This specific location is fantastic! I dont often leave reviews but the customer service was so great that I had to makesure the recognition was made publicly. Josie, Michelle, and Jessica all provided phenomenal service! My whole family goes to this VisionWorks and this time it was my 8 year old daughters visit. The ladies were so accommodating and patient with my daughter as it was her first time at the eye doctors. In addition, the doctor was especially warm and patient while doing the more thorough exam. I cant say enough good things about this VisionWorks, but the ladies were really the shining stars here. I highly advise this VisionWorks for all your eye needs.

The eye doctor was excellent! He took the time to explain my eye health to me. I wish that I could have given 5 stars but some of the staff members thought that the time was right to have extended conversations with other customers while the rest of us were waiting to be serviced. Sorry, but I have other things to do with my time.

All around excellent experience. Dr. Nunes was excellent! He took the time to answer my questions and was accommodating and knowledgeable.

Everyone was SO friendly and helpful. I was in and out pretty quick (On a Saturday) and they helped me find the right glasses to fit my face shape. I wish I could remember her name but the woman that adjusts the glasses also rung me up and ensured i was being charged the correct amount with my insurance. Dr. Nunes was amazing as well! Just an overall pleasant visit for my first time at Visionworks!

My experience was very professional and fast. Atmosphere was very inviting and good vibes. Been a patient since 2017.

Second recent visit in search of frames at $69.95 that qualified for 2 pair for $59.95 sale, but very limited options and sale does not allow to select higher-priced frames and pay additionally for the difference in price.

Everyone that works here is SO SO friendly- it is crazy! By the time I got to my appointment they already had my paperwork AND insurance taken care of! I didnt have to do anything, they looked it all up for me. The doctor is very easy to talk to and makes great conversation. The assistants behind the desks are happy to answer any questions you have and go above and beyond to help. I have never experienced such great customer service! Love it here

They were extremely friendly and helpful. This was the first time going to an eye doctor and they were kind and knowledgable. The staff and doctors were great. Everything was very clean and the doctor was good at explaining every step.

I had an excellent experience at this location! My eye doctor was friendly, I was seen in a timely manner, the staff were kind and engaging, and the young expectant Mom from the Philippines (blanking on her name) was the very best person I’ve ever worked with to find me glasses. She picked out so many great options that I struggled to choose which ones to get, and I usually dislike more frames than I like. She spent time with me helping me choose and was incredibly friendly and nice. I highly recommend this Visionworks!

Quite disappointed on the craftsmanship. They used low tech (marker on the lens to center the lens to my eyes). Since it was my first pair of glasses I didn’t know what to expect so it took my a while to realize what was wrong with the glasses, basically i’m not able to see clearly with both eyes at the same time. The only solution they found is to sell me a new pair of glasses! Why would I buy from them again?

I must say proffesional service from RD Janet , Stanley and Denyse. They took there time and made sure I was happy with my purchase and there service. I highly recommend this company they have a wonderful selection of frames and lens choices. The prices were very competitive and even better than the competition. Im ordering a other pair and taking family members there. If you want the treatment and value you deserve go here.

Recently visited this Visionworks and had to write a review on how wonderful it was. I have been to this Visionworks before and my prior experiences were ok, but this visit was spectacular! It started with Dr. Nunes who was thorough, patient, and so very kind. He was thorough in explaining even the most minut detail of the anatomy and vision changes of my eyes. He did the same with my husband. But what really made our visit was Michelle, one of the representatives in the front. She was awesome and probably one of the best experiences Ive had with any tech/rep in a long time! She helped us pick our glasses, explained our benefits to the fine print, and out of pocket costs. I mean, she went beyond her duty to take her time with us and was so patient with our many questions. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody and everybody and will be back in the near future myself. Thank you Visionworks Cherry Hill for a great experience!

I can’t truly express how easy/ convenient going to this location was. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. It’s obvious they enjoy what they do- which is rare nowadays. From ththe person who answered the phone to Teresa who helped check me out- it was a 5 star experience. Save yourself the aggravation and just schedule an appt here before you go anywhere else. A+++

I was very happy with my experience at this location. Dr. Nunes was extremely nice and in the end I was happy with my new prescription and contacts he recommended.Finding glasses was easy, the selection is surprisingly good even for someone with a small head like myself. I was able to get them made in 15-20 minutes so I got my new glasses sooner than I expected.I definitely recommend this Visionworks and would go back again.

I had purchased contacts and a pair of glasses here last year without any issue. However, I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses 2 weeks ago, and was told they would be promised on 9/5. They werent ready. On 9/6, I came in again and was told the lenses will not fit these wrap-around glasses by Ed Maduzia, the general manager. He gave no reason other than my prescription is too flat. How is it possible that optometrists cannot know that prior to production? It was never mentioned to me as a possibility when I made the purchase, and have had prescription sunglasses in the past that were wraparound. Complete incompetence. He essentially said too bad, thats how it is, pick a different style. He did refund my money but offered for me nothing for the inconvenience but a discount on contact lenses that would cost me more than my insurance-paid lenses. Find somewhere else to go or risk incompetence such as this.

Finally a place to buy my glasses where they actually help you choose a frame and I love it! And their eye doctor was wonderful & thorough too.

My family has been customers of VisionWorks in Cherry Hill for 5 years and have always been very pleased with the staff who are friendly and professional. We always leave with a smile- especially when we pick up our new glasses!!

Everytime I have a contact lense issue for myself or one of my 2 daughters who wear contacts as well, they are always so helpful. They gave my daughter a trial lense when hers ripped . Im so glad me and my family started going here. I cant say enough great things about this vision works. They also gave us a nice discount on my daughters glasses as the insurance woudnt cover her glasses. They are helpful, attentive and organized. We were previously patients with americas best and they are awful, very rude, and pushy. Go to Visionworks! :)

I went with my father, its been years since hes gotten his eyes checked. THE ENTIRE STAFF was friendly ! So welcoming, most importantly Dr. Cummins, he was soooooo nice ! he even was speaking broken Spanish to my father and my father was speaking broken english. LOL cutest thing ever ! Ill definitely be visiting this location more often.

Staff was friendly and exam went well but I ordered glasses that were scratch resistant and either they never added the coating or the coating was so cheap it didnt work. Ive never had glasses that scratched so easily.

Dont go! Horrible customer service. No one offered assistance until I asked for it, and only then did he stop playing on his phone. Didnt offer to show us glasses. Wasnt able to differentiate contact lens brands/types and which ones were a better fit for my daughter. From the optometrist to the optician, just a horrible experience. Chose to go there because it was close to home but have always gone to Scheie Eye in Philadlephia. Definitely going to make the trip back to Scheie next time. I will never go to Visionworks again.
