Dr. Crowder and her staff were amazing. I have Trigeminal Neuralgia and they were very accommodating to my needs. I have been hurt by a dentist before and they helped me along the way. The dental assistant that did the x-rays was also very good. Those bite wings usually gag me. Not one time did she gag me or cut into my gums. She was amazing. Thank you very very much.. highly recommend them !!!!

Excellent Dentist and outstanding staff! They are so professional, yet still make you feel relaxed and in good hands. My entire family has had multiple dental procedures done, and the work quality has lasted for years. I have been a patient of Dr. Melanie Bachs from the beginning of her practice. They are also excellent with children! My daughter likes going to the dentist. I am more that satisfied with her practice, in every way.

I absolutely hate going to any dentist. Mainly because I wasn’t born with good teeth and have always needed a lot of work on them. However, when I went to Dr. Crowder, I couldn’t have been more pleased or felt more comfortable. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they were so kind and helpful. They didn’t make me feel bad for all the issues I had with my teeth. Nor did they look at me like a crazy person when I got emotional telling them about all the issues I was having. They also gave me an impeccable treatment plan. I seriously have never had a dentist give me a treatment plan the way they did. Also, I forgot her name, but Dr. Crowder’s dental assistant was also beyond helpful and kind. She even shared a personal story with me about her husband that made me feel a lot more comfortable with my treatment plan. They have no idea just how much weight has been lifted off of me knowing that I’ll finally get the help I need with my teeth. And I’ll be able to walk away feeling a lot more confident. Thank you all so much for your incredible work and kindness.

My Dentist is the absolute best! I have never, before now, enjoyed or looked forward to going to the Dentist. It has always been anxiety producing for me. However, since coming to Dr. Bach, it has become a really pleasurable routine. The professionalism and the calming sound of Dr. Bach singing/humming is the best. If you dont like the dentist, but need to go, I highly recommend Dr. Bachs Dental Practice.

I loved this practice when Dr. Bach was running it. Always on time, everyone on staff was super friendly and super responsive. I wont find out about the new Dr. because after waiting 20 minutes for a scheduled appt. and not getting a reschedule until 2 months later is simply unacceptable. I never once had to wait 2 minutes let alone 20 minutes for a scheduled appt. Even if you are running behind you should check in with your patient and let them know what is going on. Things happen and thats understandable, but communication is key in a business like this. Something to think about in the future.

I began seeing Dr Bach for my dental care six years ago . She addressed my sorry state of dental health with a plan that included two specialist and for the first time in ten years I was pain free. I am so thankfull to her for the care provided.. I ABSOLUTLY RECOMMEND DR. BACH .
