I had a horrible experience @ this dental office today. Very disappointed. Waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen by someone who didnt even have the courtesy to introduce herself. Went in for an exam & to have my teeth cleaned. It never happened. I left very upset. My advise do not go there. They are not professional at all. I informed my insurance company of my experience.Im gonna look for another dental office where customers are treated with RESPECT!!!!!

My friend got a dental peace made. 3 false teeth. First day he said he lost it. They redid it for free . That is good customer service if you ask me. Im making an appointment there myself.

Ive been going there since January. Got my teeth cleaned by Camilla not to long ago, she was great. Got my teeth cleaned before and it was a painful mess but Camilla had great conversation and is very knowledgeable and quick with little pain at all. Dr V is also a delight every time Im there she is super friendly and did a great job with my root canal.

Not even worth a star! Schedule an appt 1 month in advance and received a call the day prior to reschedule because the doctor does not work that late and no other accommodations can be made. Save yourself and find a more convenient dental office because it seems this location is not updated with their scheduling and patients.

Horrible service they have no idea how to schedule appointments after waiting for an hour for my daughter to be seen I get told the dentist is on lunch I would have to wait another half hour to get exam or come back next week I will never go there again and do not recommend them at all. One star is too good for them I wish there were a negative star button

No matter what reason was, when I got there the wait time was less then a half hour. As well as the work of the Mrs. K. Valanki is great. Personally I love them I just wish they did kids too. 😊😊

Very unprofessional! Do not waste your time at all. First the wait is like 45minutes then they tell you th3 doctor went to lunch that if you want to be examined it’ll be another 30 minutes!!!!!! Never coming here again, calling my insurance as I type this!

Horrible wish I could give -5 stars!!! Made me wait an hour just to say he just went out on lunch to wait or reschedule after I been waiting all that time!!

When I first came here a few years back they were great but slowly theyve been spiraling down hill bc of poor customer service, completely incompetent staff and a weird dentist/hygienist schedule. First, they are now only open on Mondays and Wednesdays during the day! Second, you may be able to get a sunday appointment IF the dentist and/or hygienist decide to come in that day! Lastly, and this is the biggest failure on their part- they either cancel your appointment the DAY OF or they move your appointment to a different time and do not bother to let you know. But... when you come in at your scheduled time they act as if they have no idea why youre there and completely deny their mistake. Therefore, if you want sometimey dental cleanings/dental work or you love to deal with totally incompetent staff- youll love it here😀!!!

Worst place ever the receptionist doesnt even know wat they r doing my appointment was at 11am they made me wait 2 hourd nd didnt even know i been here took all the patients who came after me ridiculous dont go there wont recommend to anyone seriously then telling me to wait for extra 1 hour

The people working at the front desk schedule your appointment in advance then you get there and the dentist you are scheduled to see is not there and is supposed to be coming back in a half hour. After two hour wait you have to ask when is the dentist going to arrive. Oh shes not coming in this afternoon. GHETTO whole day wasted. Scheduled appointment, dentist who never showed up.
