This is one of the only places I will refer my patients to bc they take time to truly understand what the patient needs and not just trying to push hormones on everyone. The staff is friendly and the results on our patients that have went there have been better than anticipated.

Not the best first impression. I live in a very rural area, which of course is on me. The only reason I say that is to mention that it is well over an hour drive to get there. I had an appointment to have my initial blood work done to see where I am with levels. Two different girls stuck me a total of 5 times and were unable to get a draw. Again, I understand that happens. What shocked me was the fact they were so flippant about it, just stopped, and told me to come back again in a week because there will be people here then that are better at this than we are. What? Really? Nah, Im out.

Staff was friendly and informative. After a few months of treatment I feel like I did 10 years ago. Such a difference.I enjoy how anytime I come in everyone is smiling. Even behind the masks... I can tell 😊

If you are looking for a clinic, as someone who has been using hormone replacement therapy, for the better part of a decade do NOT use this clinic. There were many red flags upon the initial consultation. I had to reach out to a new clinic since my old one due to recent circumstances could no longer stay in operation. The initial visit a patients protocol was discussed in front of me while drawing blood. I certainly wouldnt want these types of sensitive items addressed in front of other patrons. They disagreed on what protocol the patient was using and one said They are all on basically the same thing. This led me to believe they do not customize treatment to the patients needs but rather a cookie cutter approach. Upon the evaluation of the blood results, I was treated more like a child being disciplined in a principals office rather than a patient reaching out for medication. Again not the type of manner anyone would like to be treated when dealing with sensitive issues. Finally like the other one star review, I am rural and had to drive a very long distance for blood work which they could not complete and were very flippant about the inconvenience. I will say I do believe in the treatments if customized to the patients needs but the staff and management of this clinic leave much to be desired. There are other options that will get you where you want to be in the STL area. Avoid this place if you value your health and dignity.

Ive been going here for several months (close to a year) and have had nothing but an excellent experience from Day 1! Physically, I feel MUCH better...I can especially feel the difference if I miss a week or two. The staff has always been incredibly knowledgeable, considerate, and friendly. Im usually in and out in under 10 minutes so it is convenient, too!

Great Staff! Competent and Knowledgeable! I visit this office when I can not make it to South County. Staff is always kind and welcoming! They have really improved the quality of their staff in the last year or so. The improvement is noticed and appreciated!

Mantality St. Louis is an outstanding practice. I have been going here for two years and have always been treated with respect and dignity. The staff is always friendly and professional. The staff here is great and the receptionist Jessica is super cool and makes you feel at home when you walk in the door! All the people there are great and the docs are really good at explaining everything in way you can understand everything easily! Highly highly recommend!

Just started treatment today. These girls are great! I had my labs drawn and qualified for treatment! They took care of everything for me. I have been a patient for a month and go to the Chestfield location. The lady’s in the office are amazing. Jack is great, he takes time to listen to your concerns. You are always greeted with a friendly smile. And my results have been amazing.

It was the one of the best decisions I ever made to come into this office. The staff are always kind and knowledgeable. They truly care about their patients. My life has improved greatly with this treatment.

From the ladies at the front desk to Jack and all the people running the show in the back, mantality makes you feel right at home. Dealing with low T and the things that come with it can be hard for a guy but the people at mantality understand what youre feeling and do everything they can to get you feeling better. After 9 weeks I can honestly say theyve turned my life back around. If youre having any wonder at all about low T go see them ASAP.

They blood test often and make smart changes/adjustments. I used a primary care physician for trt for awhile but she only use a standard dose with no testing beyond my additional screen. These guys specialize in this. The boost in energy has been very impactful on my quality of life

Have been here almost 15 weeks, still working on getting everything balanced out, very good staff and always looking and testing to make things right, staff is very knowledgeable about my levels and issues, still a work in progress, very pleased with everything to this point

I reached out for scheduling via the website. Instead of getting a phone call I got an email. Once we finally went back and forth over the course of a couple days I got scheduled at the Chesterfield location. Ended up being sick the day of the appt so I requested that it be rescheduled for the following week. She stated that time was open but the appt never got scheduled. Come the next week.... I fast like I am suppose to. I never got a text confirming the appt so I reached back out to see what the deal was. Turns out my appt was never booked. I call, no answer. She then asks me if I can make 930 at the Chesterfield location to which I respond yes. That only gave me about 15 minutes before I had to leave work to head over there. Once I get there, they have no record of my appt and I get an email from the same woman asking which location I would want to book at. This was a rather huge pain as I have now had to fast and give up my lunch hour for nothing. I am not really sure how they could make this up but as for right now I wont be trying to become a new patient again. It makes me sad because I hear so many getting help feeling great again and it seems that I am not welcome.

I love case studies like these. I wonder how much Mantality Health will have to spend in fines, sensitivity training, attorney fees, and restitution for this case vs how much it would cost them to hire an experienced HR professional. Small companies without HR departments need to take heed. Make sure you know whos sending out communications on your companys behalf and make sure theyre trained on whats write and wrong according to federal and state law. Common sense cant be trusted in a era where a mistake can doom your company.If this was a hacking issue, the same can be said with having an experienced IT professional who has a cyber security background. If you guys have Patient Health Information, HIPPA isnt going to like that youve been hack. Either way this probably was preventable with the right staff.

Been coming for 2-1/2 years, more energy, better performance, highly trained staff and regular bloodwork makes me comfortable with this prosses. My insurance pays for the majority of treatment. I’m comfortable with the care I receive on a weekly basis by the knowledgeable healthcare professionals.

So I roll in 40 plus, fat, and stressed to the max in my life. Totally expecting to walk out with a pocket full of pills and a need to loose weight speech. Instead I got a blood test and a KICK IN THE ASS. My A1C was 9.9 my testosterone was low and my blood pressure was off the charts. No pills were given no shots....a firm get your ass to the dr and get healthy (They didnt disappoint with the loose weight speech). Six months later my A1C is a much more manageable 6.7 my blood pressure is in the normal range and my testosterone has jumped 261 points from getting my life back. So, now I am making my way back to Mantality to fulfil my promise to the staff of the Chesterfield location and walking in and be able to be treated. I was given a 2nd chance at life thanks to the persistence of the medical staff who doesnt just have a hand out for you to put cash in when you walk in the door.

Whatever services notwithstanding, the discriminatory, arguably racist, hiring practices of this clinic are reason enough to steer clear of them. A young woman was rejected for employment at this very facility for having a name too ghetto for consideration. Her name, which I am not disclosing for the sake of the ladys privacy, though it is easily discoverable online, was, admittedly unique, dare I say ethnik but far from the most ghetto name I have ever encountered. Ive heard worse! That aside, reject her because her merits do not qualify her for the position(s) in question, NOT for such a superficial reason. It is difficult enough for the young people to get jobs! While the discrimination was ostensibly not based on race/colour per se, if you do not detect racism as a factor, then you are a special kind of stupid.

Poor standards , especially Jordan Kimler,2018 you should know treating people better.

If your schedule is sometimes inflexible and the locatuons arent really convenient, they really do need to open at the advertised time.
