Today I was assisted by Rachel who adjusted my old glasses & helped me pick out new frames. Rachel was awesome- very pleasant, helpful & patient.

Great staff, Ok prices. What made the difference was the selection, I always have a hard time picking out the exact glasses I want. I found them here....

Linda was great helping me pick out my glasses. Ended up getting 2 pairs. The ladies that work there are always friendly and nice. Been going there since it opened even when they didnt take my insurance because I really like the people that work there.

First time here yesterday. It’s very appealing from the outside and nicely furnished on the inside. Seen Dr. Hersh and he was friendly and knowledgeable. All staff was friendly and helped me with seeing what was covered and what wasn’t, in a quick fashion. Large, extensive selection of glasses ranging from cheap to expensive. Name brands and non name brands. I’ll be coming back here.

Staff refuses to give me my prescription. Claimed, at 1st, they didnt have it. Then when I said I wanted new glasses, they suddenly found it in the computer. How odd! Now they still wont give me my prescription. Obviously they wont because they want me to order and pay for glasses from only them. Trued to say my doctor was Hersh..but it wasnt. It was a younger man. Then said I could reach Hersh at a number they gave..and no, no Dr. Hersh there. So they are liars

Dr. Gregg Abbate has gone to Moorestown Eye associates. He was my doctor when I came here. I enjoyed my eye exams here and they have a nice selection of glasses with reasonable prices. Im not sure of the new doctor now

Debatable experience.Eye doctor was kind and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed my eye exam. Probably the best eye exam I’ve ever gotten honestly.As for the actual staff here is where things get iffy.They try to upsell and think they’re slick. You are not.I had one of their Employees tell me I ‘had’ to get the more expensive option on a pair of lenses and that the computer wouldn’t ‘let’ them pick some other options, even after I was already getting a bunch of extra add-ons. How odd!Unfortunately for said employee I work with computers. Thats not how computers work, but okay. I asked them to see the screen & they acted strange and confused at my request.After this I told the salesperson very firmly that, here is the top price I am willing to pay after my add-ons. If you can’t work within my very reasonable price (350 for a pair of glasses..come on) Otherwise I will take the prescription and go elsewhere. Magically she could pick the option I wanted all of a sudden. How convenient! Today will be the 10th business day and I still do not have my glasses. (Wait time was 2-10 Business days) Disappointing experience overall.LensCrafters is basically same price for much better service (honesty is a virtue) & I had my glasses within 48 hours the last time I made a purchase at their establishment.Probably gonna go with avoid.

The front saleswomen only care about upselling you. If you buy the additional protection packages or upgrades, theyll treat you better. If youre just going in for your check up and basic lenses, theyll treat you like trash. Youre better off taking your prescription and going elsewhere

I will never go back to this place again. You wait way too long with an appointment. Everyone’s time is valuable, it’s not reciprocated with this Doctor.

Horrible place!! The retailers of For Eyes are extremely rude and nasty. It was because I have an accent? Discrimination??!! They told me the doctor does not have credentials. My co-worker was there last week and she received the routine eye exam. The salesperson told me to call back in two months, maybe then the doctor will be able to prescribe!! Crazy!! Just do not go to a place where there is no respect but prejudice with a poor work ethic. I will report them to all places possible FYI they cut the communication at some point and blocked the line. They are so despicable!

My children have seen Dr. Abbate and received their glasses from For Eyes last spring. Everything went smoothly. I’m making my appointment today.

Im not sure what all the bad reviews are about, I had an amazing experience at ForEyes. The staff was sweet and helpful, they were having trouble with EyeMed but tried to get it to work until it did. They even went as far as calling and typing in my info over the phone so I could get my glasses ordered that day.

Recently ordered glasses.... Have not picked them up yet... But they came quickly... Staff was very pleasant... Id definitely suggest this office and services!👌🏽

Dr. Abbate and his personal staff are always friendly. The actual staff of For Eyes is debatable. It depends on their mood is how you are going to be treated. You can call and simply ask if your order is in and get an attitude or better yet get hung up on!! When in the store the employees (not all) appear to be miserable and they are not helpful.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. I bought glasses here ($800) - I could not see well - had the lenses recut. My eye doctor checked the lenses - said not only the wrong (and much weaker) prescription but they cut off most of the reading part of the lenses (progressive).

Ordered glasses, glasses came in one week later with the wrong prescription. For eyes shipped the glasses back out to be fixed. 8 days later I contacted them for an update, unable to give me an ETA. Now 2 and a half weeks later I still dont have glasses. I would highly recommend exploring other avenues to obtain glasses!!

If you want to receive professional services, go to other places in the area. The people at this place are rude. When i went to order a pair of glasses, they tried to push me for their 1-year warranty even I told them I did not want it a couple of times. Honesty they look unprofessional and not well-trained!
