The people in the back are wonderful but the customer service is very horrible the lady that answered the phone she rude and they have u on hold a lot😩☹️

I am legally blind and disable. The office manager at this office is very a disrespectful mean person. The Techs and Dentist are 1 of a kind.. The absolute best!! Would refer anyone to this Dentist!!

Today was my very first time at this Dentist! I walked in and was greeted by 2 lovely nice young women who were prompt and took care of me immediately. The wait wasnt long at all before I was taken back...the EFDA (Enhanced Function Dental Assistant) that did my x-rays, explained everything and filled my cavities was a doll and so great and sweet....the Dentist was also super nice and made me laugh alot! This staff knows what their doing and makes you feel very comfortable and does their procedures with absolutely no pain, and makes sure your comfortable before even touching your teeth....if youre looking for a dentist, I highly recommend this fine establishment....Im 37yrs old and this was hands down the best dental experience Ive had in my life! Theyve definitely gained a new patient ❤️

I was left on hold for over 30 mintues..the second time i called someone hung up on me.the third time i called i was left on hold for over 15 mintues an this was all in a 1 hour call.this is ridiculous.makes me not want to call back

I walked into a friendly staff, very quick and efficient visit. Even managed to get my extraction without having to see an oral surgeon! Saved me lots of money! Affordable.

First impressions.. Not good! You walk into the office and the first thing you see is the receptionist sitting there with a mask on her face.. Seriously!! Thats not what I want to see upon walking into a dentist office. The receptionist was quite rude when I asked about the mask.. Not a good enough reason to be sitting there wearing a mask, in my opinion.. However, the dentist and dental assistants were very nice. But something really needs to be done about coming in to having a masked receptionist wait on you!! Im really considering going to another dentist office. This shows that they are not professional at all... Period!!

My daughters appointment was at 4:00 p.m., I arrived 15 min earlier, it was 4:50 and I did not attend her. Two people passed by after me; when I asks: why are they happening? I have more than 1 hour; What the secretary told me is because she is a minor. Maybe because she is younger has to wait longer? I think it was not the best answer. I tell: Im living give me another appointment! The lady says: We do not have for 1 month I say: I call you back!😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠😠I think they are not organized and have a lot patients.

Kim was so nice to me. She got me in right away to get my tooth pulled. Everybody was so nice. The service was fast. I highly recommend this place. I wont go anywhere else. The girl who fixed my chipped tooth did a perfect job. She made sure it was right before I even left. The woman who did my x-rays did a magnificent job and the dentist pulled my tooth without breaking it at all. When in actuality it should of crumbled. I felt no pain at all. Not even afterwards. Plus they were all so friendly and funny. I loved not being in a small room. Everything and everyone is in like a big room and we watched TV. They communicate with each other as if they were family. I really loved it here. Never will I go anywhere else. Thank you for your excellent service.

I love my new teeth. They did a great job.everyone was so nice and helpful. Just wish it didnt take so long to get them.

I was going to a Dentist and they were doing really really bad things to my teeth. They were drilling holes and not filling the cavities, they dropped composite on my tooth and left it there, and i could go on and on. I am so happy I came to Absolute Smile for a Second Opinion. They were horrified at what had happened to me and fixed it in two appointments! They are extremely kind from the front staff, to the Dentist, and to the hygienists. They are so kind and skilled and my teeth look beautiful. I cant thank the staff and Doctor and Hygentists enough for fixing the mess DreamSmile caused in my Mouth!! Yes DreamSmile....if you go there, I would come to Absolute Smile for a second opinion!! I highly highly recommend Absolute Smile. My appointments were right on time I didnt have to wait hours upon hours. The cavities needed to be cleaned and filled. That took care of the pain!! The Dentist has a gentle hand and he is very funny along with his hygentist. All the work they did they kept my spirits up. The Amazing Hygentist that fills your cavities is an artist. My teeth just look so pretty and they saved my teeth. I dont think you can thank someone enough for that. No more Motrin for tooth pain...i just needed cavities filled and Doctors that are honest and know what they are doing.

I had a bad experience about 2 years ago. I went in to get a filling done and the dentist hit the nerve in my gum so I had to get a root canal. What was the sense in doing the x-rays?

Denture process takes forever. I had my extractions done august 1..its now october 17 and i havent even had my second fitting! I have not missed or rescheduled an appointment!! Very frustrating n humiliating walking around for so long without teeth!!!
