Faulty appointment reminder system ,we didnt get any annual appointment reminder which was taken a year back . And are charged with missed appointment fee, after we took an new appointment days later. Staff supervisor is very un-cooperative. I would not take any future appointments... !!

After getting married I wanted to find a Doctor at St. Lukes. The first Dr. I went to was arrogant and cared more about being curt and in a hurry rather than listening. When I went to the second Dr. I went in thinking I had an ear infection. After he examined me he said I will give you a cocktail. I asked what that was and he said it was an antibiotic and two other things. I said why would you give me that when I did not have an infection? His answer was if I do not give something when someone comes in they think I am not doing my job. Total unethical in my eyes.Finally I found Dr. Khan! I was blown away by her care, her professionalism, her expertise. She is a 100 degree turn from the other two.Her office and friendly as is her assistant. If youre looking for a new Doctor I HIGHLY recommend her.

My appointment was at 9:30 am. I waited in the examining room until 10:26 am, then went into the hall and told the nurse I had to leave for another appointment. Dr Khan was in the next room on her laptop and asked me to please stay and she would be with me momentarily. When she came in, she stayed on her laptop, transferring information I had provided on the questionnaire that had been previously given to me. She apologized for the delay and said something along the lines of these things sometimes happen. She then wanted to do a hurried exam because she was aware of my other appointment. I then left. Not once did any of the staff come in to explain the delay. Very frustrating and my insurance company will probably be billed for service I did not receive.

Great doctor! She listens well & discusses everything with you. Im young & I saw a few primary care doctors until I found her & I havent looked back! She listens & will get the appropriate tests (MRI, blood work, etc.) set up for you. Appointments are easy & the office staff is fantastic! If theres something she finds that she cant take care of (like irregular heart rates) shell refer you to a specialist who can. Also, since shes located in a hospital-you can get MRIs, CAT scans, blood work & more done all in one place instead of running around which is a huge plus!

I really like Dr. Kahn. She is attentive and thorough. I didnt feel rushed with her at all and she gave me plenty of time to talk about any concerns/issues I had.

My interaction with this office and their staff has always been high level!
