Doctor Levine is the most compassionate doctor I have ever seen, he has seen me at my worst and didnt judge or look at me like Im a piece of dirt like some health care professionals do. I missed a call from Virtua Primary at 10:12am today. I called them back at 10:32am. I let the front desk know I missed a call from them. The woman who answered the phone already annoyed said “Well, did you listen to the voicemail?” To which I honestly answered, “I did not receive one.” She angrily mumbled under her breath and then asked for my DOB. I gave her my DOB and asked what she had said. She very angrily answered, “They always leave a voicemail.” Then she said she checked my record and that no one called me... I told her the exact time they called and she then very angrily insisted that no one called me. ...I guess phones ring and leave caller ID of the exact location magically without any person or automated system these days. I honestly can’t believe how rude people can be. I was happily going about my Monday morning. I don’t wish anyone one to be jobless, but at what point do these people get fired?

Dr Levine is great. I used to see Dr Tharpar here too. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. They listen and provide positive guidance for my health.

I tried to call the front desk for records. The person picked up and immediately hung up. Poor customer service. I will file a complaint and write a review on every website I can find. Very unprofessional. I think I am going to get another PCP. All I wanted was to know my vacation record so I can see my sisters new baby.

I have been here a couple times over the past month and both times had very short wait times. Not only did I call and they were able to take me in on the same day (both times!) but once I got there they took me to a room almost immediately. The woman who took all my information down was super personable. I saw a nurse practitioner on one occurence and she listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions.

I cannot even begin to explain the amazing staff here.. they are always so friendly and helpful in all situations. Dr. Levine is nothing short of amazing. He has never since I have been with him made me feel like the reason I called or came in for appointment were too small. He has not only assisted me in my illnesses but also made me realize that mental health is nothing to be ashamed of. He is a great listener and really takes the time to get to know his patients. I have been going to Dr Richard Levine for years! I even moved to North Jersey and I travel down for my appointments because I don’t want any other doctor! He is amazing- best primary care doctor in the State. His office staff is super nice and are great in following up for upcoming appointments. If you want a doctor who cares about you, is accommodating with his hours and availability and is quick in responding to phone calls and messages...then you want Dr Levine!!! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my health!

No sense of time! Waiting for my occupational medicine since an hour for a simple test, employees simply say it will be 2 more minutes. It is ridiculous!

Im disabled and honestly dont like most doctors. Our former primary suddenly decided to go concierge and stop accepting insurance. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to finding a new primary after 20 years plus the doctor suddenly not taking insurance just added to my dislike of doctors. Most doctors offices make me feel like Im a bother because of my mobility chair but not Dr. Levine and his wonderful staff. They made me feel so welcomed & did everything they could to make my getting through their office as easy on me as possible. Meeting Dr. Levine was amazing. He actually listened to me as a new patient and made me feel like he was on my side. Ive only felt that with 2 doctors - our former primary & my OB/GYN. Dr. Levine was kind, friendly and caring. His staff were as well. Every single person I talked with was so sweet and so helpful. Normally it takes me a long time to trust a doctor & warm up to them but I must say that Dr. Levine and his staff won me over in record time. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I never was so comfortable with a Dr. like I am with Dr.Levine. He takes him time so you can express all your questions and concerns. He is very helpful with anything you may be worried about. First, love Dr. Kheny! Second, I left a message 1 week before my appointment, I had to leave a message because no one was available to take my call. My appointment came and went, I still have not received a call back. Not that I need it now but, I thought calls were returned within 48 hours! Lastly, there is no communication between staff there. I was called in from my car, but when I walked through the door one of the woman at the front desk got frustrated and began questioning me like I was a walk-in. I had to explain that I had an appointment and was just called in from my car. Had the person that called me in communicated this with her, I wouldve been put in that uncomfortable situation. Communication is everything.

This place is extremely rude. They don’t tell you that you can’t use gps to get here based on the address they provide. After going to two other wrong Virtua buildings, I call and they finally tell me I have to put the shopping center in the gps and look for the pet food store. So I tell them I’m going to be late and they say it’s no problem. Then when I get here all they say is I have to reschedule. No courtesy at all. Not even an apology.

Love Dr Levine. Always listens, always can see me right away. The office staff is great. If I leave a message they will call me the same day. Great doctor.

The office is clean. The girls in the office are super nice. The drs are very thorough and have an impeccable bedside manner. Especially Dr Levine. He makes you feel very comfortable and treats you as a human not just a patient. I highly recommend this office!!

This office has never been anything but extremely helpful. Their staff is always prompt and courteous. Dr. Levine is simply amazing. I’ve never had to wait to be seen. The rooms and waiting room are clean and quiet and organized. They actually care about your health and well-being and work however they can to make sure you’re healthy. Doctor barely sees you. Runs in and out quickly. Just refers to other people and writes scripts. Then holds prescriptions hostage just so you have to come back in when your not sick just so you pay for a visit. Should just be included in the initial bill to save everyone time. Staff is ignorant at times and not helpful. Also very hit or miss if they will get back to you when they say they will

At my age, I see doctors more often than I like. I will say however , that Virtua Primary Care (formerly Lourdes Family Practice) is the exception. My primary doctor, Richard Levine, reminds me of doctors from years ago. He actually listens to you, answers questions, and gives you information regarding the issue that brought you to see him. I dont get the impression that he cant wait to run out the door minutes after entering the examination room. Going to the doctor does not make for a fun day but Dr. Levine and the staff make it tolerable. They are cordial, patient and as far as I can tell, they are a proficient group.

Dr. Levine and his staff really are in a class all by themselves. They are consistently courteous, on time and in a good mood. Prescriptions are taken care of promptly. Paperwork is up to date and generated quickly. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

I called Tuesday with awful tummy pain and vomiting. Receptionist wanted to give me a next day appt. which would be great for an earache or sinus infection,but not vomiting. Thankfully, there was a cancellation and they squeezed me in :) I still ended up going to the ER because the pain became unbearable. The only thing I wish is that there were refills on the prescribed medication for anti nausea. The dr said she put in for one refill, but the pharmacy says there are no refills:( only down side. Other than that I am happy to use Virtua and their doctors!!!

I started seeing Dr Levine years ago after having a panic attack. I was so scared to see a dr about it and was referred to Dr Levine because of his bedside manner and overall fantastic personality. This was the best decision I ever made.He is what ever dr should be. And I can’t thank him enough for changing my life. He really gets to know his patients and makes you feel so welcomed and supported.I’ll be moving at the end of the month- and leaving behind this practice makes me so sad. I love it here. I can’t recommend it enough.

Very professional staff. Communication is clear. Wait times are low. Dr. Levine has been my primary care for a while now and this has been the best-run primary care practice Ive ever encountered.

I would not recommend this place because I called for an appointment and I was told that doctor levine was not taking patients for what I needed to go to him for at that time, and one of the nurses asked him if he would take me, and he said, yes, and he, I got an appointment. For that Saturday and 9 in the morning. And that night, before Friday night, my grandfather passed away, so I was not in the right state of mind to be worried about calling and cancelling an appointment. And after that, you know, a lot of things come after a death. The funerals and viewings and grieving. Plus, I had other personal family matters going on. So this happened at a horrible time. They left me a message telling me I would have to call back and reschedule. So I called back to reschedule, and a nurse told me that she would talk to him and get back to me, and she never did so, and I explained my situation to her everything that happened & I did not hear back. So I gave it a day, and I just called again to see if he could please take me. Im an easy patient, Im already on the medication. I just needed a doctor that took my insurance. The nurse then tells me that he has a rule of if youre a no call, no show that your automatically done. Youre not a client anymore. Even though I stress my situation. Over and over again of what happened, and why I did not make that appointment, he did not care obviously or maybe the nurses didnt tell him the circumstances either way, I would not want to go to a doctor, that is that ignorant. People come up with unexpected things in their lives, and things happen, and for him to not understand, that is truly appalling, thank you and have a great day, I hope this helps someone who is looking to go to him because hes not the great doctor hes made out to be

First time patient with this office with Dr. Mira Kheny, saw zero evidence of the negative reviews listed here.The office staff were friendly and efficient, and Dr. Kheny was warm and attentive and very thorough. I never felt rushed. They did an EKG right there in the office, and from start to finish, the appt was just over an hour, including 15 min wait time. Afterwards I received a hardcopy of my visit summary, which included vitals, upcoming specialist visits and referrals. 5 stars all around!

My experience here and at the nextdoor Virtua Urgent Care has been excellent. Myself and my toddler have been seen here a few times, and every time doctors and admin staff were efficient, friendly, and very no-nonsense. I moved to Philadelphia but still come all the way to Cherry Hill for doctors appointments. Completely worth it.

The staff is incompetent, and someone may become ill as a result. My daughter tried to get a prescription refilled. The staff claimed they called it in to the pharmacist in the morning. By 5 pm, the pharmacist had no record of it. My daughter called the doctors office again, who insisted they called it in, but called it in again anyway. The second time, they called in the wrong prescription. We called them this morning, and they claimed they called in the correct prescription. The pharmacist confirmed to me that Kristen did not call in the correct prescription. We had several other issues with this office, but this was the last straw for me. My daughter and I will be looking for a new doctor with a competent staff.

I was charged $292.00 for Dr. Gurrieri to fill out my immunization packet for college!All I needed was a medical provider to look at my immunization records and write down the dates on a form in the college packet. For that I’m charged $292.00

Nurses are nice and facility is clean; the doctor i saw here referred me to the wrong kind of specialist though and now i have a huge bill for a specialist doctor that couldnt even help me.i also discussed weight concerns with my doctor and was told to eat 900 calories/day, which is as much as i ate when i literally had an eating disorder so i dont really feel confident in the help or care i received here.

I was a returning patient with flu symptoms and the soonest they could make an appointment is 6 days later. That’s just bad.

I tried to schedule an appointment for a sick visit today (Thursday). Next avaialble appointment is Tuesday, 6 days from now. God forbid anyone should need a doctor the same day. When did doctors stop making time for sick people?I have no other choice but to spend an extra $75 to see urgent care or risk an ER trip when it gets worse.

Clean but so frustrating! I had Mira and she blew thew the symtoms and barely gave me time to explained i was fatigued let alone the other symtoms like dizziness and nausea. I know this isnt her fault as doctors are pressured to spend around 10 min per patient. I felt she played the symtoms she was could hear. Very dissapointed, not intrested in coming back.

Still waiting 11 days now for a return call regarding a appt!!!!
