I love the service that Ive receive at TMM Medical Group. As a new patient, I was able to receive an appointment very quickly. They asked great questions, put in a request for a complete workup/examination, so they would have current records on file. Dr. Cooper and Ashley Conroe both make sure to handle any authorizations, follow up appointments or that any paperwork is completed. They listen to my concerns and theyre very patient and kind. As a patient, I wanted a doctor office thats able to listen to my concerns and clearly explain to me the next steps we need to take to achieve my healthy goals. I finally found them! Second visit. Easy appt scheduling. Prompt reminders via email and text. Seen quickly after arrival for appointment. Wait times minimal. Office clean. Office not crowded or people waiting due to over-booking. Labs done on site for convenience. Staff is friendly and NP / Dr. are very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to communicate needs and issues. The staff, as well as the providers are rude. The unprofessionalism I just received to inquire about my appointment from some little girl name Arianna is unfathomable. I have never been talked to and treated so rudely from a supposed “medical office” in my entire life. I asked to speak with Madison the MA, and these two little girls wanted to play on the phone and not let me speak to Madison. I asked to speak to speak with a manager, and that was a problem. They wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. This practice is raggedy just like all of the staff. I will NEVER be returning back to this practice ever again, since this is how they treat their “so-called” patients.

TMM medical clinic is a top notch facility. The front desk is always welcoming and quick to service your needs. My PCP, Ashley, has been amazing! She certainly shows her compassion for my health and well being.The staff are incredible. I would recommend them anytime!

I feel so much better coming here compared to the well known PCP in the area. They take their time with you, get to know you and whatever is bothering you that brings you there in the first place. This is not an in and out kind of clinic, this is a we care about your well-being clinic. I would love to see them grow into a more successful healthcare business. Give them a try!

Ive worked with Jimmy on numerous occasions and our patient population loves him. He is thorough and knowledgeable in regards to medical care. His providing medical services for those less financially inclined speaks volumes to his character.

The owner of this place is a lier and a cheat. I did work for him at his house in portsmouth and have not been paid for it. He tried to blame me and my guys for things being messed up when i have pictures of the before and after. Dont trust this guy with you medical needs if he is willing to not pay and cheat someone out of the hard earned money.
