This is supposed to be my primary care provider and the moment I need semi immediate care, they turn me away because I have chills and they are concerned it might be covid... but they are okay with me going to another provider outside their system. 1 I am fully vaccinated and 2 what is the point of having a care provider if the moment you actually need them, they turn you away to other Non- Sentara doctors? So they will take the easy yearly check-in money but dont want to do their job when you actually need to see a doctor. Ridiculous.What kind of doctors office turns away one of their patients because of a symptoms they described on the phone? If you are concerned about me having covid wouldnt also be in the interest of the world at large to at least test me and confirm that? But no they would rather turn one of their paying clients away because... reasons

Entire staff from the greeting to check-in, to triage and visit all equally excellent. The impression I get is one of pleasantness, mutual respect, and taking an extra minute to be cordial to patients. I know Sentara is a huge system but the practice management obviously makes sure that all staff have to have a good personality and pleasant demeanor to work here with patients. They really listen to you.

Dr. Grayson is the best physician that my kids has ever had. He is a great listener and really cares about their well-being. Im so glad that we moved here and found him at Sentara as a doctor. He has really given me a peace of mind when it comes to my kids. Thanks Dr. Grayson 😊.

We continue to have problems with prescriptions. They send them to the wrong place and or cancel them. Spend a lot of time on hold waiting to speak to someone . The doctors are good but the admin staff..

We take our daughter here to see Dr. Russell and love it! The office staff is so nice, theres never a long wait, its always clean and quiet, and Dr. Russell is fantastic! Never rushes appointments, is very informative, not to mention shes so sweet! You can tell she really loves what she does.
