Dr. Chang has a wonderful bedside manner and is very attentive to detail. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Chang is great, but his staff is the opposite. 5 star for the dr, 1 or 0 for the staff.

The medical associates of this office need to learn how to answer their phone. I should not have to call day after day just to speak to a medical associate. Other than that Dr. Chang is great.

Dr Chang is a wonderful Dr. He listens, is very caring, and knowledgeable. He has been my Grandmas Dr this year and weve been very impressed with him! He truly has a lovely heart and personality.

So, right now, Im waiting for a prescription at Walgreens to bring down my blood pressure that Ive been trying to get my hands on for about a week. Apparently, one has to work for their medication under the care of Dr. Chang. Ive called back and forth between his office and Walgreens, the office saying they sent it, Walgreens saying they dont have it. This isnt my line of work, so not sure how to fix the problem in the giant machine that is sending prescriptions. I just know I would like to go to sleep with my blood pressure under 180.

I had an appointment with Dr. Chang for weeks as a new patient. I do not have insurance but accept responsibility of full payment ( cash or credit card). When I got there for my appointment I was told sorry...we arent taking anymore non insured patients and I was turned away!!! First of all highly unfair! Second of all the receptionist made me feel like lowlife scum. Cant tell you my opinion of Dr. Chang as low life non insured scum isnt allowed healthcare even if they pay!!!!!

Love Dr. Chang / office staff (1 in particular) not so much. Difficulty in getting a return call, then very huffy when finally speaking on the phone.

Dr chang neglects duty for performance for patients.He violates hippa and breach patient confidentiality. Furthermore the physician staff lacks professional performance with patient.phy

Very happy with Dr. Chang. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

He actually listens and is smart!
