This is my first time at this particular location. The location I normally go to is now a Covid testing location.I got in line on the website at 6am and was seen by the doctor by 8:15.I could stay home and work & the website texted me when time to leave and head for the TAUC.Everyone there was super nice, I was in and out quickly. I will definitely return to this location should I ever need to in the future. Highly recommended.

Very convenient place without having to spend hours in the ER. They were equipped with everything needed for my care including imaging and medications. It was very convenient that I didnt need to go to a pharmacy when I wasnt doing well. The medication was a very reasonable price as well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

From the moment I walked into Total Access Urgent Care until I was finished, I was treated with respect and friendliness. The place was clean and the people were enthusiastic and competent. I would go back, if I need to! Hopefully not because I want to stay healthy. The staff (doctors, front desk staff, technicians, etc. were all excellent. This location is on Clarkson Road near Clayton & Clarkson. Ballwin.

Everyone was very friendly and caring. Once I was able to get the appointment the process to get in to be tested was quick and thorough. The only problem was that to get the appointment I had to register right at 6 am, and still I made #26. Once I got in everything was flawless.

I ended up running in at 7:45 PM when they close at 8pm. I already felt horrible coming in so late but they welcomed me and got me going right away. The care was top notch and I felt well cared for. Hopefully I will be on the mend very soon! Thank you!

I had a drug allergy reaction from my initial visit a few days earlier. TAUC said just come on in and well address right away. Doctor and staff were attentive to my immediate needs and Im back on track with a better suited med. A very good experience without having to displace other folks who were in need as well.

Very quick service. They have an automated online system where you can “save” your place in line. There was almost no wait to start the process once I arrived. There was a little wait to be seen by the PA. They also have very reasonable flat rate fees on pharmacy items. I didn’t need to run around and wait at a pharmacy when I didn’t feel good, so that was a nice surprise. Overall excellent care and I felt better quickly.

Excellent service, very personal and thorough. I was impressed with the medical personnel knowledge and their professional manner. They really made sure I got help I needed.

All went well. I had an appointment (a place in line), and was told when to arrive and was treated quickly.Scheduling appointment at the online site for my local clinic worked well. They text you telling you when to arrive in the parking lot and wait. You then receive a text telling you when to enter. You also receive a text update periodically telling you where you are in line.

Very friendly, and professional people. Doctor was extremely nice and helpful. Informed consent was not ignored. X-ray technician was super. They addressed my problem quickly. Great people!

I was so VERY impressed with all the people at this facility. They have the ability to do lab work and CT scans also. The doctors and other workers were extremely kind, caring, thorough and just made the whole experience very easy for a sick person. I recommend it to all.

Weve had a few visits to Total Access and they always take good care of us. Most recently, my son needed stitches and they also took x-rays to make sure he didnt have a break either. The staff and doctors are kind and efficient. My son went back to have them removed and they were in and out pretty quickly. Its nice to have a place close by to go to, when needed.

Had to wait a while because it was very busy, but once I was registered they were very attentive. They have cat-scan on site, and it confirmed my diagnosis of kidney stone. I had an appointment, so the doctor called me with the results. I appreciated that courtesy.

Our phone said it’s our turn they have a numbers running and got a text message saying it’s our turn but they said it’s not . We waited for 2 hours even though text said it’s our turn . I have no idea if they are short staffed or what . Made a huge mistake of making a appointment here

I have found my experience at this urgent care surprisingly more thorough than any other i have been to. Not having a primary care physician, and being a health care provider myself, I am aware that no one should ever feel going to an urgent care replaces a primary care and should NOT EVER be considered thorough or conclusive. Going to any Urgent Care you must assume they are only doing the minimum to get you comfortable. Ask that said I have been impressed with the continuity of note and record taking. superior guidance and proactiveness beyond what was required to make me comfortable.Keep up the good work

I had injured my leg and wrapped it in the type of stretch wrap generally used. After a day the leg began to swell and looked like a leg belonging to an elephant. I called Total access before 11:00 and told them and they suggested that they allow them to call me when my turn came up. I received a call at about 3:30 and went to Total Acces. I had a meeting to go to and had to be there because I had the paperwork and I was the president of the organization. They said they would get me out for the meeting and they did plus I had excellent care while I was there. The doctor stated that I had the wrap way too tight. He took it off and got me a leg brace. The sweling began going down immediately and I am fine now. Thank you.

The staff at this site was very kind and my experience was nice. They were definitely busy with testing lots of people that day for COVID, but I appreciate how hard they were working to get everyone seen as quickly as possible.

We are very impressed with the availability and care at TAUC. Being able to get an appointment and be seen within an hour was super helpful! The staff is VERY friendly and caring. During our wait, they communicated on when the provider would be in to see us - much better than just waiting and not knowing. Then once seen, the providers listened and took extra care to ensure my sons condition was thoroughly managed. The MD also brought in the X-ray images to show us and go over in detail. Couldnt ask for better care! Thank you!

I bring my family members to this TAUC facility when I need efficient and good health care services. The staff is friendly. The doctors are caring and seem very capable. During this most recent visit, the facility was swamped with patients. We were immediately put into a room. While waiting our turn, staff people checked in on us, frequently, and apologized and assured us that we would be helped soon. I am impressed with the care provided.

My daughter cut her finger open and needed 10 stitches. You saw her immediately, and the doctor was wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

I brought my daughter in for an ear infection because she was having ear pain. The physicians assistant took a lot of time to talk to us and let us know that it was not infected but prescribed steroids for the pain. She was great and so was the tech who came in prior to her! I would highly recommend. We were in and out pretty quickly as well.

I moved to St Louis about three weeks ago and have not had time to find a primary care physician. I had an ingrown toenail that I needed to have taken care of.I didnt have much time, but they told me that they usually get patients taken care of within an hour. Everyone was very nice, I got my toenail cut off, and my prescription in less than an hour.I would highly recommend TAUC.

I showed up with cut on my ankle from broken glass. The Urgent Care staff was quick to evaluate my problem and apply sutures. I was very pleased with the quality of their service.

Every single person working was amazing, I’m a nurse myself so I know how crazy busy healthcare is. Within an hour I had bloodwork, a CT, and was hooked up to an IV getting fluids. All the while I had employees stopping in to check on me and ask if I needed anything. Also very continent to have all of my care for my kidney stone in one place.

Service was outstanding. The medical staff was professional, thorough and truly concerned about my injury. Having on-site XRAY service was a huge plus.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was courteous and attentive. The facility was well kept and up to date. They were able to remove slivers from deep under the thumb nail with minimal discomfort or removal of the actual nail. I left with my post visit prescriptions in hand, the on-site pharmacy I a fantastic amenity.If in need of urgent medical attention, I would highly recommend TAUC.

Totally satisfied. The control access to their facility was thoughtfully planed out. Register online and get an number indicating your place in line. You will receive a text when you are #4 and requested you proceed to their facility and wait in your car for a text to enter the building. Great job and worked fine. Equally efficient while inside. During check out I was given a written summary of my visit and a cd copy of my chest x-ray and CAT scan for my primary care doctor. I recommend the facility and I will return again, if necessary.

Very nice, I didnt wait but a few minutes to get in. I was diagnosed, treated, given my prescriptions & on my way in approx. an hour & half to 2 hours.I do not like going to the doctor ever...but, they made it painless literally & figuratively.

Despite the urgent need for medical care and being sick, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The office is super clean and the equipment is all very modern and up to date. They have a pharmacy and xray on site, which is so convenient. The front desk staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was quickly taken to a room. The paramedic on duty (I cant recall his name) was very attentive, great bedside manner, friendly, and very good medical skills. Then my nurse practitioner was fabulous! Whomever does their hiring is doing a great job!! Would definitely go back for any urgent care needs! Strong clinical staff and efficient desk staff keep this place running smoothly!

I am so appreciative of the care we received at the Chesterfield location. Our daughter woke up sick and we were scheduled to fly out of St Louis at 11. They rushed the process ( but not her care) in order to get us out in time to make our flight! We are always pleased with our experiences at TAUC, but this went above and beyond. We are so thankful!

My physical complaint required that I meet with 4 different professionals, and each and every one of them was very courteous and helpful. I required a few tests, but was never kept waiting for lengthy periods of time. Im grateful to know about this facility.

I took my son to Total Access Urgent Care Chesterfield for his injured finger. We just walked in without appointment. The facility is very clean. The medical staff there are very friendly and we are very happy with the service there.

Yesterday was the first time that I had to use a TA Urgent Care facility. My son cut his hand pretty bad. I looked up the closest urgent care. TA was so great! They got him in within minutes of our arrival. They were patient and gentle. My son received 5 stitches. I would definitely utilize TA again!!!

I came here for shoulder discomfort that turned into very painful neck pain. Darcy the provider was wonderful and attentive. She gave me medications I was able to get/pay for at checkout and I already started feeling better at the end of my visit.

Their staff is top-notch! Despite being very busy, with regular walk-in patients and COVID-19 tests, they were never rude, curt or dismissive. Due to their workload, I was there for a couple of hours but different staff members checked in with me 4 times to make sure I was not feeling forgotten about. I was able to get a rapid test for COVID-19, which took 5-10 minutes for a result versus the 7-10 days via some other testing facilities (CVS/Quest). I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

My daughter and I both received outstanding attentive care & support during our visit. I arrived for a COVID test on Tuesday morning. They explained each step of the process. Then, the Dr. - Dr. Carlye Dysktra came back and told me my results. She carefully explained all my treatment options. She listened to all my concerns attentively and patiently. Furthermore, she answered all of my many questions, even though I asked some repeatedly. I felt supported and reassured despite my many fears and questions. I though that we would be treated like a leper or someone with the plague. The total opposite was true. We received the utmost attentiveness. I especially appreciated how they explained each step of the process and all the options. I would highly recommend this site and their services to anyone. When our family practice doctor hosted a telehealth appointment with us that evening, I promptly reported our positive experience. He was thoroughly impressed with their updated research and feedback regarding treatment options.Again, I would highly recommend this Urgent Care for their services.This is high praise. I have had negative experiences with other facilities that left me cautious and hesitant to go in for treatment. I will NOT hesitate to go back if needed. Thank you for helping make the best of such a stressful and scary situation.

It was an extremely pleasant experience. I went in to get a COVID test (the throat swab that comes back in 30 minutes or less). Everything was quick and easy. When the doctor came back with the results of negative and I said Well, I can try harder next time! they were very professional in mostly reserving their exasperation and politely said My medical advice is no. Do not try harder for that. 5 stars, will try hard to not come again!

The team at TAUC on Clarkson Rd is incredible! They were so patient and caring despite the influx of patients needing testing right now. I had to bring in my toddler (2.5yo) on a Saturday for other reasons, and it was much less stressful than I anticipated. They have a pediatric room that helped keep her comfortable and calm, and she warmed to the kind staff immediately. They were thorough in their exam and support for treatment. We were grateful for their above and beyond care!

If youre planning to visit this facility at Clarkson Road, plan to spend around 1-1.5 hrs. Highly disappointed by their service in spite of check in online. Had to first wait 15 mins in car to get into the facility . Priority was given to a walk-in who arrived after my arrival. I could very well see that there wasnt any emergency either. And then after I was taken into the patient room, was told doc will be right there...anyways waited for good 20 mins and then a doc peeks in just to say that hell be there in a min. And that 1 min never came even after waiting for another 30 mins . Total wait time : 50 mins, without anybody coming to check on me.More so when I decided to leave the place and told the receptionist that I waited for the doc since last 45 mins and he didnt come hence I do not want to get treated here, she responded with a very cold reaction and said ok. No attempt to figure out if I could be taken care of after so much wait or no apologies what so ever. Never going back to this facility again , these people do not value other person time.

Very friendly from the start with the initial phone call I made to the clinic in Chesterfield! When I arrived, again very friendly receptionist & made me feel very comfortable. She was very informative so that I knew exactly what to do while I waited. I did wait awhile but there were a lot of people there that day. Once I got to a room I didnt wait long at all and the staff could not have been kinder and made sure I understood everything & I felt like they truly cared. Even though they were busy they didnt show that to me, I felt as if I were their only patient and they cared about me. I would definitely not hesitate to return if needed and I highly recommend them!!

New to St. Louis and wasn’t sure where to take my daughter. Glad I chose TAUC Chesterfield. The online queue helps you not wait. Reception, nurses, and doctors were all thorough and kind. We were in and out in under 30 minutes with meds!

They’re the best! The entire experience was great. Typically when you don’t feel good and you’re looking for some one to help you understand what you have, you need some one that cares. TAUC fits this profile 110%. Dr. Jason and staff are the best. They listen, they care, they will help you understand what you have and they will do everything in the power to make you feel good.I just hope my Family Doctor was this way. She is always in a hurry and does not pay a lot of attention.

Very professional. Loved being able to get on a virtual waiting list so we could show up when they were ready for us. Once helped, I received quick and friendly care.
