I recently had the unfortunate experience dealing with this “hospice” company when my dad died of COPD. In his last days, he wAs taking 35-40 breaths per minute with secretions in his airway. I had to call an ambulance to help with suctioning him because apparently being in respiratory distress is not considered a crisis to this agency. They turned what could have been a beautiful passing into torture for my dad. If you don’t have medical experience, then do NOT use this company because you will not get any support or help from them. I reported them to CMS as well as the attorney generals office for fraud. I would give no stars if it was possible

My mother was a patient of St. Lukes Hospice, and I couldnt have asked for better care for her and our family. The nurses (especially Kristy!) were kind, patient and always available on a moments notice. Everyone I spoke with did their best for us.

I have occasion to talk to the office staff there frequently and they are always very helpful to me and polite. Especially Pam. I talk to the hospice nurses often too, and in general, they are more professional and knowledgable than some of the other hospices in the area. I have not yet had a loved one in hospice, but if I had to pick one in the metro St. Louis area, I would feel very comfortable with St. Lukes.

They say they are there to help what a joke. Choose someone else! Please for whomever sake choose someone else. Horrible experience that no one should have to go through while caring for a loved one on this time.
