I’m not going to try and rant about this place. I have mixed feeling about the personal that works here. It seems they don’t have the best interest in their patients.Every-time I needed an referral from them to the insurance company, nobody followed through with this. No one will call you back. The only thing they say it was done. Then you find out nothing was done. Then you call back and they get very short with you. All I can say is shape up. Your people are killing your business.

After waiting an hour after my appointment time they told me I couldnt be seen that I needed to reschedule my appointment that I waited (in pain) for 2 weeks to be seen. This place is totally unprofessional! Think twice before making an appointment. You will regret wasting your time here!

I love this place Dr winky is an awesome doctor she is there to help you no matter what it takes been seeing her for many years now I wouldnt trust myself to any other doctor other than Dr winky.

Winky Orthopedics uses a third party lab to do test. Doctor Winkie will not give you a chance to dispute the test. So if you think or know the lab is wrong youre screwed. While I have not read the reason for so many negative reviews of this facility Im guessing that has a lot to do with it. Of all of dr. winkies pain centers of the highest rating youll find is a 3.2 the lowest Ive seen is 2.6 seeing as the lowest rating you can give is 1, you can subtract one from the overall rating.And another thing to know is out of the five visits I had to this doctor I only actually saw the doctor one time. Three out of the five times I went to see them they have suggested surgery. Since everyone I know who has had surgery for this is now worse than they were before the surgery Im not inclined to opt for surgery.

For the first time in a year I woke up this morning and could move without pain. I actually feel good. Dr. Sanderlin is a true healer. He figured out my problem and gave me the appropriate the short. No pain pills.

I have to say that Im really disappointed in the way my situation was handled. Ive been a patient for almost a year and it took me almost 2 months to even get my initial appointment. While all of my experiences here have not totally been negative, Im giving Dr Winkes practice a low rating because of the lack of empathy. I had a really bad mishap while out of town which caused me to lose 2 weeks worth of a newly filled prescription. Ive NEVER had any other incidents and I have no history of abusing my meds but none of that was taken into consideration and I was discharged. Im living with chronic debilitating back pain and this practice is just throwing me to the wolves. No final visit, no final prescription until I find a new doctor. Im disappointed that any physician could or would violate the hippocratic oath by causing a patient harm or not helping the patient until they can find alternative help. I initially thought Dr. Winke was caring even though I only met her once. She never bothered to meet with me after that. All Ive been seeing are PAs who dont seem to stick around long because Ive had 3 in less than a year which is sad. People make mistakes and deserve second chances. She even had the audacity to tell me to taper meds that I dont even have which is the whole reason she discharged me so that shows she doesnt even pay attention to the patients chart. So now Im without pain meds and without a doctor. I would not recommend this practice at all unless you are perfect and can do no wrong or dont make mistakes. 😥

My doctor sent referral twice and I was never contacted for appointment, when I called person was very rude.

I have been a patient of Dr. Beth Winke’s (and do see often her NP) for over 17 years now, for a very sensitive herniated disc of lower back and chronic pain management. I wanted to post this review of not onlyMy blessing from finding her as my specialist long ago and foreign to this type of injury but to also say that from a office administration with scheduling, billing, records, MRI schedulings over 17 years I have had an amazing experience with support from her medical and support staff and also support of her lab folks. The lab folks are the most fun bunch! They make a tedious scheduling event fun and something I actuallyLook forward to every few months. How many doctors can YOU say this about? Not to mention all these years later, and consistency?!I had to post this, so anyone searching would know- this is your practice to trust!I am an athlete I don’t like to be in constant pain nor rely on medication. Or shots to keep me movingI worked with my rehabilitation specialist 16 years ago and since then I have managed my pain through some medication yes but a doctor that would listen to my specific situation every visit and we came up with working through swim every weekCore workouts and minor weightsRegimine with the medicine as neededAnd that has now been my way to naturally cope w my pain levels keeping them to below 4 on average . She has been extremely awesome to work with and slow me to manage with my exercise plan and supported that. It has really worked well! I couldn’t stand for months upon first getting injured and within months this swim and exercise routine lessened the tissue swelling on my nerves and it’s been my go to sinceSwim and core focusTruly the best partner you can have for a chronic pain issue! See her!!

The doctors are rude and the lady that takes your urine sample is rude and childish!!! She got mad because I didnt speak when I was in the middle of a conversation with someone else. This is not a high school popularity contest!!! I work for me and you work for Winke stay in your JOBS DESCRIPTION. She said something under her breath when she came in the door calling me satan and her and the other nurse are giggling and laughing outside of my door talking about me AGAIN while there is a lobby full of people outside. This is the SECOND TIME they did that unprofessional!!! This office is starting to become ghetto and the doctors are lazy!!! And now they are having people LIE in their 5 star Google reviews!!!

Dr. Winke was very nice and supportive. She was gentle and caring. I am grateful that I found someone who really wants to help me feel better. And they play music during the injections and I was enjoying music. Music calms me. Great Doctor! Thank you!

I personally have been going to Dr. Winke’s office for about 6 yrs and I personally love them there. I have had a number of procedures done by several different doctors, and nurses, and may I say with no problems! 🥰 They always seem to answer any questions I may have & always take their time with their patients.

I for one love Dr. Winkie and her hiring of top notch PAs to assist her in treating patients. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. Everyone I have seen in the past 6+ years has provided me information and respected my opinion for the final decision. Thank you Dr. Winkie and PAs for being there for me.

Although Dr. Winkie & her P.A. are nice, no one ever calls you back. I had surgery a month ago and had an appointment last Wednesday so I can continue on my pain meds. I saw her P.A and was prescribed a new medicine that my insurance company is not going to pay for. I called them immediately. Its now Monday and I havent heard from anyone. This is ridiculous and unacceptable in my opinion. Im in pain and can not get in touch with pain management. SMDH!!!

The front desk are very rude. I have never met Dr Winkle and I wished I had. The staff in back seems like you are bothering them. I had lab done about a year ago and I was upset that the lab wrote on my bill drug class 5-7 . I showed this to front desk cause I knew this wasn’t true. I didn’t want life insurance to cancel me cause if thinking I had a drug problem. I had even went in and ask to cut my dose in half. I bet that is unusual. The Lab also charged me $600 for test that usually around $150. When I told front desk about this I was looked at like that isn’t my problem. Next time I had to give a specimen which was almost s year later I asked them not to send to same lab. She got rude with me and said there is no other lab and I told her that last time I talked to them there was one and that one took my insurance. Things escalated from there. This happened 2 weeks ago. Since then I talked to a lawyer and within 5 minutes in phone found out they could have sent to another lab plus the code drug class is not really a drug treatment class . It means something else. Shame front desk couldn’t have been nicer and let me know. Actually we have looked into it and if you get Dr Winnie you have it made . Just don’t pay attention to staff but it isn’t worth being treated like nothing when you go there. Penny Smith.Update on this. I ended up going to E.R at about 3 in morning. I wasn’t even home I was in Richmond. Found out two weeks later the reason I was so sick I had major kidney stones. Had to have 2 stints put in. Dr said 3 of them were huge. At least now I Know why I was so sick that day. Shame they didn’t care.

This office in my opinion is very unprofessional. I have been waiting two weeks for an answer to a question I had pertaining to a procedure I suppose to have done. I was never given any literature for the procedure. I was told they were busy hat’s why they haven’t called back. I will not be having ANYTHING done at this office. Why would I trust you with my health when I can’t trust you to return a call
