I have had nothing but a poor experience at this practice . The medical office assistants were rude to my 6 yr old son who was scared about getting his flu shot . She was terse , was inconsiderate and told him if he doesn’t stop crying she has to go to see other patients . The second office assistance spoke rudely to me and squeezed my deltoid while Injecting my flu shot causing more pain than necessary, and again I called to inform them I would be ten minutes late, they said I had until 15 mins after otherwise I would have to reschedule . I arrived at 2:09 within 10 or 15 minute window and they insisted they had to reschedule Because they had to set up! As if the space was not already set up . The waiting room had no one else waiting . I had to take time off to have that appointment. It is poor customer service for both my son and I and poor practice management.

Amazing place and great doctors.
