Great dentist experience. I had 2 broken teeth when I went there office. My first visit was for a free consul to find out what needed to be done. Not only did they recommend a good course of correcting my teeth but, recommended a good dental plan. The plan saved me over $1000. They got me in quickly to fix my teeth. I cant say enough about Dr. Moreno and the entire staff. They all have such a positive attitude. It makes me want to work there😃

They are very knowledgeable and welcoming each time I have been in their office. However, this visit I needed a crown immediately and was offered financing with Sunbit without any interest! I was very pleased with my experience from the moment I walked in. It was very clean and welcoming. There was definitely a good vibe in the office. Everyone was down to earth and genuine, which is important to me because my daughter HATES the dentist with a passion but they made her feel comfortable enough to where she didn’t need me to stay in the room with her during her cleaning.Dr. Moreno has an awesome team of women who are passionate about their patients and also attentive to their needs (they gave me chapstick because my lips were super dry after the cleaning 😆) They also sent my daughter a birthday card and that was prior to our first visit. It’s definitely the small things that add up to make the bigger picture. I’ve already scheduled my next cleaning with them and I look forward to going.

Just enjoyed a truly wonderful dental visit! Every single person in this office far exceeded my expectations. I’ve lived in, and had dental cleanings and exams in more cities than I can remember and this office is by far, the very best! Everyone is competent, kind, gentle, compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. This is dental CARE taken to a whole new level. I have sensitive teeth and gums and felt zero discomfort during my cleaning and exam. If you’re nervous about seeing dentists or visiting dental offices, then this office is for you. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment to find out for yourself. This is the kind of practice and these are the kinds of providers who help patients recover from traumatic past experiences. I’ve very rarely encountered a collection of more conscientious professionals (all in one place) in the industry. I trust them completely.

70 yr old had implant supported denture procedure a delicate procedure that requires skill and competency which Dr Moreno possesses. Jenny the office manager can advise on insurance. Ashley is a skilled hygienist and can put you at ease. The rest of staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend Smiles of Chesapeake

Place was a scheme for dental credit and a living nightmare $194 will be all they get someone referred me to this place passed it around have quote a bit of influential friends in my life and have contacted dhp and Chesapeake police will never go here

Dr. Bench did NOT do this correctly! IT HAS TO BE RE-DONE!!!!!!!! FURIOUS. The only reason Im keeping it 4 stars is you are willing to fix this free of charge (You better after 2,500+ of work!) And you make my husband feel comfortable. Disappointed by his performance. Didnt see him in there so what does that tell you? Maybe his Maserati could perform dentist work better than he could.

BEST DENTIST EVER!!! I have to bring my 1 year old daughter to every doctors appointment, which is not easy most of the time. One time, she started crying non stop during my treatment, but all stuffs there were trying to hold her and entertain her. Randy almost held her for a hour and put her to sleep. I had never experienced everyone being so friendly and caring at a doctors office. Dr. Moreno is so professional but easy to talk to, and she makes sure we are comfortable at every visit.Going to dentist was never my favorite thing, but they changed my whole dental experience!!!

I 1000% love it here. Jenny and Randi (I’m sorry if that’s spelled wrong) are such an amazing receptionist team. They will work with you regarding any issues you may have. If you have an emergency, they will do their best to get you in ASAP. Their smiles really set the tone when you walk in. Jessica is super thorough on explaining what’s going on with your teeth, and what they will have to do to help fix them. She will also make sure your mouth is completely numb before doing any deep cleanings. Dr. Moreno is one of the sweetest and most understanding dentists I think I have ever met. She wants you to feel comfortable whether you’re getting a filling or a root canal. I will never go to another dentist office again. Such a great family dentistry. Friendly and gentle with my children ranging from 4 years to 10 years old. Arranged to have my 4 children and one adult seen one after the other. Kids loved the hygienists and dentist. Definitely our family dentist from now on!

Ive had problems with cavities as long as I have had teeth. I decided on smiles of Chesapeake after several other consults. After meeting with Jenny we decided on a game plan. Im now at the end of my journey after having 15 teeth pulled with 9 implants.. They pulled all 15 teeth in one day. As bad as that sounded to me the whole team was amazing!! I am deathly afaid of shots,pliers and or drills and they used them all.. Im happy to say I am down to my last 3 appointments. Im so excited for my beautiful new smile! Fantastic customer service and patient care!! This was my first visit, and from the moment I walked in the door, I felt right at home! I was greeted with friendly smiles to welcome me at check in and take care of the paperwork. They took good care of me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! As a Mom, I find myself putting our kids first, and often neglect to make time for taking care of myself- Dr Moreno and her team were completely understanding and supportive in helping me get the work done that I needed, but had been putting off. I appreciate their positive and helpful attitudes and am so glad I called when I received their postcard in the mail- it truly was the “sign” I needed, as it has been also difficult finding a dentist who is a “participating provider” with my insurance. Thank you, Dr Moreno and your wonderful staff, for making me feel comfortable and taking care of the things I have needed to take care of for a long time- especially during this time that is even more anxious and stressful - you all helped me stay calm and relaxed throughout the entire procedure! The staff here are amazing and friendly. Very accommodating. They got my son in on a same day appointment and explained the entire procedure. Their prices were extremely competitive. You can just tell they have a very caring touch. I would highly recommend them!!!

My husband and I went in to have our teeth cleaned after looking around for a dentist. They told us that we needed a deep cleaning and we needed this and that done. We went and had it done. I got a bill for $387 now I never got a cleaning just looked at and they billed our insurance. Time went by I never went back. I found another dental place and got our cleanings and fillings for 87.00. Smiles keep billing me. I called and asked why. Finally we get to the point that their dentist isnt in there network. Should they have known this when I first called and made an appointment with them.I thought u only pay for work done. My point is they are a RIP off and money hungry and I will never go back. I will not recommend this dental practice to anyone. Very disappointed with them and being deceived by them.

This is by far the best Dentistry office I have ever been to in 60 years. The Staff and DRs are very friendly and very competent. I actually enjoyed being there, and I would highly recommend Smiles if you are looking for a Dentist. I will not go anywhere else now.
