Disappointing. Customer service is no where near the service I received from Dr. Agapis and his staff. More of an assembly line type of process now.The positive, the dental assistant was friendly and efficient.The Negative,I saw Dr. Waynes for less than 5 minutes, maybe 3 minutes at the beginning of the visit.the hygienist did the exam, created the treatment plan, discussed the so called plan. The Hygienist really needs to work on her people skills. Standing there with your arms folded, annoyed at questions from the patient, isnt a great look for her or the practice. I was told to wait in the waiting area, I thought to see the Dentist before I left (usually standard practice at every dental provider Ive seen) but after about 15 minutes was told by the receptionist I could leave. There was no check out, no dentist to discuss the PLAN I would NOT recommend the practice.

I have been going to Chester family dentistry for a very long time. Prior to that I had only been to a dentist a few times at the age of 45. When I first went there I was so scared and they assured me that dr.Agapis specialty was children. Since I was,much much older than a child it calmed me down a little. After my first visit with him I was the one in the waiting room telling other nervous patients how I actually was so relaxed that I often fell asleep in the dental chair waiting. He did a root canal and I never felt any pain. My fear of dentists was cured in one visit. And the best part is I have beautiful teeth at the age of 70 because of this amazing dentist.

Chester Family Dentistrys staff is awesome!!!! The receptionist (Jess) that made an appointment for my boyfriend was very patient and helpful!!!! They greet you with a pleasant smile 😊 Everyone there is so nice and very respectful. They answer every question with no hesitation and make you feel very comfortable. The doctor takes his time with you and explain everything step by step. I would recommend everyone to go there!!!!!!!!!

I have been to several dentists in the area over the years. Dr. Zheng and Chester Family Dentistry was the best experience by far. I had a difficult molar extracted and Dr. Zheng was very skilled and took her time to do it right. No pain at all. I am much less anxious about seeing the dentist now. Staff is very helpful, and friendly and my appointment was right on time.

We had an excellent experience here! It was my little girl’s first dentist appointment and she was very nervous. Catlin made her feel welcome and treated her like a princess! Dr. John was also great. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated with respect and like family 💕. As we were leaving, my little one was smiling, waving, and asking when she could come back. Chester family dentistry is the go to place especially for people that Have dental anxiety. Every single person that works there makes you feel like family. Came in on may 18th, 2021 with an abscess capped molar tooth, Dr Wayand quickly treated it with antibiotics and extracted the tooth a week later. Didnt even need laughing gas(nitrous). I recommend this office/nurses/staff/doctors to everyone. They also have great information and new technologies. Thank you guys!!They also respond to emergencies quickly.

Dr Agapis is one of the Best dental doctors I have seen in my lifetime. Today I went in for a cleaning. The dental tech said he was on his way out of the office. I would love to give a 5 star, but I just can’t. The service is stellar from Dr. Alaa, but she needs help! There is a failure in communication from office staff with patients and the dentist with things happening in the office. For example I was scheduled for a crown prep and fillings today, but there was an accident which made the doctor late. Instead of telling me they were running behind the office staff let me wait in my car for 20 minutes (since you can’t wait in the lobby with COVID), I had to call them back to remind them I was outside waiting. I was then brought to the wrong room, had to be moved and the equipment needed for me was not even set up. Once we got started several supplies were empty and patients for other services were starting to show up with the similar issues. Needless to say I was only able to have one procedure done, spent 4 hours in the dental chair, and will have to come back for multiple appointments in order to have everything completed. I’ve already been scheduled fir an appointment to finish my services, but when I mentioned the date to Dr. Alaa she said she wasn’t even in the office that day. Why would the staff schedule me to see her then? Below are the areas that need improvement. As I mentioned to the team before leaving, I’d look for a new office manager, because the current one isn’t cutting it and they need a leader to manage the crazy so the team can function efficiently.**Areas for improvement:1. Scheduling appointments and services2. Communication between parties, especially with patients3. Office management, it appears there are insufficient supplies from hand soap in the bathroom, to stuff needed for procedures, to appointment reminder cards and pens 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️.4. Time, you can’t expect a part to have to take off a full day or even half a day of work every time they come to an appointment. Out of the 3 times I’ve been to their office, none of the appointments started on time, all late.5. Leave the drama at home. The office staff at the front need to be a bit more mature and leave their petty drama at home. I don’t need to hear their whole life story, and them playing around when the office is a total train wreck. Maybe with a better manager some HR skills and practices could be put in play to actually help.

Loved this modern office from the minute I drove into the parking lot. My hygienist was Catlin and although she was new with the practice she made me feel as if she had worked there for years. Very positive experience.

The hygienist that I was scheduled to see on Thursday was ill so the hygienist from India, Dhreti, agreed to see me, and I may not have spelled her name correctly, but she certainly knew how to do her job correctly. I was so impressed with her patience, kindness, gentleness, and friendliness. She was both effective and efficient. Although it was my first time having her as my hygienist, it definitely wont be my last time. My mouth felt so good when I left my appointment. Thanks for being so thorough and making me feel like a valued patient.

Appointment time was 10:30 got in the chair about 10:45. Courtney was great; very informative, thorough, and polite. Second visit, I saw Dr. Hernandez (sp?) the first time and the big guy today... I always try to see the persons name on the wall. The main attraction for return would be Courtney, she walked with me from start to finish and I appreciate that. Thank you.

I was highly recommended by several co-workers. I can honestly say they have tons of patience with their nervous customers like me. Dr. A is the best...his comforting words and a full explanation of each procedure made it less stressful! The dental assistants are not to be left out... without them reassuring and making me comfortable before Dr. A showed up was incredible. They are to be commended. You can tell this is a TEAM facility. I left with very mild discomfort which was to be expected and I followed the instructions given. I am on to a full recovery. This is by far the best dentist office I have ever went to. Everyone was super friendly and made sure I was never uncomfortable. My hygienist Laura cleaned my teeth, and they are the whitest Ive ever seen them. Dr. Agapis was also so nice and gentle and informative. This will definitely be my lifelong dentist office. :)

I highly recommend this dentist due to their excellent service and care. I had a wisdom tooth removed and the entire procedure was quick and smooth. Dr. Hernandez removed my tooth within a few minutes flawlessly. I had no pain afterwards or the next day and the area is healing just fine. If you are nervous or scared about a tooth extraction, they will make you feel comfortable and make sure that you don’t feel pain. The best dentistry office ever!

November 20,2015My father and I went to the dentistry from the heart event and we are very thankful for it! We had awesome care and everyone cared about you as a person not as just a patient! I got really emotional when I was told I needed an extraction instead of a filling. I spent 5 years of wearing braces and that is painful enough to get a pretty smile to be told I needed an extraction of my tooth. They all comforted me and told me it was the right thing to do, they really cared for me! It was the best experience I have ever had going to a dentist and also I felt NO pain at all!!!! My father also said he was treated with great care, said he was in great hands, that it was the best experience he had ever had going to the dentist and he felt NO pain at all also!!!! We appreciate all that you did for us and the community!!! Also we want to say a million thank yous to all the volunteers and dentists that took the time out of their busy lives to give the community healthier smiles!!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!! I drive an hour, past many other dentist offices just to go to Dr.Tonys office. The staff is extremely professional. I am completely comfortable during my visits. The office is clean and relaxing. My dental hygenist Fallon is amazing. She is both comforting and thorough.

I never lost a tooth until I had to go to another dentist due to changes in insurance...during that time I lost 2 unnoticeable teeth that Dr. Tony is now trying to encourage me to have repaired. The Best!! I have been a patient with this office since 2008. Dr. Tony and Dr. John Agapis are both gentle and concerned dentist. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful, making the anxiety of going to the dentist so much easier. They truly love dentistry and it shows through their expertise and high tech office. I was recently seen for a toothache on a tooth that already had a root canal done years before. I was so stressed thinking I would need my tooth removed. Dr. Agapis recommended giving the tooth a chance with a new root canal. I am happy to report I am pain free and HE SAVED MY TOOTH!! I cant thank him enough !!!!

It is easy to get a convenient appointment and billing and services are fair and clear. Heck, his office even does an annual, free, kind cleaning for folks. Great practice.

I highly recommend Dr Agapis. I have been going to the practice for over 25years and the service and staff is top notch. The facility is state of the art with televisions at every chair so you can relax during treatments. I recently even started Invisalign. Being able to have the treatment done by Dr. Agapis instead of being referred out to an Orthodontists has made the process that much more stress free. They even accommodated me for a last minute visit when I accidentally threw my trays out. I highly recommend for the whole family!!

Im giving the office 4 stars, only because things seemed to be moving a little slow on the day I visited. I waited about 35 min before being seen. But the office and staff were very pleasant and professional. The Dental Hygienist I had was very nice, thorough and professional. Overall, I had a nice experience and will be back!!

My wife had to have multiple oral surgeries and eventually had to have her teeth all removed. Dr. Tony and Dr. John and ALL of their staff were extremely helpful, patient, and willing to work with us throughout the entire process. Excellent dentistry. I recommend anyone go there. Dr. Tony Agapis is amazing! Hes very gentle. He takes the time to address your concerns and always finds a way to make sure youre happy. Hes not happy until youre happy. His support and office staff always care about you having the best possible experience. I work 60+ hrs a wk and travel often with my job. This office finds a way to work around your schedule. Early morning appts, late appts and Sat appts, who does that? This office does!

I am revising my first review... after I wrote my review I received a phone call from Lisa the office manager. She explained what was going on and apologized and I will be getting the work I wanted done next week. Dr. Agapis has also called to make sure things have been taken care of. They have gone above and beyond making sure I am happy. .........Very poor service ... I went there once to get a tooth pulled... they were fine ... went again and had all xrays and had consult. They suggest a cap for 2 teeth... I called and asked about just getting a filling ..I was told she would get back to me...10 days later I called back she said she would ask the dentist and get back to me the next morning... called 4 days later and left a message .. no response... 4 days later left another message..no response... it has been over 3 weeks and they still have not got back to me to let me know if I can get just a filling versus a cap... still have my cavity which is just getting worse... definitely going somewhere else.

My first trip to this particular office was horrible. I had my wisdom teeth removed from one side and the dentist was very rough. I had complications and swelling for a week and a half. I did not want to go back for the opposite side but I switched to Dr. Agapis and he and his dental hygienist did a phenomenal job of getting my wisdom teeth out and calming my nerves. I was back to normal the next day.

Great visit each time I have an appointment. All staff are great and efficient. I have truly enjoyed my office visits.

All the staff at this office is very pleasant and friendly (from the receptionist to Dr. Agapis). The technician that cleaned my teeth and did my x-rays let me know exactly what she was doing and talked me thru the process as I am a bit nervous about going to the dentist.
