Dr. Chi, Wanda and the entire staff friendly, helpful and extremely prompt. Even with the covid-19 they were amazing. I have followed this doctor to her new location out of my way because she is amazing.The whole staff wonderful.

I am very pleased with my experience at this particular center, I am a new patient at this office and I must say that I was met with kindness, Professionalism & care from the receptionist, the nurse & especially Dr Chi who I found to be a wonderful personality. She addressed my issuses right away and answered any questions that I had. Really like team already.

Followed Dr. Chi to this office from Smithfield. I love her, but getting a call back to schedule an appt, schedule lab work, or to find out results is next to impossible with the care team. After 3 weeks of leaving messages, I drove over, walked in ( which is a No, No during this pandemic), but they left me no choice. The nurse got my labs done right then!! And guess what, on my way home, I got a call back from the so called care team saying you need to schedule an appt? I hung up the phone!!!

Just started here last week with a couple concerns and was immediately sent for the usual first round of studies (comprehensive blood work) as well as a Biopsy Im getting done TODAY. So far, very pleased!

Dr. Kimberly Smith-Griffin has a great personality and I love that she is always on time and never rushes through my appointments. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough with her exams.
