So I went in for a Balayage. I wanted a darker color on my hair. The girl that was performing my service was new and nervous and so she was consulting with another woman. The other woman told her what color to use. First thing I noticed was that it was a lighter color than I had requested. Then I noticed that it didn’t even color my grays. The girl performing the service also noticed it didn’t fully cover and said she could spray more color on afterward. She started on my haircut before putting the other color on. She cut and cut trying to make it even but every strand of my hair is a different length. I stopped the service from there because I noticed it wasn’t going well for her at all and didn’t feel confident that she or the other woman she consulted with could get me the rest of the hair color I wanted. So they told me I owed them $105 for what I am not sure! I didn’t get the color or grays covered that I requested. I didn’t get a proper haircut. I took them 3 hours to totally mess my hair up and I wasn’t going to stay there any longer for them to TRY to fix it as my 7 yr old son was there waiting with me. I have had these services in the past from other people and had what I wanted done within that time frame. So I called back up there later that afternoon and wanted to speak with a Manager to get my money back. Apparently that isn’t their store policy to give people their money back when they completely botch it! They said they have to be given a chance to fix it. I can’t believe this place! I do not recommend!So I went back so they could fix my hair. They set me up with their “Master Stylist” Rhonda. But why have a no refunds policy and say you’re going to fix it, if when the customer returns your new stylist is passive aggressive the whole time and then finally when you have had enough and get upset then she runs her mouth even more?! Arguing with the customer is the policy you hold there?! They just tried to embarrass me and upset me the whole time! Never accept their “fixing” your botch jobs, always argue harder to get your money back because if you go back they will just gang up and try to embarrass you! Rhonda followed to the door running her mouth at me as I was trying leave! The most unprofessional place I have ever been to and I have been to a number of salons all over this country!

Scarlet is amazing! Cant say anything but fabulous things. La Bellas has a very pleasant atmosphere, professional, and clean. I really wish I wasnt moving...I am really going to miss this salon. Hands down would recommend this salon and Scarlet.

Worst salon I’ve ever used. Wasted 4 hours only to have my hair butchered and colored the wrong color. A 7-year old could have done a better job cutting my hair evenly, 2 inch difference in length across the back from shoulder to shoulder. Contacted manager and they refused to refund my money. Offered to try and fix but couldn’t see me for 2 weeks. Expected me to wait 2 weeks before my hair was fixed. So embarrassing! I will never go back and will warn everyone I know not to trust them. Horrible experience and humiliating what they did to my hair for how much they charged me.

Cut and customer service was great. Stylist was friendly and informative. I paid $40 additional for a blowout, however, a curling iron was used and thats not really what I was expecting for a blow out. The cut and style was great, I just dont think they should advertise a blow out when a curling iron is used.

I went to Neri after my hair had been completely destroyed by a bad color job- it was bleached, overprocessed, had a bright orange stripe around the middle, and a giant chunk of dark hair in the back- it was a mess. She completely fixed after a quick consult and then just a regular length visit. She is amazing! Also, for anyone concerned in regards to covid- from what I have seen everyone is good about wearing masks here.

I’ve been going to Scarlet, the shop owner, since she started hair school. And she has become an expert at her trade...and now a business owner. The salon is always clean.Everyone is friendly and always puts me at ease. I highly recommend La Bella Chic Salon.

Was very excited to go to this salon. I had my hair cut by Sierra. I thought she had done a great job until I got home and saw that half of my head was uneven. I went right back and was able to get it fixed. However, I am still finding uneven parts. Even after this, I was willing to give it another shot until today. I scheduled an appointment for my 11 year old daughter after speaking with Sierra about her and doing her hair. She had an appointment scheduled for today. Three hours prior to our scheduled appointment, I received a phone call that Sierra was doing something that would require a lot of time and that she couldn’t see my daughter today or at all because she only works one day a week and no longer sees kids. I wish I would have been told this upon scheduling my appointment three weeks ago. Because it seems that a client can so easily be brushed off, even with the offer of seeing someone else this week and the experience with my cut I have chosen to go elsewhere for services.

Extremely disappointed in the level of customer service and services provide by Neri! This salon is extremely over priced and the level of service provided is mediocre.Came in after Covid quarantine, for a platinum blonde growth and extension consult. I was charged $600 and walked out with a yellow band around my head. The stylist I saw didn’t allow the bleach to process the first time, when she washed out my hair.I was left with a orange band. She then proceeded to add a second round of bleach. When I left the salon she parted my hair, where the yellow band was not noticeable. The following day I noticed the yellow band called the salon. I’m normally in the salon for 3 hours, as I have been a platinum blonde for a couple years now, I was there for 4 for her mistake.I was scheduled for my extensions placement the following week and ask if I could come in and get them both done.Came in for the extension installation with the same stylist. Showed her the yellow band and she immediately got all defense, like I screwed up her hair. Her customer service just thrown out the window that I had to speak to the owner. I was then explain why I was charged 600, 150 by the hour. Because of the product and time it took. So not only was I charged for her mistake, they charged me for the extra time as well, ridiculous.Decided to give Neri another try despite our fall out to place my hair extensions. Horrible mistake! She has no experience, the foundation of my extensions fell a part in about 3 weeks expand. I had to come back for her to redo 2 out of 3 rows. I noticed that the top weft was cut short, didn’t even make it to the last bead!( She again didn’t mention a thing). When I was 7 weeks out I experienced, breakage off the 3 row. Talked to the owner and she had the audacity to tell me “maybe my hair was too fine for this type of extensions ”after the fact that I spent 1000 for the hair(650)and placement(350). Like isn’t that what the consultation is for?? I also couldn’t wear my hair straight, without you knowing I had extensions on. I have been wearing hand tied extensions for the past year and a half and never had the foundation fall apart as well as never experienced breakage till now. This place lacks experience in extensions, as they just got certified a year ago, then the pandemic happen = zero hands on experience!

Hayley is absolutely amazing! The first time with a new hairdresser is usually stressful and you tend to sit on pins and needles, but none of that happened with Hayley. She is insightful, understanding, and patient when we discussed where my hair had been and in what direction we would be going with it. She ROCKS all things colors and does an amazing cut. I would highly recommend her to any of my family and friends!!

Wonderful and relaxing experience. Great customer service and my hair looks the best it has looked. Sierra fixed my horrible color. She really worked a miracle. I am so impressed and will be back again and again! They have a new customer for life. I’ve been looking for somewhere like this!

Got an all over balayge and got my hair toned to give it a cooler ashy color. Love it! Claire is the sweetest :) She made sure to talk to me about exactly what I wanted and work on a good formula that would work well with my hair and get it light enough too.

Was scheduled for service and was called the day of my appointment to be told they over booked. Than was told we possibly could still get you in if another person cancels and will call to let you know..never received a call or anything. Was also told I was “Lucky” to have gotten an appointment to begin with. Very unprofessional and rude. Stay clear from this place! Stop replying things that did not happen to attempt to make your salon appear to be ok. Those things you mentioned in the reply that I could not respond too we’re not accurate at all. I will continue to let everyone know the experience I had!!!

Just moved in to the area, and was looking for a salon. Found this super cute place when I drove by and I am so happy I did. The atmosphere is super relaxing, clean and everyone made me feel welcomed. Ask for ASHLIN she was super friendly and pampered me for sure! I love my hair!!! Definitely found my go to place:) military discount was a plus;)

Just went to the salon for the first time last week. Love the atmosphere! Hayley is my stylist, she was wonderful! It took me a long time to find a good salon around here and I will never trust anyone else with my hair.

We love Allison!!! I have seen Allison for years and she has always done an excellent job with my hair. Specifically she is a GENIUS with color. Recently she did balayage on my teenage daughters hair. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I highly recommend Allison. You will never go wrong with this OUTSTANDING ARTIST.

LORD these people are a life saver. I went to a different salon, only because La Bella Chic was closed due to the weather forecast... I walked out of this other salon with ORANGE hair. Literally orange! La Bella Chic called me the following day informing me they had changed their hours and were going to be open. I went in not expecting much to be done about my orange hair. Ashlin made it GORGEOUS and achieved exactly what I was wanting in the first place. She completely transformed my hair from a HORRIBLE orange, strawberry blonde to a beautiful dirty blonde with low lights. I will never be going anywhere else!!

I love LA BELLA Chic salon!!! There staff is very happy and the atmosphere is very shabby chic with a comfy feel. I recommend them to every one I know.

Super cute location, and my friends and I were so excited to try it out. My stylist Sarah was wonderful! Unfortunately Ill never go back or refer my friends. They charged me double the normal cost due to my hair thickness. I know I have a lot of hair and that there is additional time needed but $80 for a blowout is absurd. Ive been to blowout bars in DC, Richmond, Dallas and Miami, and have never been charged double. Not to mention they didnt address the extra fee beforehand to ensure I was ok with the cost. What a shame!

Ashlynn does my hair and I’m so pleased! She’s always on time and she truly cares! A real artist :). I had come upon this salon after a previous hair salon messed up my hair. And when I mean messed up, I mean they chopped it all up! It was uneven and very obvious. Ashlynn corrected that mess and made me feel so much better about my hair. Highly recommend!

This isnt my usual salon, but I was having a crappy day and I live in the area so I thought Id get a haircut. Luckily they were able to fit me in the same day. The inside is immaculate, beautifully arranged, and very stylish. I got a decent haircut, but I dont think Ill be back. I got the feeling that there was a lot of tension in the salon from some earlier argument. Nobody was small-talking, and my stylist didnt talk to me other than to briefly ask what cut I wanted and make sure I was ok with the length. When she finished my hair, she didnt ask if I liked it or if I wanted to change anything. To be fair, I didnt try to start a conversation with her either; she didnt seem particularly receptive to small talk. It just made for a very awkward time and though the finished product was ok, it really wasnt an enjoyable experience. Everyone has bad days, so I wouldnt count this place out if youre considering it. I just dont want to spend money someplace where they dont seem particularly happy to have me.

HORRIBLE customer service ! Made an appointment for my 7 year old son and confirmed same via text message . Drove over 30 mins in pouring rain to make it on time just to be informed ( after waiting for approximately 10 minutes in the lobby ) that my son won’t be getting a cut . According to the receptionist , our stylist was running behind her schedule and thus, was not able to see us anymore and “everybody else was leaving “ ( mind you , it was 4pm... the salon closes at 9). Ridiculous !!!!! Needless to say, we won’t be going back !

They are nice people, dont get me wrong but they had a some specials on their website and I clicked on it and theres one for a cut and color, womens haircut, microdermabrasion, facials and products. They have a coupon on their website that says $25 off $75 salon service. That coupon said it expires on 6/30/2017. Their updos are starting at $75 and up. I asked if I was able to use that couple for my hair service, and she was telling me that the coupon just was talking about didnt exist basically. She told me she didnt know what website I was looking at but theres no coupon like that. My thing is, you need to honor what is on your website. A hair updos is considered a salon service. Otherwise they need to remove that coupon from their site. If I could post the screenshot I havever of that coupon, I would post it with my review. They just lost a client. Not going back.

Sent my wife and daughter for a special day to get haircuts. Staff was friendly and professional. My wife says she will be going back!
