Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would.Hands down one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Their team members are always very confused at their job and what they are looking at. They are always giving you false information and empty promises. It’s like pulling teeth to try and get everything squared away with them. I’ve even had multiple doctors explain how frustrating this company is and how they are incompetent. It’s like you you continue to get back and forth answers and nothing is ever resolved. At this point I feel as if I can do their job better then they can. This pharmacy definitely needs to step up their game and improve on not only the team members knowledge with their system but their system in general.

This is probably the most incompetent pharmacy Ive ever used. They just mailed my prescription to an old address 8 hours away, and now are telling me that they dont know when I will get my meds because they have to do an investigation. If there was a 0 star rating they would have gotten that. Every month I have problems and have to miss a dose or more due to their complete and udder incompetent staff. I only hope that when I file a complaint with the Carpenters Union tomorrow that they will listen and switch us to another pharmacy.

I keep getting a bill for someone else. No one is helping me. I called on February 11th spoke to with two different people. The last person I spoke to was in the resolution department. I never used this company. Some how my name and address is being attached. Still havent gotten a call back they were supposed to pull the phone records to see why im receiving someone elses bill. I live in NY th Dr. On file office is in Florida and person is receiving delivery in Florida but im being bullee in NY. Is someone stealing my personal information. I have no relations to Florida and never been there. Dont know what else to do.

This is not the pharmacy of the same name. The review above is not about this company. The review above is about a completely different company. This is a home health care company and the review is about a nationwide specialty pharmacy. I dont have any affiliation with either. Just dont like seeing a local business get an undeserved bad review.

They are absolutely the worst pharmacy when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately due to our insurance and the fact that my child needs a speciality medication, we are forced to use them, but if anyone else has a choice, choose just about any other pharmacy. They give you the run around and anytime there is an issue or an error in your order, they do not notify you. They will try to blame the insurance plan for not covering a 90 day prescription when it’s actually THEIR decision to not cover a 90 day prescription because they feel it’s too expensive. Again, they won’t just tell you that’s the reason outright—they’ll make you jump through hoops and find out from your benefits counselor. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to use.
