Cory, the lab tech, is fantastic. She made an otherwise anxious and uncomfortable situation so much easier for me. Her kindness made all the difference!

Dr. Holly Puritz and her staff are to be commended for their professionalism and attentiveness. If one can say about a medical office that the doctor and staff are caring and competent, then thats usually enough. But thats just the beginning of what Dr. Puritz provides. Shes compassionate, easy to talk with, eager to help, reassuring and comforting. Top that off with excellence as a physician, and shes all I could ever want in a doctor. Thank you to Dr. Puritz and the staff at the Group for Women. Im so happy to know you all.

I cannot say anything bad about this practice. I currently see Dr. Fernandez and she is amazing. I also have to commend her Nurse. I absolutely love her! She has a wonderful personality and is so helpful. I am 20 weeks pregnant and this office has made me feel so comfortable. This is the only practice that I would ever recommend to anyone.

Im pregnant with my first and was super excited to go to my first appointment/Ultrasound and when I came to them I had the most terrible experience and left wanting to cry. None of my questions and concerns were answered all they kept saying was IDK IDK and will see. My appointment at was 11am so I got there at 10:40am and called to let them know I was outside the lady at the front said your appointment isnt until 11:20.I waited in my car until then and when I went to sign in the lady who took my ultrasound was so rude and claimed I was late I explained to her someone from the front told me my appointment change to 11:20 and no exaggeration she took a 3-5minute ultrasound and said I was done and to not be late next time. I couldnt stay and deal with this for 9 months so thankfully I found a nicer Oby to go to.

Amazing! Dr. Harris-Proctor is a gift! She listens. She cares. She is awesome. Im so glad shes my Dr. No other Drs listened or tried to help me, but she was patient, understanding, and genuinely concerned for my health. I cant give enough stars for this office. Everyone was kind, pleasant, and professional. They actually care here. Please do yourself a favor and go see for yourself.

Today was my first appt with Dr Harris- Proctor. I was a little nervous due to changing Physicians but wow. What a difference, before even bringing me in an exam room her nurse brought me into her office to meet with her and have a one on one before the exam.Dr. Harris Proctor was so personable. Soft spoken, took her time to listen and asked questions about me and my family history. She was very attentive. Her staff was polite eager to help and seemed to enjoy their job. She accepted my insurance which I didnt think her office did.. and my visit was in and out with out feeling rushed. Im so glad I made the change to see her and I look forward to her care.

LOVE THIS PRACTICE! I started going to The Group for Women when I found out I was pregnant and have been thoroughly impressed by the level of care my baby and I received throughout the entire experience! From the doctors, to the nurses and staff, every single member of the team is not only professional in their approach, but also personable with the ability to connect with you not just as a patient, but as a person. Like every new mother, there were times I had fears and concerns and the doctors and staff at The Group for Women always treated me with compassion and sensitivity. Dr. Kreider took exceptional care of me throughout my pregnancy and was impressive during my difficult labor -my son arrived safe and sound thanks to her! My husband and I are grateful to the doctors and staff for making our journey to parenthood better than we could have ever imagined.

I love these offices, I mostly saw physicians at the chesapeake office through my pregnancy. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The physicians are all incredibly compassionate and took all of my concerns and silly questions seriously all the way through to my delivery.

I have been to two of their offices in Chesapeake and Kempsville and have truly loved the staff. Rachel, in the finance/insurance department is so easy to work with and so nice. All of the staff has been great as well as the doctors. I 100% recommend. For those that didn’t have a great experience I would highly recommend giving them another chance.

The MD who was supposed to be the expert at fibroid removal advised a hysterectomy. I refused. I had surgery by another MD who was skilled enough to remove the fibroid and preserve the uterus.Ive experienced a physician here who refused to remove a sebaceous cyst, it was small. Dr. Stockmaster. The excuse given was insurance would not pay for it. I had to go elsewhere to get it removed and yes, my insurance paid for it. This was a small procedure that could have made a big difference. I dont feel the physicians here practice patient centered care.Dr. Parva is nice. He has a kind spirit. He is the only reason I didnt give them one star.

I absolutely love these Doctors. Well, one in particular since he is the only one Ive seen. They are wonderful and caring. They always reply to messages and always get me seen within a week or 2 of calling. I know I plan on staying with the Group For Women for may years to come.

I agree with a previous review about how they are impossible to get in touch with. I have been playing phone tag with them for over two months to get my birth control pill changed. I called earlier today and I got a recording to call during normal business hours... which I did. I also find it ridiculous that in order to leave a message you have to call during business hours, its not like answering machines stop working if theyre not attended to. I also dont understand why you cant just be directed to a nurse automatically when you call. Their patients would be a lot happier if they could have their concerns resolved in a timely manner. Im honestly considering finding a new provider because Im tired of jumping through hoops in order to solve a simple problem.

I absolutely love them. Been going to them for 20 years and they delivered my daughter. Best experience ever. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had the best experience all the way through my pregnancy. I was watched over by a large number of the OBGYNs and I do not have a single complaint. I had a thorough experience with them. I will be returning upon the expectation of my next child. I would recommend these doctors to my sister! These Drs treat you like family and on a personal basis. After my first pregnancy I am confident with any of these Drs if my main OBGYN is not available. If your looking to walk into an office and be greeted with a smile every visit and treated like a friend, this is the place! I noticed there were several reviews about responsiveness, I have not had any problems with them being in touch, I do recommend you make sure you are contacting the right Dr office. They have multiple areas and I found that I never was left out of the loop.

This group is the worst!!!!!! They are unresponsive to their patients and they DONT follow up. I was a patient here for several years and loved my doctor but since they have grown they could care less about me or my health. I have called several times to speak to my doctor and have had no response from her. I have asked for my medical records and the release to be faxed to me...NO RESPONSE. Would NEVER recommend anyone to allow this place to handle their records

Starting not to like this place....They canceled my appt at the last minute and when I tried to called going straight to voicemail talking about they are close when they clearly open at 8am starting to be unprofessional I think because they have too many patients don’t know how to run they place !!!!!
