The most careless practitioner I’ve ever been to. He cared nothing about my issue. Paid a co-pay and got no help. I had 5 minutes of his time and I’m just disgusted with the service. Not professional at all, got laughed at by him. I knew from my first appointment that he wasn’t the doctor for me but I tried giving him another chance, a year later, and he’s still terrible. I need to find a better doctor in southern New Jersey because I would like a doctor that actually cares about their patients.

One of the worst physician’s office I have been to in US. Receptionist is so rude and I really don’t know why such dumb people stay in reception. People won’t visit for fun to the doctors office. She is so mean as she always expects people to come office so that she can pay for the appointment. I called to enquire my scan reports and she told me that I need to call radiology to send reports to office and then I need to visit doctors office to review my results. Such a dumb response I have been through during my ill health. Guys, just don’t bend for such cheap doctors. Be ware and am going to file a complaint against the physicians office at www.njconsumeraffairs.go

Dr. Patel is nice, pragmatic and to the point.Wait times are short. And he is easy to understand with whatever may be wrong with you. I recommend.

Dr. Patel is very unprofessional and so is the receptionist. I went for the first time in September 2020 and he immediately prescribed me blood pressure medication because my BP was a little high after I said I dont have a history of high BP. Then I brought on other health concerns and Dr. Patel completely disregarded what I was saying. Every concern I had, his answer was diet and exercise for everything. I went for a CT scan and I called DR. Patels office for my results and the receptionist told me I had to come in for my results this was in October 2020. I went in and the receptionist wrote my height, weight, and BP on the bottom of the patient sign in sheet. Highly unprofessional. Then when Dr. Patel finally came in to see me he asked me if it was my first time in his office. I let him know that I was here in September and your receptionist said I couldnt get my CT scan results over the phone. I continued to tell Dr. Patel that I have ongoing back pain and all he told he to do was use a heating pad. I would not recommend this doctor. This doctor is a WebMD doctor. Please dont make an appointment if you want a WebMD response from this doctor. Also I asked for a doctors note and he wrote it on his prescription pad after I asked that it be formally typed out but he refused.

Dr. Patel is a great doctor. Pays attention to patient needs. Been my doctor for over 8 years .

My family and I have been going to Dr. Patel for years.He is very knowledgeable and professional. Nor have I ever had any issues with his staff.Highly recommend Dr. Patel, especially for someone that is new to the area and looking for a primary care physician.

This is the rudest receptionist ever! I never want to return here again. When I turned in my paper work she said “I can’t even read your handwriting!” . A doctors office is supposed to make you feel comfortable . I felt very uncomfortable here especially considering all the personal info you have to share.

Genuinely the worst doctor Ive ever been to. Disgusting and gross office. Check zocdoc, theres a reason he always has appointments available. His secretary repeatedly tried to get me into a vitamin selling pyramid scheme with her husband named mystery. This is not a joke. This is unethical.This clown also told me I had heptatitis b and I had to tell my partner! I went to a specialist and he laughed and told me the doctor that told me that was a fool. Avoid at all costs. He will do nothing for you if you have any other legit ailment.

The best family doctor in cherry Hill. Reasonable charge, friendly service, and professional medical background. If youre looking for private doctor to care of your health, Dr. Patel is the best choice.

Unprofessional and unreliable. They give gave me a run around for a referral three separate times. This last time Mina (front desk) had me call 3 different offices and make appointments and then I had to cancel since they actually never got an authorization from my insurance.Changing my primary care . Should have done this two years ago

Staff is not professional. Never say thank you. I took my yearly check up, doctor never called back for my blood work review. When I went to get the report, receptionist told me that you have to pay the consultancy fee. It’s truly unprofessional.

I saw Dr Anna Krol. Very unprofessional and discombobulated. Her staff works under her direction so you can’t blame them for not being professional. No one washes their hands or uses hand sanitizer. Thank god I don’t have a weak immune system. The place is very dirty. For a health care facility that is very bad.
