The office service is the worst. They never get back with test results, never follow up, setting up appointments is a nightmare, getting refills is horrible. Don’t even try calling as it is absolutely impossible to get through. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr. Lord was a godsend after my previous doctor minimized a lot of my problems. She is direct and no-nonsense and exactly what I love in a doctor. Im so glad I switched.

Dr. Sarah Lord had to fill in for my doctor and she treated me as if I was one of her regular patients. She is very attentive and real concern for her patients..something you dont see in most doctors anymore. I highly recommend her. Also the staff is very nice. Thank you Dr. Lord for your excellent service!!!

I have been twice with Dr. Sarah and other than getting blood work done she couldnt diagnose much nor shows any interest in your well being. Needless to state my experience has not been very good with her!Office staff is horrible especially receptionist by the name of Angel, has absolutely no empathy for you and speaks very curtly. I wont recommend visiting these folks, there are better services available else where.
