The staff at the Greenbrier CRCID was wonderful! My dental hygienist, Wendy, was amazing! She was very positive and helped calm my nerves throughout my visit. This office had a warm, friendly atmosphere. The rooms were clean and orderly.

I was supposed to have my very 1st appointment today. Ive gotten a few calls from other dental places but I wanted to go to this one because of the reviews; however, I walked in today and theyre telling me that I didnt have an appointment that it was canceled. A guy called and cancelled my appointment. I asked what number called and who it was but they could not answer. I would have appreciated it if they just admitted it was their mistake instead of making things up. Because I am the only one who called and knows about my appointment. And I really needed to get this done. I wasted my time driving their for nothing! So if you guys want to come here just make sure you call them to make sure because they might do the same thing to you.

They have treated me like family from day one and years later still do! Awesome crew from office staff to Anna my Hygenist and Dr. Lewis and Pate and the rest ! First Class Service all the way ! Thanks so much for your wonderful care!

I was very impressed with the new technology for measuring and fabricating crowns via 3D printing. I think the accuracy will be greatly improved as well as the turnaround tine with all transmissions of dimensions in digital form.The in chair experience was great both Dr Lewis and his assistant Kathy are very professional as well as personable. Overall the experience was ez-plz.

Not super happy with how the receptionist handles cancellations. Very rude and told me “ that’s why I called you last week”! Also she added because she did call she couldn’t waive my 35 dollar cancellation fee. Which I never asked or even knew it could be waived.. lol. I’m thinking she said that to let me know she could do it but she won’t because she called to verify the appointment. Again rude! I called to cancel but no one answered so I guess I still have to pay. She Made me feel like a child getting in trouble at school. Lol Because of that I’m considering pulling my entire family from the office and going with a Dentisty that at least talks to you with some form of respect. I really don’t mind paying for a cancellation as long as I’m not talked to in a rude manner. This makes me question the entire office at this point. And I’m not happy at all! Totally bad experience and when your paying so much and trusting people with your kids, you don’t want to feel like that.

Lost a cap on front tooth. Got appointment the same day. Work done, repair made within an hour of being seen. Excellent results.

Mr. Lewis is the go to dentist. He knows exactly what he is doing and is very patient with his patients. Overall the staff is very welcoming. Wonderful place. Absolutely Love Dr. Pate! He is so kind and doesnt make you feel bad about the amount of work you may need. He has helped me with a treatment plan that is very extensive and I wouldnt recommend another dentist than him and his staff. From Mya at the front desk to my hygienist Julie to Karen in Billing who has been with doctor pate since I have first started going. Dental care isnt the easiest financially when you have a lot of work that needs to be done and they have always tried to work with me to help me budget the amount of work I get done. We have been patients of this practice for almost 30 years. They do a fantastic job of putting all at ease. Even in the COVID-19 pandemic, I felt very comfortable they put my safety at the forefront.

The receptionists at the desk are so friendly and helpful and really nice. My dentist was gentle and kind. There was no waiting. As soon as I got there, I was called to a room for my cleaning. My regular hygienist was not there but the one that serviced me this time did a really good job.

I had the BEST dental experience ever!! (If one could say that!! Lol!!) I felt at ease from the time that I arrived because of the AWESOME staff and doctor!!! All personable and professional and seem to care about their patients. My son is high functioning Autistic and ADHD and they make him feel comfortable and secure which is not the easiest task. I was very nervous about going to the dentist initially. Dr. Pate put all my worries to rest though. For the first time now in over a year I don’t have constant dental pain in my mouth. He’s the best and I recommend the him to anyone and everyone.

Greenbrier Family Dentistry is absolutely amazing. I recently made the switch to them from another dentist office and let me just say that I wish I had made the switch sooner. Greenbrier Family Dentistry has all of the top-notch equipment to clean quickly and efficiently! Everyone was SO nice and welcoming and I’m actually excited to head back in 6 months for my cleaning! My appointment/visit was during Covid-19. They saw me at scheduled time. All protocol for face covering and PPE were in place. I felt very comfortable. Hygienists was good and explained the processes she was performing.Dr. Lewis quick review but thorough. Glad I found Dr. Lewis and Group when moved from Richmond.
