What I wanted vs what I got. This was by Evan . He said he would correct it. When I tried to have him corrected on the date he said he could. I got no reply. Showed up and he wasn’t there. The salon they said it’s up to the hair dresser to fix it. Yet they got paid. Tried to dispute with bank and they denied it. Not cool. I had trusted them.

I worked with Ethan and he definitely saved my hair! He did an amazing job with the dye and cut to the style I wanted. He was an absolute joy to work, will definitely work with him again!

Very expensive and depending on what you get done, it could be worth it. My appointment took 4 hours (which I expected given the amount of coloring I was getting done) but it still seemed a little slower than it shouldve been. After a solid hour if just coloring my hair, I finally got it rinsed and toned which took another 30 minutes. Sit back down, she tells me she has to touch up a few places. In the process, she accidentally got some drops of brown dye on the freshly blonde hair and had to spend another 20 minutes trying to fix it. Had to get rinsed and toned again. Would have liked a but more massage in the rinsing. The overall color was darker than I expected (although the photo I showed was also somewhat dark, so Im not docking points for that). The blonde at the end is a little more gray/silver than blonde but I actually really like it. Overall, I got a lot of excess dye on my face and somehow on my hands. A lot of my makeup was removed in an effort to get the dye off without staining. Theres still a lot of dye on my ears but thats ok since theyre covered. Im generally happy with how my hair turned out but I expected a little more for the price and definitely a faster service. My stylist was fighting a headache though so I wont hold that against her. I havent decided if Ill return for the same or different service but for a total of $209 I expected more.UPDATE: Upon further inspection, I have discovered my hair was dyed black. I specifically asked for brown, the stylist repeated brown, and I got black. Not pleased. I have included photos of my hair straight so you can see how choppy and not blended out it is. The owner made a point to say the words thats blended beautifully! as I was checking out. I will be returning solely to get a refund. I dont trust them to fix this. I just want my money back. I paid $209 for color and cut, but this color is by far the worst I have ever had.

I had exceptional care and service done with my very curly hair at this studio. Debbi took her time, was extremely meticulous and explained everything she was doing before she did. I am extremely happy and will come back for sure.

Very comfortable and friendly salon. Everyone greets you as you walk in. You are offered a water or coffee while you wait. It is so nice and clean through out the salon. I will definitely be coming back! Love this place

If you want to get your hair done Cheyenne is the girl to go to! She’s the only person to actually give me what I want when she did my hair. I had several other hair dressers tell me what I wanted wasn’t possible, but one appointment with Cheyenne and it was done and better then I could imagine.She even offered her opinion and suggest I put a little purple in my hair and it turned out amazing. She’s the only person I will go to from now on.

Debbie was awesome. I went in embarrassed to be seen in public with the fried color disaster and horrible haircut I had gotten 2 days b4. Debbie saved my hair with the correct color and some great treatments and an awesome cut. I can’t say enough good things about this salon. So clean and everyone was so nice. Cheyenne is simply put the best hair stylist in the city!!! She is the first one I’ve found where I have left completely satisfied and happy with my hair!!! She was honest with what would work and what wouldn’t work and extremely educational when it comes to taking proper care of your hair!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
