurance, but I trusted when I told her my insurance info and personal info, that they did. Which I do take responsibility for but, I felt scammed, and I wouldnt recommend people like that to anyone.

Consumers beware...when you call to set up your first appointment youll be told that ALL insurances are accepted!!! When you get a $1200 bill and call back to find out why...my how the tone changes. All of the sudden they forgot to tell that they ARE OUT OF NETWORK FOR ALL INSURANCE CARRIERS! The lady even had the nerve to tell me that they find with or without being in network the cost isnt much difference! I bet if she was paying that $1200 bill she wouldnt agree so carelessly! This office purposely withheld information and answered my insurance questions in a malicious way just to get 3 new patients....unethical!!!

I just got the bill too. If you cant take my insurance than tell me. Im angry. I feel like they know this. A bad mark for the dentistry business. I guess that new mercedes benz, and boat mean more than being honest with new customers. I will be letting everyone i know that i work with to stay away. Im really upset at the dishonesty .
