My daughter is diagnosed as special needs. Dr. Griffin and her staff immediately made me and my daughter feel comfortable. She and her staff are thoughtful and caring. I am very happy with my daughter’s care.

I’ve been going to Dr Griffin for 11 years. She and her staff are awesome. They make me feel like family. No matter what problem or issue the staff always makes sure I’m seen immediately. Yes, it can get busy and you have to wait but that happens at every doctor’s office. I’ve never waiter longer than 10-15 minutes. The care I receive is worth the wait. Her staff are always helpful and friendly.

This Drs Office listens! Period the End. They answer any question you may have. Ashley is Awesome. Dr Griffin is Awesome. You are going to wait at any Doctors Office so I’m not going to judge her on that. The help from the staff that I have received that answers the phones is great.Now when it comes to someone calling you back yes I had to wait on that but overall I think Dr Griffin is doing her best to make everyone Happy and comfortable.Keep up that great work. I really like Dr. Griffins office. Dr. Griffin is a really down to earth and easy to talk to person. She really listens to her clients and will help you with your needs. The wait time was low and I wasnt sitting in the back for excessively long times like at other doctors office. I will recommend Dr. Griffin as a primary care doctor.

Worst doctors office Ive ever been to. The receptionist are always rude! they never listen to why Im there. I call for an appointment and they always have me set up for something I dont need. Always waiting for at least 1 hour. Their patient portal doesnt work when I told them it wasnt working they didnt even fix it. Ive told them 3 times. got tests taken 2 months ago still waiting on results because the portal isnt working.

Overall I love the doctors, they care for the patients. The front office is a different story. They hardly ever contact the patient back. You constantly have to call in and check on the status. If you don’t follow up with them, they will not call you back. If they don’t want to speak with you, they will transfer you to voicemail, and not call back even when you do leave a voicemail. Honestly seems like they don’t care about their patients. Customer service is terrible. Worst experience I ever had. So disappointing. Sadly they lost a loyal client.

Love this office!!! Dr. Griffin and Ashley, her PA, have excellent bedside manner and take the time to listen to their patients. The staff has always been courteous to me and I recommend this practice to all of my family and friends.

Dr Griffin is a great family medicine doctor. She really takes time with her patients. She doesnt stop until she finds out what your medical problem is. Her physician assistant is the same way.

I absolutely love Dr Griffin, but the wait times to be seen and for basic labs have been excessive lately. The dynamics of the office has changed in the last year or two, and at times some of the axillary staff can be very rude. I honestly dont care for the PA either, she is new and very young which is alright because everyone has to learn, but I dont feel she was able to answer any of my questions or give me a rationale for what she was trying to explain. Although I have been a patient for many years, I am currently looking for a new family practitioner.

While Dr. Griffin is amazing, the office staff is awful. They never turn the phones on, they are difficult and dont listen to you. If you leave a voicemail, nobody calls you back. It is almost impossible to get in to see Dr. Griffin and I just get shoved over to the physician assistant all the time. I am so frustrated with this office.

Was recommend to this doctor after being I. The area for 10+ years without a doctor. The wait times are long so take a book, make sure your phone is charged and dont go when you are In a rush

She was my primary care physician when i was a child. I had classic diabetes syptoms, rapid weight loss, thirst, urination. She said all was normal and refused to run any tests. Another doctor diagnosed me at a later date. I do not recommend.

Yes at times the wait was long, but honestly worth it. she never tried to push a new med, unlike other doctors i have been to where you can tell what drug rep was in. since moving out of state i have really missed being able to see this Doctor that takes the time, listens, and honestly cares

The worse.. takes forever to get results on test, you always have to call them to get results, they never call you. I have been waiting over a month, for them to call in a scrip. Never see the Doctor, just the nurse.. changing doctors..

Dr. Griffin is the 12th doc that I have seen for my ailments and she is the only one who took the time to go through my symptoms and treat everything. She doesnt do the typical..let me treat you for the quickest thing possible and get you out. I never wait for more than 15 minutes. Yes,the office staff isnt the friendliest, nor most effective, but the medical care over powers that aspect of things (atleast for me).

The worst doctors office I have ever been to. The receptionist are entirely rude. You are there in the waiting room an hour past your appointment every time. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
