Dr. Ravi Goel is a wonderful doctor. He is also very kind, takes the time to answer all my questions. I am deaf Dr. Goel and his staff takes the time to speak a bit slower for me, which makes it easier for me to lipread. I appreciate this. My father also went to him for his eye checkups and liked him as well. Am glad I came to the right place to have my eyes checked. I highly recommend Dr. Ravi Goel to anyone.

Dr. Ravi Goel has excellent bedside manner, he’s very patient and explains everything to you in a professional, yet kind way. He was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. His staff were also courteous and friendly. It was a good experience and I’ll definitely continue to see Dr. Goel.

Dr. Goel made the whole cataract removal process very simple. The operation was successful and pain free. The result is excellent, so much so I getting the other eye done. I would strongly recomend Dr. Goel to anyone.

Dr. Goel is very knowledgeable and excellent attitude. However, I had issues with Billing. Me and my wife went for a Routine Eye Check-up. However, the bill was sent to insurence with Office visit, because of which, insurence applied deductible. If the bill was coded as Routine Eye Check-up, insurance covers the charges at 100%. Tried calling the doctors office multiple times to resolve the matter, but no response! Now, the charges are reported to collection agency. Why should I pay if the bill is coded wrong. We are trying to contact doctors office, but still no response!! The doctor is good but billing experience was frustrating!
