Since theyve joined forces work Jefferson, I feel like things are running more smoothly/efficiently. Ive always liked Dr. Chens care, but the office seemed very dated. However, now that theres been some upgrades/renovations, it just adds to the great care already offered by this office!

Good doctor but ever since they switch to Jefferson, it takes forever to get in contact with the office. I was on the phone for more than 30 minutes trying to schedule an appointment.

Called and left message at 8am called back at 9:05 am to make sure my father gets in. They open at 9am they are never in office on time. Old lady at desk said just got in you didnt even give me a chance to call you back. She was very rude. My father will be switched to a different doctor due to the rudness of the women.
