Terrible experience! I am new to St Louis and reached out July 23 to make an appointment with Melissa Wallace. I receive hormone therapy with monthly testrone injections. When speaking with the receptionist I asked for the most recent appointment they had as I was already a month late with my shot due to the move and definitely have side effects when not receiving. Here it is September 16 and still haven’t got in. They originally told me they were booking a month out so I made an appointment in August. I asked if I could check back for cancellations as this is something my old office did. Obviously this is not something they do here. I waited the whole month and a few days before my appointment, they canceled because Melissa would not be in. I asked to see another doctor ( something my old office would have offered immediately) or to get in as soon as possible. Once again, I was told they were booking a month out. I questioned this because they canceled my appointment and they were no help. I reluctantly booked again because I felt it may be quicker than finding a new doctor. I was due to go in tomorrow and received a call on Monday - canceling once again because Melissa was out. Does she ever work? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will not move forward with them I feel sorry for patients if this is the service they receive. Nothing that I am use to.

My experience is a caring professional staff, especially WHNP Melissa Wallace who has been greatly missed this last month while on medical leave but returning soon. Her knowledge and compassion for her patients and her genuine, warm bedside manner let everyone know they’re in good hands.

The best experience ever with chiropractic, Cypress Celeste! Im a framer in the carpentry industry and man does it make my body feel sore and out of place. I went in like a sore guy and came out like a relaxed well put together man! She’s great at what she does. If you feel sore, trust my review and see her! Your body will thank you :)

I am going to a new provider. I should have known to move as every year I have complained about how the pill makes me feel crazy and rather than discuss options I just got a different pill each time. Now I know why. Since you guys dont provide the service you wouldnt recommend it. Ever since you guys decided to expand your practice it has been about making money and not about the care of the patient. As a result my life has slowly been getting destroyed by lack of care/knowledge from your providers about how birth control pills can affect brain function.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ahlering for over 10 years. It is my understanding that he focuses solely on Gynecology. I appreciate this as I decided at a young age to not have children. Other Gynecologists in other practices that Ive seen are hyper focused on Obstetrics so I always felt like a second class citizen in their offices. Ive always received excellent care from the entire medical staff and office. Theyve implemented a very easy to use text messaging system, and I can easily view all my labs and other info online. I am looking forward to using them as my source for Primary Care as well now that they have added that.

I had visited Dr McDonald after experiencing a lot of issues and doctors telling me I was making it all up or that it was pcos but I just have to live with it. He took her time with me no matter how many questions I had and explained everything without me even asking. Now I understand whats going on with me and have a better understanding of it. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend.

I recently had an issue with a bill I received for lab services performed at St. Louis Women’s Health Care group. After multiple attempts to discuss the issue I was told by the office manager, Marybeth Dunn, to pay my bill minus what I was disputing and the office would ensure I had a zero balance with the lab. This was back in December. It is now March and my bill is still overdue. I cannot get any response from Marybeth or anyone else from the office to resolve this issue. I wouldn’t recommend this office to my friends or family.

Ive just started coming to this office as of February 2020 and so far I am very impressed. The staff from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors everyone you encounter is very friendly and professional . They take their time with me every time I come here , making sure to answer all my questions. I have even had two video appointments that also went very well. It shows that all the staff that works here really cares about their patients. Also I really like the electronic system they use to update patients with information. Its so nice , I just get a text notification and then I can read the summary of my doctor visit or my lab results. Its so impressive.

I had a great experience here today with Melissa (DNP) and another nurse (young woman who did my ultrasound)! I am transgender and felt very respected and comfortable, even in a womens medical office. Thank you very much!

The front desk staff is consistently rude and comes off as wishing you weren’t around. I’m debating on changing practices specifically for this reason.

Dr. McDonald is a phenomenal doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. Because of her and the grace of God I have a beautiful baby girl in my arms. She has amazing bedside manor and I would never see another doctor. I love the staff at this office because they are all so kind and attentive. Shout out to Lindsay for being amazing as well and answering all my questions!

I frequently have issues with the front desk BUT I love this place. I love how many lines of service they offer at one place and everyone I have seen has been great!!

Dr. Garrett was able to identify the source of my pain and teach me what to do to prevent it from coming back. She’s amazing. Highly recommend!

I cant even begin to say how happy and lucky I feel that I found this office. I had my baby late January and was seeing Dr. Menges the whole time. She is exactly what I needed for my pregnancy. She listens to you and really understands what you are feeling. Too many doctors just talk at you rather than listen to you. She is absolutely amazing in every way. I successfully had a VBAC and I can 100% say it was her relaxed approach and she was always reliable for me. She put me at ease and wanted to do whatever i wanted to try for. I 100% recommend anyone looking to find a new OB to give Dr. Menges a try. You wont be disappointed. Everyone in the office is great too.

My mother and sisters have been patients for over 30 years. So it was absolutely devastating when they put me through such an ordeal. I specifically asked them not to run a certain test as I already knew what the outcome would be and it would just cost me money that I ultimately didnt have. They ran it anyway and when I called to ask them to address this error they told me repeatedly that they would. 6 months of bills and many calls later, my bill went to collections. Each time I called they assured me they would take care of it. When I got a final notice from collections I decided to just paid it rather than having my credit score be affected. I felt so betrayed that they would treat a patient this way. I wish I could say this was the first time I specifically asked them not to run this erroneous test, it was not. Three times was enough to make me leave and never go back. If all they care about is wracking up bills from clients and not about quality patient care I have no desire to support them as a health care provider. Shame on you Womens Health Care Group.

I had the best experience with Dr. Cypress Garrett. My fourth baby was determined to be breech at 34 weeks. I started going to adjustments weekly through Dr Garrett. By 37 weeks, baby was head down. I continued to go to Dr Garrett to hopefully keep baby in position. At 39 weeks I went for my final adjustment and received acupuncture to hopefully induce labor. Had the acupuncture at 1:30 and my water broke at 8:30. Baby girl was born healthy and a successful vbac. I’m so thankful for Dr Garrett! She helped me avoid another csection and she has an amazing positive personable attitude. I highly recommend going to her for all of your chiropractic needs. It’s easy to schedule an appointment and she is always on time.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Muckerman for my first pregnancy which was also high risk. Dr Muckerman is highly knowledgeable and skilled yet he is also personable. I’m so thankful we found him and are now enjoying our beautiful daughter. I highly recommend this doctor and look forward to working with him again.During this high risk pregnancy I experienced terrible hip and back pain when walking. I cannot receive traditional chiropractic treatment as I have a full spinal fusion with spinal instrumentation (as a result of scoliosis). Dr Garrett began treatment and within 2 sessions I could walk again without terrible pain. I continued to see her throughout my pregnancy to treat the pelvic pain and it helped immensely. Now postpartum I’m still going for treatment. I’m so thankful for Dr Garrett’s expertise and encouragement. She relieved my pain and also helped me gain confidence in the birthing process. I strongly recommend seeing Dr Garret if you’re pregnant!

I was told through a text message that I was going to miscarry.. they don’t even have the decency to call you. They never told me what to expect or anything and just told me to come back in for blood work. They don’t even see you to go over it or answer any questions you have. You just stop in for blood work and that’s it.

I would have loved to write a nice review, but unfortunately my appointment was cancelled before I was even seen. Got no explanation whatsoever, and I thought that was very unprofessional.

Jessica Campbell is amazing! However I can’t say the same for their systems or front office. They come across as rude, unhelpful, and do everything over text so you can’t get a straight answer from anyone.I would not be coming back if it wasn’t for Jessie. I will be talking to her about it during my next appointment.
